Great caravan park nice and clean.

The budget cabins we booked looked nothing like they did on the web site. They were dirty and not what we expected at all.

The cabins are clean & very comforted with everyone you need. The pool is great but a shame the spa is out of order. Kids are loving the carts & games room.

Had a really nice weekend away with our caravan, unfortunately left disappointed with the park/experience due to the cons listed. Pros — Clean amenities, good facilities for kids (Including hire pedal karts), baby bath in laundry very handy. Cons — Pool not heated (or just freezing), powered grass site had NO grass (pure dirt & twigs, even pile of unsafe metal scraps), roads have too many holes/uneven for kids to scooter.

Was looking forward to trying a new Big4 for our Christmas break this year but unfortunately we were very disappointed in Big4 Park Lane Shepparton. It is not at all as described, the kids were looking forward to the games room but were extremely upset to see a room with one table tennis table and nothing else (can’t understand how you call it a games room). — the website advertises a pool table but that didn’t exist. The pool was soooo cold (literally like ice water) for the first few days so was not useable initially. It is also located in the residence area and at times we were made to feel uncomfortable walking through the residential area and some of the residents are not shy to tell the campers off (ie for having a drink in the pool area) — they definitely believe it is “their” pool. And to top it off you had to pay to use the BBQ’s. Never before have we had to pay to use a BBQ at a Big4. I am really struggling to understand how this can be classed as a Big4. There are also limited bathroom facilities for the amount of campers. I would NOT recommend this Big4 for families or for anything for more than an overnight stay.

Highly recommended rebooked a cabin even the dogs had a great time.

We arrived and we’re not overly happy with our the site we were given (35) as it was all dirt however receptionist was accomodating and allowed us to move to a grassier spot with no problems! Good clean park, kids loved the jumping pillow. Amenities were well kept and clean, A+ to the bathrooms as it was private use for one person, not a big shower block. The pool is situated in the “permanent resident” area so not very well positioned for holiday goers and at one point some kids were yelled at by a resident for being in the “no access” zone which was outside the all access pool area. Owners were lovely, Thanks.

Great park, very well maintained and both the cabins and ensuite sites are fantastic.

Friendly helpful staff, generous size caravan sites, well appointed ensuite, and good location. The caravan park is currently being upgraded under new management so the best is still to come.

We must have been given the worst site in the park (30). It looked like it had been used as a dumping area for the maintenance staff. There were big mounds of gravel, rubble and blocks of concrete on the site. Tree stumps hadn’t been levelled and the power point was nowhere near. Tried to raise with the staff but they didn’t seem too interested. Facilities for kids were good — jumping pillow and pool but the site leaves a lot to be desired. We joined Big4 members after visiting the wonderful park at Phillip Island but now not sure if we made the right move.

Staff are very friendly, the park was very clean, our grandchildren who are 4 &2 had a ball.
We definitely will be coming back.

Amazing friendly and more than accommodating staff! So helpful and caring honestly incredible customer service! Facilities were wonderful for kids the bouncing pillow and playground so much fun! Little chilly for the pool at this time but will be back to try it out again! Thanks for your help and providing a wonderful mini getaway for our family!

Easy to get to, staff very friendly and helpful and the facilities are very clean and lots for the kids to do.

The best so far I like the staff very welcoming and friending.

Because I have just been offered $30 refund from an $80 booking, that HAS to be cancelled because of Covid19! That’s disgraceful! Beware!

Well run, and great caring Managers who go out if their way to provide you with a wonderful time. We will be back, and only place to stay in Shepparton.

The staff here are amazing and the facilities are very clean. Extra points for being pet friendly. Plenty for the kids and parents to do. We would definitely recommend to everyone.

At this time of year very quiet but would be bustling in summer. Owners are lovely especially the old fella. Would come back again.

It's okay I live here at Big 4 Kialla My mum and I have a Unit along with 79 Resditions eho have Units hete… People eho come in Caravans love there tome here and people who stay in Cabins love it ss eelll … Kids enjoy the Jumping Pillow and the seimming pool during the Summer time.

Lovely caravan park. Only problem was our ensuite wasn't clean.

It was my first experience with them and it was remarkable and comfy experience. The public toilets and rest room very so clean, where barbecue area was awsome. I was using power site and I bring my own tent, and I love it. Recommended place.

I stayed here for an extended period for work. Staff were always friendly and accommodate my pet as well. Budget cabins have a small kitchenette with gas ovens, air con as well. Washing machine available as well but is coin operated.

Uncomfortable beds, lack of cutlery, shadecloth on the flyscreen door, noisy wall box aircon and we had no sink plug. Gardens were nice…

Sooooo good just that everything is white bummer if you have kids.

This was awesome. We booked a budget cabin but by all other standards we have stayed in this year it was well and truly deluxe. Can't wait to go back and see what the deluxe has to offer. Kids loved the jumping pillow. It was wonderfully quiet and beautifully clean and tidy.

The greeting was great and the villa we stayed in was ok. The swimming pool was freezing but it was early in the season. It also seemed like there were a lot of permanent residence, not that that is a problem.

Great value and the area had a lot to offer for a holiday. The Park has great facilities including entertainment fur the kids. The new managers are doing a great job. I'll be back with the family soon.

Excellent value accommodation restaurant best prices and service exceptional.

Great amenities with massive sites that are well planned. Designated gravel parking per site and very well positioned power, water and sullage. The only downside is there are not a huge number of sites available.

Easy access to park. Great sites. Manager helped us park our van. Couldn't use the camp kitchen BBQ cos we didn't have dollar coin. First time in a big 4 that we were asked to pay for the BBQ. Nice clean amenities though. Would stay again.

Big space and neat and tidy all over. Good place to stay. Good pub only a short walk away. Is little bit out from the centre of town but all in all nice place.

We were given a price paid in full only to get told something different by manager expecting us to pay more once getting there when we asked for an apology for being told the wrong thing the man was very aggressive and yelling refusing to apologise for the inconvenience I am disgusted seeing big 4 is suppose to be known for being a family park we will not be returing with my family and will be making sure everyone finds out about the way we were treated.

This is the worst place I have ever been too. I quote on quote look intimidating so the owner or who ever was in charge started swearing at me wanting to fight me in front of my kids and family and friends for no reason. The staff were just terrible and no help what so ever. I was with my kid quietly playing on the jumping castle that closed at 6. Directly on six the staff came and kicked us out in the most rude and offensive way ever. Please dont go here unless you want your rage to be tested and end up in jail because you have caused so much property damage and hurt the staff. Word of warning this place is trash.

Make sure when you stay here you budgetfor a extra $100 on your credit card as they put a $100 hold on your card for 12 day to 14 days.

I don't understand why this place is so highly rated. It felt like a school camp the whole time I stayed there. And their "luxury" villas were barely stocked with the basics. No milk and no hand soap. I thought these were always given at "luxury" accommodation. The bunks were also hard as a dry riverbed in the sahara desert. So I ended up sleeping on the couch. I didn't really enjoy my stay. I wont be recommending my friends.

Very pleased with our stay and it was so refreshing that pet friendly accommodation was available. We found the cabin very well maintained, clean and very liveable. Having struggled in the past with pet-friendly accommodation, this has been a highly refreshing experience.

Lovely, clean facilities. Friendly caretakers and a few nice extras for the children — movie night and pancake morning. We have stayed at many BIG4s' and this one impressed!

Our stay was a short overnighter. The park was perfect for what we needed, a tidy cabin, room for the dog inside (this was a BIG plus) and a warm and comfortable place for us to sleep. We'll definitely be back.

This time of year the park was quiet… peaceful. Found both the staff and fellow campers to be friendly and very helpful (especially when we had a minor "hiccup" with our van) The amenities were clean and modern, but there were not enough… don't know how they'd cope in a busy period! 2 keys per site would be more convenient as well.

We stayed there for two nights last year and we like it so much we are going there for nights soon.

Although we did not spend much time in the park (had activities planned that took 12 to 14 hours a day, when we did go back to the park, it was quiet and peaceful. The en suite was clean and the shower was lovely and hot and with good water pressure. Would go back again.

The Managers of this caravan park need to learn basic customer relations. They have a very poor attitude and after my bad experience will never set foot there again.

Very basic but you know how little thing annoy you, no cutting board in kitchen, fly spray useless, the flys actually drink it, and the big thing only one vehicle allowed per cabin, for a large country town a real downer.

This park does not really cater for Camper Trailers (or tents) that would need a grassed site. The sites are all gravelly, dusty and have not had grass for many years. The facilities were clean but with only 2 male and 2 female shower/toilet combinations it is difficult to find a toilet in a hurry in the morning. You are also only given one key to these facilities and with a couple you are restricted in your freedom to use as you need. The noise policy is not enforced strongly as we had noise till after 11 pm.

Great experience with Kim and Shannon. They were really helpful in every sense and put us (in caravan) in a great patch with grass. The pool water was freezing, the pillow was fabulous to jump on, all round a great place to stay at Shep.

Solo traveller in a hired car camper, this was one of the better parks I have stayed in, very clean, lovely camp kitchen as I need space in the fridge, had an ensuite caravan site. Immaculate gardens.

It's so hard finding a tourist park at the best of times when you have 1 dog let alone 4, I emailed ahead before booking to find out if it was ok to book in with 4 large dogs in June, as we were attending and competing in a local Sled Dog Race event. They gave the ok and when we arrived and found our site I was so glad we not only had a large grassed tent site but also on the end of a row and not boxed in. The facilities were lovely and clean and the showers very inviting in the cold weather after returning from the days events. A tip for travelers travelling with dogs (especially more then one) call or email ahead before booking.
