Best location in City center and right next to the Queen Victoria Market and close to all the trams. Front desk staff are terrific. But rooms could be cleaned better.

Decided to add on a Melbourne leg to my Australia trip very last minute so booked this hotel super last minute. It was a great value for the price!

This place has been wonderful. Our second time staying last weekend. We didn’t have a reservation but turned up and hoped for the best.

Really loved this spot. Very walkable area full of great food & drink. Two Birds One Stone or Pound cafe for breakfast & dinner at Oriental Tea House & Hoppers Joint were so memorable.

This hotel is amazing and is my new favourite. The place has such a cool vibe and the staff are truly the friendliest of any hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are also very cool and funky.

When I checked in, the lady was lovely and attentive, when I checked out the fella was wearing headphones and was okay at best.

Great place to stay as was working at the Box Hill hospital so the location was perfect for my needs.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Avani Box Hill Residences. From the moment we arrived, the lady at reception, though I regret I forgot her name, was absolutely fantastic.

Location to the airport and the terminals was great. Having access to the complimentary hotel shuttle was great as we were travelling our elderly parents. The staff were warm and welcoming.

The rooms here are genuinely excellent and well above what we expected from an airport property.

We came for dinner last night with family and friends. George helped me with my Pub+ app and showed me the benefits. What a pleasant experience we all had.

My wife,, mother in law and myself accidentally booked the wrong day for Mother’s Day however Jacqui and Shay were absolutely amazing as the found us a beautiful booth and really looked after us.

You can't beat this location if you’re in town for a show or shopping.
The rooms are much larger than your average hotel room and the beds are super comfy.

A great stay! So much, that I returned within a week! The first was a last-minute solo stay and was so impressed that I came back a week later with my family.

We usually stay at Metropol, which we also love, but this time we decided to try Towers and were seriously impressed. It’s easily our top pick of all the Crown hotels now.

Our house being flood damaged, we stayed at Quest Narre Warren for around 4 months. The rooms, services, and location were just perfect. And a special word for the manager Luca.

We booked dog friendly room. Here is like is the only place in cbd that not discriminate dog by their weight. It my birthday and my dog birthday so my partner want to spoiled us. What a right choice.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming even when we arrived at 12am. Rooms were neat and excellent service. My favourite was the little kitchenette with a sink in the room.

Our first stay here and we were so impressed.
Aaron on reception was extremely polite and efficient. We ate in the restaurant this evening and the food was exceptional as were the staff.

Large comfortable and clean rooms, close to terminals. For a short stay at the airport this is ideal.

We stayed for one night at the Mantra Melbourne Airport on 09.02.25 pre a flight. The woman that checked us in at the front desk could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Shuttle service is brilliant, checking in has always been pleasant being a platinum member you are looked after.

Ten, the manager, went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally left my mobile phone in my friend’s car and had no access to anything.

Very clean well serviced hotel. Washing machine, dryer and micro wave in rooms along with Foxtel. Comfortable beds, first rate service by staff. Hotel has small pool and BBQ.

I recently stayed at Le Meridien Melbourne for a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The highlight was definitely the exceptional hospitality.

Great place to stay with families and it’s close to shopping centre. The only problem was during Easter there was no room service, so our bedsheets was not changed for the four days we stayed there.
