I love the place. Very clean and lovely rooms.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. We love the fact that it is clean, the staff is friendly and it has a free mini bar.
Unfortunately when we left our room number 9 on Tuesday 9th of April we left behind 2 apple phone chargers. We rang the hotel staff but they were never found. Either the cleaner or the next person who stayed there got them. This is disappointing. I am still hoping to get them back.

Nice rooms but the people in rooms 3 and 5 were extremely drunk and loud on Sunday morning, completely ruined our stay.

Great facilities. Lovely food at the restaurant. Top customer service. Lovely and clean room. 10 out of 10.

In Shepparton for work so it was only me so the rooms were very spacious indeed plenty of parking Sebastian's restaurant absolutely fabulous sorry forgot to take photos was a bit fatigued.

Loved it wish had stayed longer. Bit tight on the Milk for coffee & Tea apart from that great!

Stayed here so my man of 13yrs could see his bub he had with girl he spent 12 days in total with how lucky now his got everything else I couldn't give him.

Lovely spacious family room. Bathroom very clean. Great friendly staff on arrival and checking out. Great central location.

Clean spacious room & pool area with good parking space. I had a surf n turf steak & it was cooked to perfection.

Comfortable. The water pressure in the shower… OMG. I have never had a massage that good. Rubbish from the last guest was still in room.

No fuss accommodation. Shower pressure in room 5 was amazing! Bed was a bit hard though.

Close location near town, rooms were very well cleaned, staff were friendly and good service at onsite restaurant.

Unprofessional staff, who don't want to be there. Booked a room with breakfast, only to find meals area closed on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Still waiting for manager to get back to us with an explanation. Doors are not well sealed, so if your next door neighbour has a smoke of the front, it wafts into your room. Bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean. Room is a bit rundown.

Always love staying here. Beds are comfortable, great service, awesome internet. Great place for business accomodation.

Nice clean place as long as your room is not located b y the roadside. Not impressed with their service. I have left an expensive bottle of face wash in the room after I checked out. When I asked them about it, I was told the cleaner had put it aside in storage for me but when I asked to have it sent back to me and I will pay for the postage, I was then told it was not found. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth!

We stayed here for 5 weeks the apartment was very clean and spacious… The staff were great and our rooms were cleaned spotlessly. We would not hesitate to recommend this motel to our friends.

Always a reliable, comfortable place to stay when in Shepparton. Sebastians Restaurant staff really make the effort to accommodate clients with dietary challenges. Meals are always interesting and the wine choices satisfying.

Restaurant here is amazing… best dining in Shepparton. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommended.

The best service that not often come across these days. Our dinner was perfect — two steak and a risotto were outstanding quality. We will definitely return soon.
