Quest Shepparton

We had the opportunity to visit the lovely city of Shepparton and therefore stayed at the Quest Shepparton. Right from the time we checked in until the checkout, we were so happy and glad to be staying at this beautiful hotel. The staff are so so professional and thorough. I can’t thank Riley and Lily for making our stay so amazingly comfortable. The place is clean, comfortable and relaxing. What makes it even better is that it’s close to everything and is centrally located. Hats off Riley and Lily and the management❤️

The friendly staff upon arrival was fantastic, and the cleanliness was wonderful. I was given a room that was extremely quiet, which I appreciated very much after a long day.!

The staff here is so so sweet but the facilities and management here is well below average.
Construction work was happening literally right outside my window from 8:30 in the morning all the way till later in the afternoon. My entire window view is construction work and it’s extremely, insufferably loud, for continuous hours across the day. I came here for a break but was forcibly woken up at 8:30 every morning, I paid 400+ per night for a room no one wants to be inside of because of the insufferable clanking and drilling.
This was not informed at all when I purchased this stay, and even when there are rooms across three floors on both sides of the building, they placed customers directly next to the construction site. Even more questionable considering they chose to conduct construction on the building in the midst of summer break when it’s most busy.
This is not a complaint on the construction or the construction workers, but a complaint on management and service. Very disappointing considering this is probably the most expensive hotel in town.

Hotel is being renovated — our room had a new kitchen, ensuite and carpet — very nice! Under cover parking and close walk to shops and parkland across the river. Quiet location too. Friendly staff. Recommended!

Rooms have recently been refurbished, great job. Really nice place to stay, easy access to supermarkets and takeaway restaurants. Highly recommend.

Was very close to all facilities that we required. And is the perfect place to stay …. It feels just like home. My sister in law and I came to visit with her daughter who is back living in Shepparton so we had a great 4 day pre catch up Xmas with her …we will do it again next year…I stayed here about 10 years ago …so that is why I stayed again, knowing ii ticked all the boxes.

Great location walking distance to most town amenities and the accommodation facilities were excellent. Interactions with staff made the stay most enjoyable.

A lovely facility with great staff, great service and great amenities! if I have to stay in regional Victoria again, this will be very first choice!

The renovation has really paid off — the bed is soooo comfortable and the pillows just right. The decor selection is spot on and the amenities in the room are plentiful.
We wished we could stay longer, especially in the comfortable bed.
Quest is so conveniently located we could walk where ever we needed to go which is pretty handy when you are visiting for a 50th!
We also loved the proximity to the lake — such a pleasant walk.

Was booked a last-minute stay for work in a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment had just been renovated and was as clean as you can get, absolutely spotless. It did feel a bit too new and "sterile" but overall it was comfortable.
The bed was another story. It was spotlessly clean but it was way too firm; I should have asked for a topper but I didn't think to at the time. The hardness of the bed led to a very poor night's sleep & a sore back.
Location was great and the building was nice and quiet.

I had such a wonderful stay at Quest Shepparton. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff and housekeeping team were incredibly friendly and welcoming they truly made me feel like I was in a home away from home.
I was a little nervous about staying away for work, but the team made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. The location is also perfect just a short walk to Aldi for groceries and right by the lake, which was ideal for my morning runs.
Thank you to everyone at Quest Shepparton for making my stay so lovely. I’ll definitely be back!

Well appointed and spotless 2 bedroom apartment. Welcomed by a lovely staff member who helped us with all enquiries.

Stayed here on a work trip, so the booking was made and paid by someone else — can't comment particularly on value for money.
But, the room was spacious with good separate living/sleeping area, a good kitchen and huge bathroom. If I was here a week I'd be comfortable, but for a couple of nights it was still excellent.
Parking was an issue — far fewer spots than rooms meaning that it was a scrabble to get a spot — and if you couldn't get one it was a very awakward 15 point turn to get the car turned around and out again to the street.
Still, it's handily located to Aldi, to cafes and shops and restaurants.
Apparently the property is undergoing some maintenance/renovations, but I didn't notice any works occuring.

Quest location is good, for supermarkets, easy car park access, disappointingly the room was not clean, dirty cups, shower and towels, the property manage did take on board my comments and I received an apology. If the cleanliness is rectified the quest would have been fine for the 1 night stay we had.
It was noisey but that would be to do with its location.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Quest. The location was fantastic; we could walk everywhere. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job and were very pleasant whenever you saw them. Totally recommend staying at the Quest.

We stayed at the Quest in Shepparton on a family weekend. The apartment was well presented, clean and in a good location. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional.

With the Quest apartment hotel you know what to expect and we were not disappointed. Location of the Quest Shepparton was excellant for our requirements being close to the town centre and all its facilities.
