Docklands Executive Apartments offers self-contained 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments with a private balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with European appliances. Each apartment boasts floor-to-ceiling double glazed windows and a large flat-screen TV with cable channels.

To my knowledge We Live Here or other movement against Short Term Letting are not using properly what they already have in place in their building by-laws regarding their security security and the fact that access key fobs are registered to key holders that are obviously not supposed to share the key fobs without registered the temporary key holder to the building security system and thus at an extra cost. It is also now proven that Marshall Delves director of We Live and building manager since years of The Waterfate Apartments, as serious lack of security knowledge and should not be trust when talking or giving advice about any building security system, people should start to understand that been a building manager doesn't make you an expert in electronic security system. Back to the 26th October 2010, I talked to Mr. Delves who is also the building manager and part of the strata committee at the Watergate apartments. I warned him about the fact that he has the wrong approached with his security system thus why issues with AirBnB and few overcrowded units, which could have been fixed since day one without the need of any law suit, I told him that if he was properly using his by-laws regarding the building security access control system and key fobs, he will have full control over who gets in and out.
