➜ The property is old and would need more maintenance. The staff are welcoming, eat well and are attentive to food intolerances. The thermal pools are very nice. Relaxing environment.
➜ Very large and rather dated structure, in particular the rooms, would require in the complex of a profound renewal. Quiet and relaxing place, in twenty minutes walk you reach the center of Montegrotto.
Avoid weekends as they are frequented by numerous groups and in this situation the staff under pressure may be very rude.
Pretty good the price/quality ratio, it comes with ample parking areas.
Pretty expensive the prices of the bar inside.

We stayed this weekend at the hotel. What to say, without much pretension. Rooms spacious efficient cleaning service, appreciable kitchen, beautiful pools. You can not say that there is a real spa, as the sweat cave (very beautiful) and sauna are, one on one side, and one on the other side, however they do their duty. Maybe a little more care in the green areas would be welcome. Overall appreciated. We got an offer found on the internet, if we had to pay the full price, having been to the hotel, maybe we would have thought about it.
