We like this apartment! It is clean, comfortable, convenience. But the toilet have to upgrade coz will have some flood sometimes. Had inform owner and fixed it immediately, but still the same. Others are really good!

I love City stay. Please bring back the city chicken.

Location is good. Amenities provided are complete for cooking, clothes dryer, baking utensils etc. Juz apartment abit old n worn out.

We have always stayed here and had no problem but my family stayed in January and the room was disgusting, dirty bedding mould in the bathroom and even found a condom under the wardrobe. We emailed City stay with photos attached and tried to contact them again but had no reply. I would never recommend City stay again they did not even have the courtesy to respond to our complaint.

Hotel located on a very busy street opposite the Watertown Shopping Center. Very very noisy. Spacious apartment well equipped but everything is to refresh. Bathroom functional and very dated and Wi-Fi almost nil. Damage.

I absolutely love the service at City Stay, and also the rooms are great! I feel really comfortable here, All the staff are very friendly, and are very happy to help you out in anyway they can. If I am ever needing to stay somewhere again in Perth. I don't think I would even consider anywhere else but here.

Excellent place to stay! Clean, comfortable and quiet! There is an excercise room, pool and a playground for kids! Definitely a good place!

To whom this may concern, My husband and myself live almost 300 kilometres away in the wheatbelt so, don't get away too often. As you could imagine we were excited. We have stayed in so many different places all over Perth and this unfortunately is my first bad review I have felt the need to write. Let's start with the bathroom to which there was hair in the vanity and a bandaid in the shower (wish we took photos now). In the main bedroom it smelt like cigarettes, the fan had that much dust on it that we couldn't turn on for fear of setting off our allergies and we slept with t-shirts on our pillows as they smelt of cigarettes too. Finally, the loungeroom we don't mind no balcony but, to look at a view only to see cigarettes and a lighter on the roof was an absolute disgrace. Thank goodness your staff are very efficient and friendly made our stay somewhat better. We don't mind that the building is old just please maybe check your cleaners are doing their jobs to a higher standard. Thankyou.

Amazing stayed for 3weeks. The staff are awesome caring and very friendly. Manager Jeremy is an asset to the company. He takes great pride in his work and the hotel. You guys have made my stay in Perth so much easier. Great location close to all amenities. Thank you all so much. I'll be back.

Never again. Well that's what we said the last time. Got mucked around so much by private apartment owners Heidi and Andy. Weren't able to get into room until hours after normal checkin time. With children and along day travelling this wasn't an enjoyable experience. This time we have had accomodation cancelled by apartment owners (not sure if same owners) months in advance. So they can cash in on concert goers. Very disappointed. Avoid at all cost!

Cheap accomodation, I couldn't identify any sanitary issues. Catch a CAT bus during the day to grab groceries in the city and you'll be set. Would stay again.

Near to CAT bus stop, car rental, shopping town Booked 2 rooms with kitchenette, dining table and a living room. Equipped with basic cooking facilities, a fridge, a washing machine and a dryer! Suitable for families.

Great location with nice service, definitely will come back again and highly recommend this place.

Absolute worst experience ever. Came to Perth for a concert, everything was planned out perfectly, had booked a room for $90 something dollars a few weeks in advance. Receieved a phonecall from a man named Eddie asking what time we will be arriving. Upon arival, lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and not helpful. My partner and I were told to ask for Eddie, however he would not come out and face us in person so we had to deal with him over the phone. He asked for credit card details even though we have already paid in full and booked in advance. Seemed shady so we refused to give him the details. He told us that we only paid a "portion" of the room and that the fund goes to a third party company therefore he is entitled to more money. Googled reviews for the hotel and it turns out that Eddie is a well known scammer that tries to squeeze every dollar out of you and rents out dirty, old, outdated rooms. We said we wanted a refund and we will find elsewhere to stay. He told us to contact the site we originally booked the hotel through. Receieved an unprofessional email minutes later stating that there will be no refund and he was extremely rude about it. So he robbed us of nearly $100 that we will never get back. What a way to ruin what was supposed to be a good night! Do not ever book in at this hotel, I don't want anyone to be put through what I've just gone through.

I like this hotel. I have been staying there for over a month now and I like it. Staff are awesome. Even the most trivial problem is dealt with quickly and efficiently. It is across the road from a shopping mall, bus stops are right outside. The west end of the CBD is about a ten minute walk. There is a swimming pool. Also there are two nearby Pokémon Go stops and, with a bit of GPS drift, I get reach both from my room.

It is clean and comfortable. Free CAT buses just few steps away. Price is cheap compared to the other apartment probably because building is quite old with dated interior. Internet is slow.

Usually ok — Cheap, well positioned close to city — stayed here often and was usually clean and friendly. Could overlook the odd faux pas but the last time ruined me. I can handle a bad room but I hate rude service. We were placed in the room next to the smokers courtyard — and the room reeked. And the toilet didnt flush properly. Within minutes my family realized we couldn't stay there so we left. Even that I could handle to a point. However the next morning when I rang to explain, I got treated badly. Basically all I got was "that's fine, our policy is no refunds within 24 hours of booking, have a nice day". No apologies — nothing. Even when I tried to explain what had happened — I got cut off and basically fobbed and hung up on. Ask not to be placed anywhere near room 216 if you go there. 4th floor preferably.

I love to stay here. Comfort & easy to access to town.

My guests where not impressed with the treatment they received at reception. They where treated with a rude attitude.

Terrible service. Staff rude. Especially the Asian lady on the front desk. Rooms very old need updating. Bad service. Never come here Again.

Very, very, very old, mismatched furniture, appliances, and fixtures, even the plastic washing basket was broken. Very basic (no soaps, face washers, shampoos etc apart from the squeeze one on the shower wall). Very noisy, no sound proof windows. Car parks were tiny. Staff were friendly enough, good little convenience store and close to city but will be paying extra next time and staying elsewhere.

Warning, warning! There is a guy called EDDIE KAMIL renting rooms 210, 310, 411, 103, 203, 205, 303 and 407. This person will ask for a bond of almost 2000 dollars CASH and never give it back to you! He rents his apartments for very cheap and charges you a ridiculous amont of money for bills! Everytime you ask him to see the bill he pretentds he forgot it. If you refuse to pay him he will threaten you. Every transaction is done with CASH. He is known by the police. Be very carful if you have to deal with him!

Nice hotel… I went there to deliver pizza… Location is awesome… looking for room was easy… Staff was friendly.

Location was fantastic, within easy walking distance to Perth Arena, which is why we chose to stay there. Plus handy to the train station and bus stop. Facilities were basic, but that's to be expected. You get what you pay for. Loved the king sized bed! The staff were super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is about the cleanliness. The bathroom had a few hairs in the shower cubicle, which didn't belong to either myself or my husband and the kitchenette could've done with a bit more attention.

There is only one word to describe these apartments and that is SHABBY. They might be conveniently located, but the rooms are DIRTY especially the bathroom. The only good thing was the linen and towels were of a descent quality.

Pretty good apartment. Did its job. Well air conditioned and on a relatively quiet road off the city centre; so there's no noise to keep you awake at all. Good facilities (fridge, washing machine, dryer, cutlery, plates, pots etc). View out the window on to the road was actually rather nice. Only a small walk around the corner to the CBD, and both the Perth and City West train stations are close by. I would definitely stay again.

Apartment was okay size wise for 4-5 pax but only 1 bathroom. 24 hr convenient lobby store manned by hotel staff sells everything you will ever need cheap, even halal food, jam and butter and 3-in-1 Milo. Location is great, within 1km walking to Kings Park and 500m to Scitech. Also to city centre. A piece of letter given upon check in mentioned things not mentioned in website. Eg. Apartment won't be serviced daily and towels exchanged only twice daily. But laundry machine was helpful. Free fast internet is only 1GB daily. Lift was jerky! Aircon is available only at living hall and our room fan didn't work when we arrived, so we were given a standby fan. Staff friendly including night officer Ridwan.

Easy and central location. Staff is friendly but unfortunately during my stay the lift was faulty.

Good stay, good price, good access if you rent a car. And not far from Perth CBD (Murray and Hay Street. 1 unit can stay upto 4 person.

The brick interior is nothing to look forward to, but it's clean, sizable, quieter than I was expecting and featured to warrant at least 3 stars. This is Perth, so you can do far worse or spend a lot more money. Cable TV was flakey but that can happen anywhere.
