You get what you pay for. Old motel… fine if you just want a bed. Restaurant was closed on our visit (24 Oct)

Shocking night. Spring poking up in the matress… have to pay $25 if you don't wash your cup and spoon. Couldn't have breakfast as a bus tour was in town. Will never stay there and will tell friends.

Room NOT serviced daily, bed very uncomfortable, bathroom could be cleaner, rooms could be quieter and you get charged if you don't clean the dishes.

Very disappointed with the $25.00 charge we received after our 1 night stay. Apparently there was a notice telling us we would be charged if we didn't wash our dishes, 2 cups, 2 teaspoons and 1 glass. We have travelled all over Australia and overseas and it is the first time we have come across such a charge on a $115 per night very average room. Stayers beware do your dishes.

I was there 2 years back, it's was my first time going here just for sleep nothing more. For me the motel is cheap and have all the basic. There have nice entrance with coffee corner beside the lobby. I was arrived at 7pm and left at 7am. I was enjoyed what their have, the location is near to Gloucester tree and I was enjoyed morning bird sound after opened my room sliding door.

I've stayed here a number of times over the last 10 years or so. It may be the cheapest motel in Pemberton, but it's ok if your needs are basic. The beds are clean and the showers are hot, but that's about it. The rooms up top have air conditioners for both heating and cooling, but they're pretty noisy, and the walls between the rooms are pretty thin. The rooms on the lower side don't have aircon unless you get one of the suites with a kitchen. The motel changed hands early in 2017 and the new owners have closed the restaurant, which is a shame, because it used to be rather good. But at least they're doing breakfast in the bar between 7:30 and 9:30, with continental or cooked breakfasts at reasonable prices. Which is good because it's a 10-minute walk up a steep hill from the main street, so if you didn't come by car (or don't want to drive back from the pub), you'd better be fit. Wi-Fi is theoretically available, but you'll only get a usable signal near reception. And the website doesn't say it, but they now charge 3% or thereabouts if you pay by American Express.

The lady (around 50s) at the reception was unprofessional and even a bit rude when she was explaining that they don't charge our credit card unless we show up in the hotel even though we had already paid online before we came! There Was no need for this way, customer service is about to be patient and explain more about your motel system to the client not to get inpatient and start to have attitude with the customer. Consider that the customer already used his/her credit card to book the room online already, so when the customer comes to hotel you (the grumpy receptionist lady) ask him/her again for the credit card to pay for the room. You should understand that this looks Bazaar to anybody, as the customer think that you double charge him/her. So it won't hurt to explain NICELY your payment system to the client once more, THIS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE! The room was old and over pricey for it's condition! However it was good short holiday in Pemberton. We didn't let this annoy us and we enjoyed Pemberton.

Stunning backdrop peaceful tranquil. Very friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond for you to get the best experience during your stay.

The worst time I had with this management what ever they show online it's all fake Rooms full of spiders and cockroaches Dirty beds Receptionist horrible and worst customer service ever. Advertising on website said they accept American express but that grumpy old lady says no we do not accept Amex! Definitely I will not recommend to anybody Rooms are worth 0 cents per night only Please do not waste your money there, there are lots of good and nice places around worth what you pay for this motel Shame really. Kids were so disappointed and upset! I wasted my time and money this weekend.

As we had a night free, which is very rare we decided to venture out for dinner. We were greeted by Lani, who was an excellent host. Our meals were top notch and really delicious. Looking forward to our next visit there after the crazy season. Well done!

Not 5 star hotel room. But very clean and cozy. The restaurant is incredible, awesome. Best meal I have in Australia.

Rooms are clean and basic as you expect for a small town country motel. Had a family feel and the Sadie's restaurant was amazing for value. Close to all that is nice in Pemberton.

The room left a lot to be desired, visually, and it was very cold at all times. There was an oil-type heater in the room to counter that, but I wasn't keen on leaving it on through the night what with the carpeted floor. Maybe I'm just paranoid … The skirting board behind the bed was lined with dead insects of all types, and the duvet and felt-looking cover beneath it didn't look particularly clean. The place wasn't dreadful, but for a small town motel that you try to save money on renting, you certainly get what you expect. On the flip side, the Gloucester restaurant twinned with the motel served very nice food, and the Wi-Fi (unfortunately only available in the lobby and bar area) was actually quite good.

The buffet has got to be the best that I have had in a very very long time. $27.5 and it was all you can eat roast, calamari rings, good salad. The venue had a wedding-like appeal. The all you can eat Profiterole desserts afterwards were divine.

Sadie's is the best restaurant in Pemberton. The maron was fantastic + the desserts were delicious. Dont miss out on the truffle hill Shiraz… We went there 2 nights in a row. A Must go while u in peberton…

Don't waist your time driving there… The best way to explain this place is like an old american dingy motel. You can even hear the people next door having sex when we went to see the room we were shocked how thin the walls are. After that we didn't wont to stay there and the lady said that's OK we even offered her a cancellation fee which she declined. She said we would be able to get a refund from CUDO but when we asked CUDO they declined because the lady told them we cancelled because of appearance not that we could hear the people having sex. I think she new CUDO would decline for all I know she gets the money anyway… SCAMMERS.

Came for the carvery buffet on Sunday night. It was heaven. Staff lovely too. Too full, may need to roll into car. Highly recommend!
