Nice rooms. Very friendly staff who are happy to help and welcome you nicely upon arriving after a long drive stayed here for two weeks for work and was upgraded to a better room, and a nice greeting note in my room on check in. Breakfast is great, convenient location and close to transportation and food. Staff always smiling. Definitely will be back.
Recommend staying here.

Property was very clean. Small kitchen was well appointed if required. Beds were ok but slightly on the soft side. I was disappointed with the reuse policy enforcement as used towels were hung up to reuse but were changed. Why bother putting the policy information on the wall if you don't follow it!

Clean rooms, one the best beds I have slept on, two minutes drive to the centre of Melbourne, plenty of restaurants and cafes around the corner at Brunswick.

Great service, staff are so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms very clean. Tram stop directly out the front. Highly recommend to anyone wanting affordable accommodations in Melbourne.

Our two nights were very comfortable. We enjoyed cups of tea and the Arnott biscuits, and we appreciated that the tea and Arnott biscuits were replenished. The location of the Motor Inn suited us perfectly. All staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Situated @Brunswick end. 2 me, For the price/ cleanliness & service was "unbeatable" from arriving@reception, both managers (30+years exp) were so friendly/knowledgable & helpful, you new that yourd booked@ the right place. (12/10) Prob 3km of shops/pubs/food. To me, this is the real Melbourne. With small business shop owners chatting to you as you walked along the street. Trams rolling by (1 Tram takes u2 centre city) Thanks best Western 4 making my trip 2 Melbourne so good.

So convenient to trams and shops. Foodie heaven in the same street. 711 around the corner. Lovely family run business, very obliging people. Would definitely stay again

This hotel is in a great location close to shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, comfortable and secure. Bed very comfortable.

Enjoyable quiet place. Located within minutes drive to Queen Victoria Market. Has all the things which I needed. Beds are great. 7-11 and voles supermarket are nearby. Convenient tram services.

Very solid, ticked all our boxes. Fast internet, beautiful park across the road, tram on the doorstep, room was clean and staff happy and friendly. Ample free parking so close to the city a huge bonus. Rooms are dated, but very clean and surprisingly quiet given the location. Maybe a four and a half, just due to decor. A well run business I'd be happy to recommend.

Had a ground floor unit, quiet, clean and the biggest shower ever. Breakfast was great and the location is superb with the tram at your door. Just needs a toaster in the room. Thanks Lester.

Nice location next park, spacious clean rooms with lovely view on greenery. Great room service was great. Had a room on the top floor and helpful staff to carry the luggage. Reception staff is outstanding, friendly helpful and absolutely concerned about your comfort. Very happy to stay here again.

A bit old for my taste and soundproofing is perfectible, otherwise good bedding.

Great location between Sydney road shops and park. Also right next to tram stop. Good service and well kept rooms.

The receptionist (Nathan) is nice. The rooms are clean. The walls between rooms are thin. Can be very noisy. Knocks on other rooms are as loud as knock on your own room.

Solid city motel. Third floor offers view of the nearby park. Room was large, but bathroom was small, although it had a fairly large shower. Kitchen was fully loaded including stove and oven, although not a full size fridge. Furniture and bed are reasonably comfortable. Plenty of off street parking. Only con is lack of elevator, especially for a 3 story building. Overall I would stay again.

Everything went smoothly. Car can park at front of units. All amenities one could hope for.

Nice and central to city and zoo. Plenty of restaurants and transport in the form of busses, trams and trains. Undercover car parking. Quiet room with nice modern bathroom. Bed is a little bit old, but OK for a couple of nights.

Staff always courteous and friendly. Rooms always clean. Tram stop at front which gives us easy access to public transport. It’s ALWAYS our choice when visiting Melbourne!

Excellent location (for my work circumstance). Clean, comfortable. Very close to shops & transport. Excellent view overlooking Prince's Park. Only caveat is no in-room safe.

Great location with a tram to the city at the door. Sydney road with shopping and eating about 200 meters away. A motel close to the city with free parking, internet, well priced rooms and friendly staff makes for a great place to stay.

This is about the tenth time we have stayed here. Great spot, really helpful and friendly staff. We will be back.

Its a standard Aussie motel so if you know what that means then you will be neither surprised or disappointed. As usual with such places there is no elevator so you have to haul your luggage up outdoor stairs. The difference with this one is its 3 floors so watch the back and don't have cardiac arrest! The internet was so flaky I ended up hot spotting my phone but even pricy hotels in Australia tend to have bad internet.

The location is fantastic with easy access to trams travel a short walk away. 10 minutes and you're in the centre of Melbourne city. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well presented. They include air conditioning light bathroom comfortable bedding and free Wi-Fi. Our preferred place to stay in Melbourne easily accessed from Tullamarine Tollway and Eastern Freeway. Overall excellent accommodation at a reasonable cost close to Melbourne city and transport.

Stayed here last night in Queen suite. Room was clean, bed really comfy, large great shower and traffic noise low. I would highly recommend this motel and definitely stay here again.

Excellent location only minutes from Sydney Rd bars and cafes. Small but very clean room. Internet is provided but it runs a bit slow. Breakfast is offered but we didn't try it. Our room was at the top of three flights of stairs, request a ground floor room if climbing stairs is a problem.

I really have loved my stay so far, tonight is my second night and 1 night to go. All the staff are very helpful. The room is awesome, bed very comfortable and the spa is very relaxing. Will stay again.

Stayed one night at Melbournes Princes Park Motor Inn for a recent event. Cant thank the staff enough, especially the lovely man on in the evening when we checked in. He realized my daughter was on crutches and quickly changed us to a ground floor room, he also allowed a late checkout without charge.
The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the bathooms were quite modern.
Honestly couldn't ask for a better place to stay for the reasonable price I paid. Will definately stay again.

Room was very clean and tidy. Lovely fluffy towels in the bathroom and plenty of them. The kitchen was well set up and very functional. The staff I dealt with were very polite and accomodating. Highly recommend this place.

My one night stay at the Best Western Melbourne's Princes Park Motor Inn has been delightful. Great value for the money with an older but well kept room, very friendly staff, and a big breakfast delivered to my door for $13AUD. Little touches like a pitcher of cold water in the mini fridge made me feel very welcome. I'll be back!

The staff were great, Lester was a nice man who helped my family and I prepare for the phillip island penguin parade! The rooms were tidy, clean, and made me feel not-claustrophobic. Would highly recommend.

Danny and I stayed one night here yesterday and were more than happy and satisfied with everything — very friendly and helpful staff and the Inn's flexibility to accommodate our early check-in. The location is simply ideal — to walk to and from Jewell Train station, to our function, to the lovely big park for walks, to a pub dinner and to the shops if we had wanted anything. We found our apartment clean and tidy, with more than enough facilities including air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and lots of lighting. The bed was firm but not hard and so were the pillows. The bedside radio made my day, I am a radio fanatic! All these for a very affordable price. Thank you for making our stay a very pleasant experience.

This Motor Inn was terrible. The bedding was poor with a mattress that could do with throwing out. The room we stayed in was tiny, had an open shower which creates a slip hazard and was dirty. I would not stay here for free. Never again will we book this place! Cigarette smoke from a rear property was swept into the room via the air-con. Cheap, crappy, dated, dirty, the list goes on.
