Truly it's a beautiful cozy place I had a great time, and I hope to come back.

I stayed in this hotel with my husband from 24/09 to 26/09. I was fooled by the beautiful photos on booking, I booked a superior room with breakfast and dinner. Dirty room, poorly cared for environment, cobwebs everywhere, little exhaustive and incongruent information among the staff, reduced to a minimum, breakfast and dinner acceptable for a 2 star not for a 4 star, wrong wine list, dirty and empty mini bar, a cold jacuzzi, two single beds that came off, table assigned for the entire stay due to covid but that at breakfast was always occupied by others … and
… icing on the cake… entrance to the cleaning lady's room (? ) at 9.30 am! The only positive note is the bartender Marino and the night porter Piero… two wonderful people, who know how to make you feel like a pampered guest, wasted in such a management. Weekend to forget!

Love at first sight 🥰 at the hotel bellavista! Only two days. But they regenerated me! Beautiful thermal park surrounded by nature and with a splendid staff, 4 legs including the hotel mascot 🥰 is therapeutic too! I will be back soon.

Courtesy, cleanliness, three thermal pools and an immense sauna. Excellent cuisine, a perfect location to regenerate and relax.

We stayed there on January 30 for one night with my 2 year old son and my husband, total disappointment. 4 star hotel and 200sas € per night. I wasn't expecting luxury, but the dirt we found left us speechless… so much so that you also take pictures, hairs and cobwebs. 😳The thing we liked was the kitchen and staff who were very kind.

Beautiful location I recommend it! Hygiene cleaning and top aperitifs.

We had an unforgettable week! Very well-equipped spas. 3 pools with thermal water, hydro massages all in the middle of a green oasis, a great cuisine. … we will definitely come back and we recommend it to everyone!

Awesome place friendly staff delicious food. The pianist was awesome! The fresh rosemary bushes the olive trees and the lavender and pomegranate trees and other herbs. It was fun playing ball with joy the dog. Will return again. Thanks to all the staff awesome people.

The property is located in the middle of a large garden, the interior is well furnished, the rooms cozy and well finished, with inside the room a windowed compartment where you can smoke or read. The spa is well organized, the competent staff friendly and ready to meet any request. The interior bar is well stocked. Recommended for both families and couples looking for relaxation.

Spacious and beautiful rooms. The thermal pools were very dirty. The hotel staff disturbed us as many as 3 times despite the ticket not disturbing for trivial things.

We were guests, my wife and I, of this property in April of this year (2018). We found it optimal in conducting. Very nice and friendly staff The fascinating air that you breathe inside, UNIQUE. The swimming pools, the park and, all together you can appreciate it only by living it. Only a little note, the kitchen, patience. We returned late May early June and, we found a high quality leap into the remarkable kitchen, plus everything else that was already there, this became an Eden.

The structure, immersed in a large garden, is beautiful and well furnished in the common areas. The rooms are discreet, but they have the advantage of a small window compartment where you can smoke, read or have breakfast. There are flaws that you would not expect from a hotel, especially 4 stars: The rooms are equipped with a fridge-bar, but these are empty; In addition, it is generally used to let guests find a complimentary bottle of water, a water heater with tea filters, herbal teas and instant coffee… but none of that. Moreover the opening hours of the bar are quite unusual (it opens at 10:00), as are unusual the breakfast times (which can be accessed not before the 7:45). For the rest, from the food to the personalized treatments, from the swimming pools to the various wellness services offered, everything is optimal. One notable strength is especially the staff, very professional and friendly (despite the substantial hours load that is daily to support, since we noticed that the work shifts are covered the whole day by the same people). Another strong point is the receptivity of the structure (only 120 people), which goes to the benefit of a quiet and not overly crowded environment. We will add the fifth starlet when they have solved the aforementioned weaknesses. We will definitely go back!

I have been attending this hotel with my wife for 7 years now and we have always enjoyed it! The property is a little dated but always cared for and well kept. 3 Fantastic thermal swimming pools with Jacuzzi sauna and bath, friendly and qualified staff. The food is also great! Recommended.

The experience with my boyfriend has been really bad. We had decided to spend two day at the spa, and brought to the full board. At the dinner, alas, I see that they offered a sauce of clams and mussels, and I decided to eat that. THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT and the day after to vomit. We then decided to go away before, obviously not taking advantage of the lunch and that was it. The comment the situation to the lady and the response was just painful: ah no lady, here, it is impossible, it would have been something else she ate. And below are TOT to the full board without even offer to call anyone or a minimum of a "I'm so sorry "… Paid for services not even used, I feel that I absolutely cannot RECOMMEND this place where the quality of the people and the ways are really poor.

Spa Hotel in a quiet area, set in a large and relaxing Green park. Equipped with large indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a fully equipped care department. Restaurant with a buffet of appetizers and vegetables with a great choice and with good quality food, the choice among the dishes offered in the daily menus. Nice and helpful staff Frequent evenings with music and dances for customers entertainment. Cleanliness of the rooms, the environments and courtesy of the staff.

We recommend it to everyone! … we had a great deal. Let's start with the staff… Wonderful all very friendly and always available with a smile and a nice word! The room was perfect… The pools always clean and the spa well organized with the operators too nice in the ways… As far as the restaurant… try to believe! Great! Thanks for everything!

Sham pack: If there is something positive to notice then the fruit buffet at breakfast, the friendly receptionist and the incredibly hospitable in-house dogs. But that's it.
Unfortunately, everything else is left to be desired: The fitness center is probably a musty storage room with defective equipment; And certainly no place for yoga or anything like that!
And if we are already at fitness: the pools — total 3 at the number — all have almost the same temperature and the question arises as to why the only slightly cooler pool is declared as a rest zone and therefore cannot be used as a sports pool?
Judging the room rate would not be fair: Therefore, the following assessment only applies to our room: balcony directly at the escape route: NY underground charm; Shower with all-round shower curtain: Laws of adhesion!
Box superstructure of the celebration as storage space: if it were not fake and pure decoration etc… Conclusion: In this House certainly our last visit.

A good Hotel if you look fir a place to stay for a visit of the Y40. It's just around the corner. The Spa of this Hotel is old but okey… I enjoyed it to have a place to relax between my dive sessions. Though, he breakfast is wierd organized.

I had a very nice staff and wonderful place. At the spa there are very reliable and very kind people. I. In particular I go to Angela that I consider unique and very talented in all that. It does. Today I made my first mud from outer! I have to thank Stefania, the head of the SPA, for the solar and warm welcome, the kindness and professionalism (not always easy to find in the hotels of Abano and Montegrotto). Although he had some organizational problems and even made a hole in the visit with the doctor because my son had gotten sick, helped me to reconcile my schedules and reprogrammed everything punctually. I rarely write reviews. But today I found a person, not an employee who does a job!

Nice big hotel, the spa area is beautiful and the rooms are big, however overall the hotel looks a bit dated.

Relaxing stay: Three swimming pools, the outside warm and welcoming. Only drawback: The Fountain for cervical massage is missing. Clean structure, staff available, Imperial Breakfast! I recommend it.

Room staff and plans extremely kind and helpful. Nice pool area and fun water aerobics in the afternoon! Very convenient also for walks in the center or in the surrounding hills. We were my boyfriend and I with the package five nights and really got back regenerated!

Taken via Groupon a day SPA with a support room. Clean pools, thermal water, quiet place and relaxation insured. Room not yet renovated like other areas of the hotel or like other rooms (maybe reserved for a longer stay and not a touch and escape) but spotless and equipped with all the amenities, Wi-Fi included. 5-Star staff. I'il Be back!

Just because I spent some time here. The place has the worst rooms ever seen in the lowest catagory of rooms. The floor of our room is coming off and have strong smell. The owner has the worst eber character and makes you pay the air you breath has dogs all over the restaurant. The swimming pools are renovated but the waters are not filtered and has all short of filth in them. The rooms are invaded with the mosquitoes everywhere you go. Overall the experience was never to stel foot in here. Please make sure of things before you book the room. Good luck.

Hotel style a little retro but beautiful pools, park, fine dining room we would only have to change a little something it department buffet to not only put vegetables but also fish, meat equal to the sweets not to put one but 4 or 5 would be better then to replace always the dishes finished them and your sins.

We spent 3 nights weekend, really enjoyed our stay, availability ' kindness, friendliness of the staff, the rooms clean bathrooms too tidy, excellent cuisine, breakfast outstanding as was the buffet, evening entertainment with a talented sossofonista addictive, beautiful swimming pools and Spa, I recommend it!

Great relaxation pools nice lunch and dinner very good.

Very nice, it was worth it to pay the entry if only for a day. I was lucky because being alone I decided to eat dinner and I found a pleasant evening at the piano bar. Neat and clean with super relaxing Thai Massage Spa.

Two days with my wife really pampered! Impeccable service, excellent cuisine, friendly staff! Excellent all services and in particular truly relaxing spa area and taken care of very well!
