Properly managed property. Everything is well maintained, tracked and taken care of. This is the first time I am witnessing a totally unmanned {in terms of security) building of inhabitants. Entry is restricted at the main entrance and lift only to residents via a flash card. Visitors can enter if someone from inside permits them.
Great corporate long term accommodation/serviced apartments.

$908 for a 1 bedroom apartment in Claremont Street South Yarra, walls were filthy and Corporate Keys were nowhere to be seen when I needed them regarding an issue with my stay. $3700~ a month should at least buy you the attention of the person handling your stay. Lol only decent thing was the super fast internet which isn't something they personally provide, *shrugs* lol.
