What a Gorgeous place to stay! We enjoyed staying at the lake side view. Very spacious, clean and tidy. Friendly staffs and well maintained. Will definitely come back for our next holiday.

Absolutely worth the drive and stay. Amazing facility and lots of activities to do. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have planned the next visit already. We stayed at the unpowered camp, we got everything we need there. We'll try to pamper ourselves next time and stay at the hotel lake side view rooms.

Just had our wedding at Karri Valley Resort. It was incredible. Everyone was so helpful! The cabins were perfect.

Loved the resort, our room overlooking the peaceful lake was great, restaurant menu/drinks choices/prices were OK, 15 min drive to Pemberton Town centre, close to wineries.

Well maintained and great upkeep. Tranquil surroundings and extremely peaceful to wake up overlooking the lake.

Loved the well spaced slab sites. Your amenities were spotless and love the ensuite set up too.
Had visits from the local kangaroos, emus and kookaburras.

Had the most beautiful Mother’s Day relaxing week. Lovely sunset from the Lakeview Room… Friendly staff, especially at the Archery activity… Extra friendly apple eating parrots… Amazing lake view… will definitely come back ❤️

A great place for the whole family. Great activities for the children. Three generations stayed, bringing back wonderful memories of staying at the old caravan park.

Beautiful view over the lake and the chalets are roomy with very comfortable beds. There is an abundance of wildlife and plenty to do for the whole family. Im loving it and already planning the next visit.

Great place to stay. We had the first 3 bedroom chalet. No 3 as you drive in. Great view of the lake. Wow.

Great location beautiful view over the lake meals & drinks at reasonable prices just wish the Wi-Fi was a little bit better but besides that great place.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Accomodations great (love our lake view). The wildlife are so tame. The lake is amazing. So many great activities to do!

I only go to the bar/restaurant for sundowners on the lake coz it’s beautiful. I stayed once & the rooms were pretty basic & expensive. I now stay in cottages in Pemberton which are half the price & twice as nice.

Lovely accomodation with great view across lake, lots of firewood — warm, comfortable and clean. Lots of things to do nearby and great food and service in restaurant. Would love to go back again one day.

Staff unfriendly we were made to feel unwelcome because my son flew his drone, which was flown well away from resort.

Beautiful tranquil location that is stunning year round. Lovely restaurant on site, lots of activities including swimming, walk trail to Beedelup Falls, kayaking, fishing, archery, mini golf etc. Lakeside rooms are wonderful with the balcony over the lake, rooms were clean and comfortable with TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, aircon, bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities etc. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Only negative was the recent price increase for the onsite activities and watercraft hire. Would recommend to anyone however and hope to come back in the future.

What a fantastic four days we had here. Plenty of activities for both adults and children, restaurant was great and all staff were very helpful. Will be back again.

Extremely disappointed with this resort ~ photos displayed on the web do not show the run down, poorly kept state of everything except inside the restaurant which has been tastefully renovated. From there, the room and bathroom is very poorly laid out with the fridge in the bathroon and it is only 2 steps from the toilet, poor quality food and service in the restaurant with food undercooked and an ordered side did not appear, grounds show very little attention and care, old rusted signs are everywhere… it goes on. We were booked for 2 nights, only stayed one leaving 9 the following morning and requested one nights refund. We felt the admin staff were quite condescending and we were refused the refund.
We strongly feel they falsely advertise and if photos had shown the true state of the 'resort' we would not have booked. Waste of money!

Beautiful setting, lots of activities here and in the area. Highly recommended for family holiday, kids will surely enjoy it and will have lots of fun.

Beautiful place, but the restaurant service is one of the worst we have ever encountered. We walked into an empty restaurant at lunch time (around 12pm) only to be told that they couldn't serve us because they didn't have enough staff to handle an extra table! No apologies or anything, basically kicked us out of there. Seriously poor attitude from this person!

Nature at its best.
Loved feeding the birds, mini golf, canoeing and delicious meals at Lakeside Restaurant. So much to keep you busy.
Oh and Lovely cosy cabins. :)

Renovation look nice in the studio rooms, rooms not sound proof, the person snoring next door all night didn't help.

Amazing place for a relaxing getaway or family holiday. So many fun activities. Lovely, helpful staff. Cosy accommodation 5 stars.

The peaceful surroundings within a general area with several attractions that one can visit. The log cabins are spacious and the log fireplace on cold nights makes for a cozy environment. The kitchen is fully equipped. While we've been here many times before, we continue coming here for some R&R.

Beautiful chalets in a superb location. Plenty of activities for kids. Highly recommend it for familes.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the ambience in there was really beautiful. Being just the two of us this time, we decided to stay in a lakeside room which was lovely in so many ways, especially the views! We are hoping however, that the upcoming renovations will address the issue of sound proofing these rooms as we could hear every footstep and conversation from our neighbours. If this issue was fixed it would be perfect! Thank you!

We visit this place about twice a year and we love it so much! It’s so laid back and beautiful with stunning scenery. However, we think the rooms could do with a bit of a re-vamp… the carpets are old and stained and the room smelt a bit musty. Also, the shower head doesn’t accommodate people over 6ft very well with hair washing The food is fantastic in the restaurant and the staff are lovely! We will definitely be back, but with respect, think it needs a bit of a makeover.

We must have stayed on a bad day, after reading some of the other reviews. It was cold wet and damp… and that was the room. Mould growing on the curtains and in the shower recess. There is no airconditioning, no toaster, no microwave. That would be okay if the restaurant food was good. But it was terrible, overcooked and poor quality. We would not stay here again, nor recommend it to any of our friends.
Extremely disappointed is how we would describe it. The photos on the website were obviously taken years ago and in our opinion it borders on false advertising.

Very lovely place. Lakeside rooms are excellent. Spacious, clean, with a breathtaking view on the lake. The restaurant staff was friendly, food was good. Regrettably there was no cellular network within reach and no Wi-Fi on the premises (Jan 2015). We had to drive to Pemberton to be able to get in touch with our family.

Nice location with nice view. Good place for refreshing, because no signal in here.

Better to book a motel at Pemberton. Its only 17 min to kari valley and works cheaper.

Just stunning, absolutely stunning. Lakeside rooms were simple and clean with beautiful views out over the lake and forest from private balconies. Food at the restaurant was all good and pretty reasonably priced, all served with the same amazing views over the lake with the Karri trees over the other side lit up at night. I would encourage absolutely everyone to come here at least once in their life.

Just a note to say that my friend and I had an amazing time at Karri Valley Resort recently.

Iv been to this resort, just for the day twice now. First time was for bbq n a paddle in a kyake. Which was very nice. Went to the walk trails which is other side of lake. Access from kyake only Second time was a dinner. You walk into the restraunt reception where they welcome u very nicely. Restraunt overlooking lake gives u time to spot fish if the weather has been nice :-). The meals are cooked perfection. Value for money. And if who cares if reception is not top not. Its in a south west. Dah Digital is in now anyway.

Nice chalets, but theres no mobile or TV signal. The restaurant was fully booked so we couldn't eat there (one of the staff said it wasn't booked). So we used the takeaway service, very expensive.

Absolutely beautiful spot, but expensive to stay overnight and very dated rooms — I give it one or two stars as a hotel/motel. Much more a family-oriented resort with a good number of activities available including fine bush walks. Restaurant was fine — food ok and service great. Cheap local wine available.

I've been down to Karri Valley Resort a a few times in my childhood and was astonished with how great it still was as a student with a few friends. I recommend bringing your own food as the restaurant there is quite expensive.
