A nice hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. The rooms are a decent size and mine was very clean. This hotel is located in the casino complex and local food drink outside of the casino is not really within walking distance. The hotel charged me $100 per night as a bond for incidentals. As someone who travels extensively for work this is much higher than anywhere else I have stayed and was quite frankly. A little over the top.

Great restaurants offering some great food at decent prices.

Not the best experience for a 4 star hotel. The air conditioning conked off wvery single day requiring about an hour to fix. Our room wasnt ready when we arrived. Had to keep reminding housekeeping. Look for a better place to stay if youre in Perth.

Boy oh boy Wowee! Not bad at all, except I couldnt watch normal telly to watch the news or figure out how to operate the heater.

Was a really great place to stay. Lovely service with a generous delicious breakfast.

Great for an overnight stay at a lower quality to the towers. But also a lower price.

Great night beds very comfortable and soft and company good too.

Good modern hotel, free parking across the road. Rooms well furnished and clean, gym is quite small but has enough facilities as long as it’s not too busy. Infinity pool area is terrific. Crown complex overall has plenty of good food and drink options.

Stayed for business reason, asked for a high floor and a particular morning paper… Big tick on both and a great location.

My overall view of Crown and its hotels is really good this is why coming on holidays from Melbourne I decided to book at the Crown Promenade in Perth. This was a mistake it is nothing like Crown Promenade in Melbourne. The gym was a disappointment to say the least very small cramped room by the outdoor pool which was very disappointing compared to the other pools on the Crown premises. Loud rooftop bar down stairs does not help either, after a big day, it is sometimes nice to relax in your hotel without the music blared outside your window, or housekeeping cleaning rooms at 10.30 at night slamming doors. This is one mistake I will not be making again. Make no mistake unlike Melbourne hotels, Crown Promenade and Metropol Perth ARE NOT very similar.

Room was ok but overlooked the carpark. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Got back to the room last night after the Ed Sheeran concert to have no water in the room. Upon calling reception was told they were aware many rooms had no water. Came back on eventually but was never notified. The following morning there was no hot water for showers & after speaking to other guests found out they had no hot water either. Disappointing experience. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was excellent and well appointed. However reception left a lot to be desired for on two occasions reception ist could not locate my booking. Computer system was slow and appeared to be out of date.

Its the little things that things that add up. 1.5% surcharge on cards (how else are you going to pay? ) warm bar fridge, 30 dollar breakfast (add 4 dollars if you want a coffee)

We requested a room with a view and they were happy to accommodate. We could see the city from one window and the Merrywell from the other. Comfortable king bed in a generous size room. Will return.

Very large room with a spa Excellent views. Very quiet. Value gor money.

Christmas Lunch at Market & Co and two nights at the Crown Promenade … To be honest my thoughts were as long as I don't have to cook how bad could it be!? HAPPY TO SAY IT WAS BRILLIANT! Fantastic staff, really friendly and so helpful. The beds are amazing, so comfortable and the rooms are cleaned well and to a high standard! I am one of those people that goes overseas just to get decent service at hotels. … well done crown promenade so impressed!

Room was nice. Astral ballroom was great for the wedding attended.

Good food and reasonable priced drinks helpful staff also. Especially liked the coffee. Breakfast was not as good as I had hoped. Overall it was up to expectations.

Can be a little too close to the entertainment below. Nice clean business style bedrooms. More for the road warrior than families. Free Wi-Fi is a plus.

Stayed here with family and friends for our son's 20th had a great time and our rooms were great enjoying our stay.

Pleasantly surprised with out stay last night. All staff we had interactions with were exceptional. Rooms were modern, comfortable and well appointed. Only downside was that we had no view except for aircon systems etc — third floor inwards facing room, but that's not a deal breaker. We would stay here again!

My wife and I have stayed in this since it's inception as the then Holiday Inn, we have been staying 60 visits since and are planning to celebrate our 53 Wedding Anniversary, on June 20 this year, here is hoping that we get a surprise deal for our ongoing loyalty.

Great location for accessing the rest of the Crown complex. Nothing to complain about except the lack of a view. Spacious clean room on the 5th floor. Short and reasonable wait for Check in and out. Room service food was good.

Great location, staff are very welcoming and helpful. The manager has done a great job here and has a good team. Recommend.

Was a little disappointed in receptn on arrival with regards to not letting us know of log in pass word and also we unloaded a number of suitcases and use trolley to take to room.

Stayed overnight to watch Lion King, room was comfortable and clean, bed was huge, staff were friendly. Disappointed with the dinner downstairs at Market+Co, the pre show mean was very plain I would definitely go somewhere else for our meal next time.

Good deals. The rooms are fantastic. Its similar to the top notch the metropolis. Stayed at both.

The professional service at the promenade starts as soon as you check in. I also found that the rooms were cleaned to a really high standard.

A room was booked as a gift of my appreciation to my valued clients Feb 2016. The reservation included sparkling wine and breakfast. The client's did not receive the wine and were told breakfast was not included. I received a call from my client at 7pm politely informing me of the situation. When I called the hotel they acknowledged fault by 8:45pm and did nothing to make amends and treat the guests. There mismanagement resolution was to give the client a doggy back with the sparkling in it the next morning. I asked them to apologize and send some chocolates up to the room complimentary, but I was made to pay. I will never recommend this hotel or send future client's. Unsophisticated and dealing with managers fresh out of Uni if that.

The room appeared to he finished in a high quality, the spa was amazing. The Champagne and chocolates as part of the romance package was a bit of a let down. We only received three little chocolates in a bag and a jar of chocolate sauce, not quite the presentation I was invisiging, but a lovely night all round. Nice and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. It was also a bonus that the package included valet parking because thats $50 on its own.

We rolled into the room about 130am after having a late dinner at Rockpool (amazing! ) and having a bit of a gamble in the casino. I have never ever heard such loud music while trying to sleep when staying in a hotel room before. We called the front desk twice and they said they would call the Merrywell and ask for the music to be turned down and offered a room change (which we refused because of the time). The hotel was clean and all the staff friendly but I couldn't recommend this poor excuse of a hotel to anyone.

Good cheap alternative to the Metropol. Good staff. Champagne and macaroon on arrival was a nice touch. Got the room on special for $129 a night and had dinner at Rockpool which is a must.

Aside from the small and cold pool the rest of Crown Promenade is okay. It's not Metropol but a good alternative for the price. Market and Co has a great breaky.

I loved it. I was road tripping around the south west of Western Australia and I stayed at the Burswood for two nights. I stayed in a standard room at it was pure luxury — I didnt want to leave. My room had a massive king sized bed and the most awesome pillows — I just melted into the bed. I could of stayed in bed all day. The room was really quiet — no noise from the other occupants. The cocktails are buffet were really yummy too — just down the elevator and a 20 second walk from my hotel room. I am never staying anywhere else ever again when I visit Perth. Burwsood all the way!
