10 star accommodation. Top notch. Wouldn't stay anywhere else but Riverside Cabin Park in Shepparton.

Clean, friendly, lovely staff on-site. Gave us a late checkout due to my daughter not feeling well. Central to coles, food, petrol etc. Will be staying again soon.

Highly recommend this cabin park. Cabins are clean and tidy. Gardens swimming pool and bbq area are neat tidy and very clean. Manager very friendly and welcoming ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We spent the night here on our way back to SA. Friendly service from the staff both over the phone to book in and once we arrived. Cabins were clean fresh and comfortable. Great value and much nicer than any of the other places we stayed at along the way. Highly recommend staying here.

Cabin needed updating but quite pleasant. Operators were helpful.

I have been as polite as possible but had my request for a refund ignored. Walked in office after a four hour drive — customer service person smelt like ciggarettes with a mouthful of food. Cabin had a dirty cleaners rag on the kitchen bench. Bathroom had a loose and unstable and broken drainage piece in the floor of which I hurt my ankle on. Once moved into another cabin — still very uncomfortable with first impressions and being near a main road and not remotely river side (as much as one may know that the name of this place is a play on words — was no river access. ) Busy highway knowing children were being accommodated for. Concrete jungle of cabins. Left and went elsewhere within 40 mins as the standard was below my expectations and I only expect cleanliness and safety to stayin with children. Very dissapointed no one has bothered to respond to a refund/emails. A single mother paying out this much money — I am uncomfortable writing this, but I am sorry — very dissapointed all round. I still want my money back and will contact consumer affairs. I am really sorry, but I have tried numerous times.

A very lovely over-night stay in Deluxe Family Villa at short notice. Very friendly service. Perfect for our family of 4. The most comfortable queen bed I have slept in! Our children loved staying and wanted to stay longer — definitely next time! They also adored your very friendly cat. Thank you so much!

Affordable, clean and tidy. Plenty of parking for trailers. Has a shopping centre next door!

Thanks to Riverside Cabin Park for your unbelievable hospitality during our recent stay which catered for up to 130 people. Fantastic bbq and pool area that had enough room to feed everybody. Great clean and comfy rooms. Thanks to Johnny and Lyn for all your help whilst we were there and leading up to the event.

The staff at Riverside are exceptional and were very accommodating with our needs. The cabins had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We highly recommend Riverside Cabin Park.

Great affordable place to stay while visiting Shepparton, back every year and it’s only getting better. Pool is great.

Only issue with the cabin was hot water running out. Pool was nice.

Tidy, well presented venue. Cabin was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Close to shopping centre which is handy.

Right on the highway with a view of Harvey Norman. I saw no river, but if it was near the trees at the end of the park, it might have been the type of river that contains dead bodies, such was the ambience. The pool looked disgusting, the linen unclean, and walls paper thin. The master bed left me with back and hip pain and I'm no pensioner. I couldn't muster the courage to drink the tap water either.

It was near the highway and is VERY close to the shopping plaza. Fine for one night.

A very impressive facility… During our recent road trip we stayed there twice… It was that good! Clean, modern, updated décor, reasonable price and great facilities… Great pool! The whole place is neat, well organised and the hosts have great customer service skills… Caravan and cabin parks could learn a lot from this team! Well Done…

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights in their 2 bedroom villa very clean lots of room and straight across from the swimming pool also very friendly staff always up for a chat and happy to help out when needed highly recommended definitely stay their again if we are up that way.

Owners/managers lovely. Happy to have a good chat and help you out on anyway. The cabin park is very family friendly. Pool clean. Cabin clean. Quiet. Close to everything. Price is perfect. Highly recommend.

The units are nice, modern and clean. For the price it's great. It's literally next door to the shopping centre if you need anything and we never had any issues with noise. At the shops is a huge gaming place which is good for slightly older kids and teens and would keep them busy but it'd cost you a bit if they played for a while. The pool and kids play areas are still being built and i'd guess still a month off or more so currently there's nothing to do on site for younger kids or toddlers. There's plenty of parks, a lake, cafe and the river nearby. They're not accessible straight from the cabin park though and this is a cabin park, mostly concrete and fairly small compared to a caravan park. That didn't bother us, as we just took our car a short drive and were at the SPC kids play ground that's a gold coin donation to enter and is amazing. The beds were reasonable but if you're used to nice hotel beds these aren't at that standard. Overall you couldn't ask for much better at the pricepoint. We'd recommend.
