Loved coming back in summer so the kids can use the pool. Love that every hotel room had a back door onto the pool and BBQ area.

We stopped through on our way to Melbourne and after driving for 20 hours from Brisbane it was just what we needed. We walked in and got a room straight away, the checkin process was quick and easy and the room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Booked for 3 adults, queen bed & sofa couch. Cockroach crawling over the bed within a few minutes of walking in the room… pool was smaller than expected and no instructions on how to operate the spa pool… On a positive note, comfy bed and 24hr Maccas next door…

Stayed in a comfortable 2 bedroom unit, nice new kitchen, has a private outdoor area. A centrally located pool to all the of the units. Great for the kids.

Motel is undergoing renovations, looks very clean and fresh. Main bed in the room had been updated, whereas the single beds in our family room was in desperate need of replacing.

Clean and comfortable room. All the convenience of being located on a main road, however the rooms are quiet which is fantastic. Plenty of parking on site.

The rooms are small but very comfortable even for a family of four.

We stayed in this motel last night room was very small, drainage in shower didnt work the shower floor filled up, room is much smaller then advertised it was TINY. NO electric blank on bed, we got a room that slep 4. Price is much too high for the standred of the room no one minds paying $175.00 per night for a really nice room. But this was much too dear for what it was and wasnt worth $175.00. It looks flash in photoes but it isnt like that. No spare blankets for the fold out bed. For the price standreds were very low. Would not stay there again was not happy at all with room.

Better lighting in the bathroom would have been great! Excellent place though.

The room was on the smaller side, but plenty big enough for me. The bed was great. This is one of the quietest motels I've stayed in. Friendly staff, it was a good stay.

Price, location, pretty comfortable.

CAMERON BURNS — I was at this motel during both of the times you came in — I agree with you being refused your stay as you were screaming like a maniac and unbelievably rude. It's terrible that you feel the need to lie on here to try and deter others from staying when clearly the issue was your doing. Extremely inappropriate with your wife and baby in the car. Check in at this motel is at 2pm (as is at most motels) — if you had wished to check in early you could have rang ahead and made prior arrangements. Screaming at the staff won't get you anywhere.

I could not be more disapointed of the customer service we recieved by a lady called linda. I asked her if she was the manager, her responce was I can be who ever you want me to be. We drove 2.5 hours from melbourne with a 9 month old and 5 year old to arrive at the hotel at 12pm to see what time our room will be ready. We were greeted by a lady (later labeled cleaner) who was unable to answer questions about if our room was ready/ or when it will be or could we leave some stuff as we had to leave. Her response was I dont know/ not sure. Was told to come back after 2pm. I then returned at 2.30 to be greeted by linda who was abrubt and asked me if I was here earlier. I replied yes she then rudely replied the room is not ready til 2pm. We then tried to check in and expressed concern that no one was able to help us when we arrived earlier and question why no one could answer our questions about our room/ or leave luggage. I informed her off my disapoinment in the poor service I recieved she then got on her high horse and refused my family and myself from staying there called me a freak and refused to hand over the $550 we paid 6 months ago. We then luckily found alternative accomodation through quest shepparton, after explaining our situation we got the same 2 bedroom apartment slightly cheaper and had a really enjoyable stay. We regulary visit shepparton for family commitments and have stayed at many hotels and this by far had been the worst experience.

This is a top motor inn if you don;t mind being 5 minute drive out of shepparton this is perfect place nice staff lovely rooms and a big open space out side your room I stay again highly recommend.
