As an interstate visitor needing a place to stay for a week, I simply searched for local accommodation close to where I was working in Mooroolbark.

I stayed at Hotel Chadstone a couple of weekends ago and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

We had a wonderful stay, and the excellent service from the hotel front receptionist Ms. Ruby made all the difference. She was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile.

The hotel is modern and classy. We were being upgraded and our rooms were huge and super spacious. I’d also like to thank Miss Bella Lorenza for sending us a bottle of complimentary wine.

Brilliant service from every single person we encountered, they could not do more for you. Rooms were large and of a high standard.

As a manual wheelchair user I thought the access in the room and around the hotel was great.

We made a booking for our anniversary at Lanson Place for our anniversary, upon entry what welcoming us is the grand entrance, nice and chic designed.

Wow. The accommodation room was very clean and serviced accordingly.

Beautiful, clean, walking distance to hospital, reason for our stay. This was our 3rd visit here. Car park totally secure. Public transport about a 3 minute walk. Great service highly recommended.

We visited The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne with four friends for dessert and coffee, and Anjan made our evening even better. He was very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit.

The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is honestly one of the most opulent hotels I’ve ever stayed in. If luxury could be personified into a building, this would be it.

Loved staying here the bed was so comfy, view was great. We had a standard king room. Buffet breakfast was delicious so many choices, we went at 8am so we didnt have to wait.

I haven't tried a ton of hotels in Melbourne, but once I got to the Langham I didn't see any need to look elsewhere.

Nice home base for five nights. Hotel is located in a lively and bustling Chinatown. My 13th floor studio room was massive and included a kitchenette and a deep bathtub.

This place is an amazing budget friendly accommodation. We originally booked a 2 bedroom apartment but as my husbands flight was delayed 25hrs the had to change the room to a family 2 bedroom instead.

I have stayed at the Stamford Plaza Melbourne many times over the years, and it never ceases to impress. My most recent stay was absolutely flawless.

Great location and staff. The buffet breakfast was a great inclusion. Room was nice and week appointed, the glass lifts were fun, the kids loved that and the pool and spa.

A very nice and well located hotel at the Paris end of Melbourne. Atmosphere is one of quiet peaceful rest, definitely a more boutique kind of hotel vibe, though it is still pretty big.

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Melbourne last week while on our honeymoon, and we could not have been happier with our experience.

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds with pillows that were fantastic to sleep on.

I have always stay in this place whenever I visited Melbourne. The one bedroom plus study is ideal for long stay. Staff members are really nice and helpful. Parking available at basement.

The start of a holiday can often be stressful, rushing to airport, expensive parking and then arriving at the destination tired and bedraggled.

Location to the airport and the terminals was great. Having access to the complimentary hotel shuttle was great as we were travelling our elderly parents. The staff were warm and welcoming.

We booked dog friendly room. Here is like is the only place in cbd that not discriminate dog by their weight. It my birthday and my dog birthday so my partner want to spoiled us. What a right choice.

We stayed for one night at the Mantra Melbourne Airport on 09.02.25 pre a flight. The woman that checked us in at the front desk could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Shuttle service is brilliant, checking in has always been pleasant being a platinum member you are looked after.

Booked the spa for my husband’s birthday gift, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, the interiors set such a cool n perfect relaxing vibe.

All six meals were enjoyed. Service was very friendly, welcoming, efficient, attentive.
The welcome drink & lollies for mums was an appreciated touch. We will be returning for sure.

Food. As usual was delicious. Today however the room was so hot. A few people were actually complaining. Love the new bistro set up. Special shout out to Jed. He is amazing.

The Savoy is truly a great hotel, excellent location, but with room for improvement in cleanliness. I would stay there again if I return to Melbourne.
