Once I arrived, I asked if there was a cabin free for my third night. Yes, there was! While out driving around on my second day, I called and asked if they could spare a towel, as I forgot one.

What a lovely caravan park. We have stayed in parks all over Australia and this one would have to be up there with the best. Lovely clean amenities. Even able to wash the dog in the dog wash.

The most perfect house for a family holiday… my only regret is that I didn’t book it for longer! Will be returning for sure x.

Great place if you need a room late at night. Only place open at 11.30 pm.

Amazing location, so peacefull and your own private bush walk area, lots of wild life. We spotted kangaroo, natives birds.

Absolutely loved this place! Beautiful cabin in an idyllic setting. So peaceful! The cabins are spacious and have everything you need for a great weekend.

Apartment was very clean and exactly as the photos when booking. Just ensure you read the instructions for check in as it's an app you install that gets you access to the main door and rooms.

It is very satisfying to be close the train station and the Woolworth supermarket.

My visit was brief one with an event in Fitzroy, so the Ibis was ideally located. It was also good value as the Australian Open was being held and the city's hotels were very expensive.

Location is great — 2min walk to the Queen Victoria Markets and central to everything in the city. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Location is ok if you want out of Melbourne a bit it’s close to the Hume highway which was handy for me when I landed late and needed to head north first thing.

The beds were absolutely amazing I enjoyed my stay so much the staff were super friendly and helped me so much with check in 10/10

We go to Melbourne once a year and each time stay at Punthill Apartments, Flinders Lane. This year was no different. The apartment is always clean and comfortable. The beds are really comfortable.

Had a lovely one night stay with our kids in a 2 bedroom apartment. Received an upgrade to a city-view room which was greatly appreciated.
The room was clean, well maintained and spacious.

This is a fantastic entry level high luxury hotel to stay at. Well priced, lovely facilities. Friendly staff. Great location one minute walk from the Southbank River.
