This place is just amazing… worth every cent!
Was here for just one night because it was a busy season but would have definitely stayed for longer if there was room … Great well thought out breakfast… the owners are the best! Friendly and welcoming… great for family or romantic getaway.
The rooms are clean, classy and just laid out well. And the gardens! 😚😍😍…We are definitely coming back ♥️

We went out for a last minute meal with Miss 5 on a Sunday night. Chef Ingo was helpful and accommodating with all our dietary requirements (vegetarian, food allergies and a 5 yr old). The food was beautifully presented and super tasty. Rich in flavour and fresh ingredients were the hero. Would, no will definitely be back.

We had the most wonderful time at Forest Lodge Resort. The restaurant was lovely, the room was gorgeous and the grounds were so peaceful! Perfect for our little family!

Great location for a weekend getaway. Friendly family owned and run resort with great breakfast and dinner. We stayed in a 2 bedroom chalet which was very spacious. Walking trails, mountain biking, all close by.

Beautiful place! Kangaroos grazing as we strolled around. I highly recommend the Maron chowder from the restaurant, 10/10! Service was exceptional as was the food.

I’m a local to the Pemberton area and tonight is my wedding anniversary! We had dinner at the restaurant and it was definitely the best food I’ve had in Pemberton hands down! The chef went out of his way to give us a taste experience and it was sensational! The waitress was very lovely as well. So over all great experience, great serve and best food in Pemberton! "Wow" is probably the best word to describe our recent stay. The owners were absolutely wonderful and welcoming. The food was Five Star. The location was perfect along with the rooms and surrounding gardens. We can't wait to return in winter!

Best nights sleep we had in the last five weeks. Room was large with a modern bathroom. However is was strange to do washing up in the bathroom sink. Gave the impression the room had been upgraded but had gone over budget resulting in the kitchen not being the same standard. Regardless the best reason for visiting is to view the wildlife. Fascinating to watch the Roos grazing and some colourful birdlife.

Such beautifully landscaped grounds, so picturesque! The rooms are charming and very comfortable with a king size bed and well stocked snack bar & fridge (and very clean)! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Close to the town centre and local attractions! You won’t be disappointed with this choice of accommodation. We had a spa room. Will definitely be back!

You definitely aren't ready to come yet at all! But if you are going to have a trip plan and wanna make to a particular place, I am pleased to share with you here, only because people here are so amazing and the views are awesome as well. Hope these natural scenery of the forest lodge resort can enrich your itinerary and be the best memories of your life. We stayed long weekend and everything was amazing! Best of both worlds right here, bush/nature on your door step but yet resort treatment, the rooms where very clean, the chocolates they left on our beds daily was just gorgeous and the restaurant was absolutely Devine, food was.

Highly recommend this cosy retreat a couple of k, s from town nothing to fault and lovely hosts.

Great little spot, had the best nights sleep I had in so long. Staff are really friendly fabulous gardens and walks around the property. A hidden gem would most definetly recommend for a getaway from Perth.

Forget Margaret River, Pemberton is the place to be! I thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Forest Lodge Resort Pemberton WA. The surroundings are great, the accommodations are descent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this resort and I plan on coming back myself. I would also recommend visiting Pemberton in the winter. Less tourist, cheaper prices and everything is lush and green.

Just stayed here with our 2 young sons and found the place perfect! Nice and quiet. Kangaroos grazing just outside our room evening and morning. Nice warm fireplace. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Not sure how this gets good reviews. Booked a spa room when I walked into the room we noticed the curtains falling off the windows and the bathroom with mold. When I went to the desk to get the issues repaired no one was around. The toilet is separate from the tub and the door opens into the bedroom which makes it very difficult to walk around. Room is dated with a need for updating and no room in the refrigerator for my own beer. After a night with very little sleep I went to breakfast which was $39 for fruit out of a can cold cuts and some cereal. What a rip off recommend you stay somewhere else.

Should find a positive check in went well and received some tips. Thought I made a good choice, WRONG! The room is dated which would have been ok if the rest was good. Its dirty very hot and ac isn’t cooling it down. Very little parking had to park a long way away what fun it is to carry luggage. Night stand have a lamp that is to big couldn’t even put my cpap machine on it. Then they fill-up the counter and refrigerator with stuff and don’t come by to remove it. Ask twice at the desk called the owner all to no avail. I thought the motel business is a service industry if the owner cant be bothered why should you part with your money.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Was nice and clean. It's located only 2 min from Town. Grounds are beautiful.

A lovely place to stay in Pemberton. If you need a place to relax, this will be the best choice! The buffet at the morning made my day. Will come back again and try the Forest Chalet with my family.

Vertical blinds in lounge need replacing but apart from that the renovations are great and a wonderful place to stay with Kangarois on your door step and friendly staff.

What a stunning place! The gardens here are incredibly beautiful and well maintained; a real pleasure to explore. The rooms are clean, comfortable and cosy and the beds just right for a good nights sleep. The buildings are also stunning with lovely wooden paneling and furniture, so it feels almost like stepping back to a more elegant time! As a family run business, the little personal touches make such a difference, and the hosts went out of their way to make our stay delightful. We will certainly be back!

We stayed here for a few nights after finding out our usual accommodation, the Gloucester, had been turned into a backpackers. Quite a nice place with a bit of history. The lake makes for a nice place to relax by. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was an Aldi coffee machine in the room, so we recommend bringing some pods from home; they give you two per person per night, but one was decaf, and extras are a buck a pop.

We spent a wonderful weekend at the Forest Lodge Resort! The grounds are superb — having breakfast with a view of the lake and the forest behind it makes for a great start of the day, and the lake Gazebo is a delight in itself. The hosts, Ingo and Kerstin, really care about their guests and do everything to ensure that you’re having an enjoyable stay. Also, you’ll get an Australian wildlife experience in the bargain — the kangaroos and the bird life are amazing! We thoroughly loved it and are already planning our return!

Pleasant tidy motel, close to Pemberton (walking distance) plenty of wildlife literally on the doorstep. We enjoyed a comfortable night and awoke to kangaroos at the window.

Wow! The Forest Lodge Resort is gorgeous. The lake walk is spectacular. The rooms are clean and tidy and the food is great! Already booked for next year! Thanks to the Maass Family for being so welcoming. It’s amazing what you’ve done to the Resort since you took it over. Seeya’s next year!

This place is beautiful and breath taking. I surprised my partner by taking him here for the night, the whole area is stunning! I asked if they could do anything to make our anniversary special and in such short notice they set up my bed with love hearts, drinks, chocolates (my absolute favourites by coincidence! ) and beautiful flowers and candels! I can not thank the staff enough… You really made our anniversary special. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. I can't wait to book again!

Wonderful place to stay in Pemberton. With full range of kitchen accessories. Good for family and self cook.

Clean, comfy & roomy. Towels, cooking utensils, hob & microwave, coffee-maker, fresh-pressed juices in the freezer. Extra blankets, heaters, electric underblankets & fans. Kids (13&15) loved the boardgames & dvd's from reception, as well as the kanga's that come to eat on the lawns front & back, and pleasant walks around the lake & along the railway track. Drive to the nearby Cascades & Gloucester tree for some fun.

Really great bed after along drive. Comes with wine glasses, Jacuzzi style bathtub, and two free espresso pods with a machine and milk frother. Bring your own milk.

Best hotel in Pemberton. Excellent service and beautiful breakfast. The grounds and lake are amazing.

Very comfy beds and friendly hosts. The breakfast is the best in town and well worth it, with bonus lake views.

Air con outside unit for the room next door was like a bus going past constantly… otherwise very nice…

Lovely place to stay, very quiet. Rooms are quaint and clean. Bed is large and comfortable. Rooms have free internet with a speed of 6-7mb/s most of the time. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Service is friendly and helpful. Shower is huge and works well.

The forest Lodge has been taken over by a most charming couple who welcome their guests warmly. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the resort and look forward to returning. The view from the dining room, the tranquillity the warmth of the gas stove in the main room.

"Really nice place. " Travelling around Australia for nearly 3 months, my brother-in-law and I became, in a friendly way, competitive about who had the best room. I won "hands down" here. I had a suite of rooms in comparison to his bed sit. (Both were good, mine just better) Really recommend.

My partner and I have just spent two nights here and we were very impressed with the accommodation, food, lovely surrounds and staff. What a great place to stay and unwind. I can hardly recommend it enough.

Good quality room facilities, however a little aged and in need of updating (kitchen appliances and bathroom fittings primary). Enthusiastic breakfast staff and great quality food.
