Great location with the free red CAT to Perth right outside the door. Staff were very helpful and friendly and our spa studio room was quite large. Very clean room and very quiet at night.

What a lovely hotel. The staff were wonderful especially Nicole who helped us several times.

I recently stayed at Quest Kings Park and was extremely impressed. The room was amazing, it was private, comfortable, clean, and with a great view over Perth and Kings Park.

We stayed here for 8 days. We flew into perth and didnt have a car. The service was fantastic, the room was clean and had amenities, including laundry.

Our flight was cancelled and we were put in this hotel. Mostafa was nothing but short of amazing accommodating us in this emergency situation. His service and manner is exceptional.

We love old hotels and the Melbourne hotel is a clever mix of old and new. Very modern and clean rooms. Spotless bathrooms.

What truly impressed us about this hotel was the responsiveness of the reception staff and manager.

Just coming to the end of an eight day stay. Not got a bad word to say about the whole experience. Staff fantastic, rooms spotlessly clean, laundry and cooking facilities in the room are excellent.

The quality for the price is amazing. The rooms are spacious, big kitchen, big bed and even big terrasse and living room. The service was lovely.
But the Wi-Fi was non existent, it was a desaster.

Stayed in this Apartment condo in November 25. The hotel is within an apartment. I stayed in a 1 bedroom studio apartment.

Just landed back home this morning after a rather lovely stay here in Malibu Apartments.

Have no complaints at all! Great place to stay! Close to the city, rooms have been renovated, great value for the price, so thankyou Malibu Apartments for having us and we will be back to stay again!

Great value for money and handy location for visiting Perth. Its not a fancy hotel but the facilities are great, even has BBQs on site and locked gate parking.

Visiting Perth to see my elderly parents. Hotel is in an excellent position and quiet. Easy access/walk into the City and Kings Park. Staff were excellent, from reception to house keeping.

Definitely will. Come back. It's not the Hilton or Burj Al in Dubai. Yes it shows signs of age. But the property is clean and presenta.

Stayed a week almost. Staff were friendly, had no problems, room may be dated and you do get what you pay for I was not expecting a fancy hotel or apartment.

It is a good place to stay for cheap. There's not really anything I could complain about. It's no 5 star hotel, but it's somewhere. I made a lot of great memories here.
