Love staying here. Everything you could want. Convenient to shopping, trams, restaurants and the central City. Quiet and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Booked by Qantas Hotels site. Definitely be calling them to advise how bad our stay was. Overnight in 1603P a 2 bedroom 2 bath that was a shocker. No blankets, sheets or extra pillows to be seen. Chipped flower vase feature. Grotey tired carpets. Beds are very warn down. Sofa is from the early 1900s and has no cushioning when you sit. Aircon wouldn’t function and heating on in the main bedroom. A very disappointing stay and thank god it was only one night otherwise I would have sought shelter with a underprivileged person on the street they would have had better accommodation then staying in the room I had at Apartments Melbourne Docklands.

Great for family. Very neat and clean. Quite spacious and best thing Supa IGA and thirsty camel is very close by. The tram is also close to around 100 metres from the apartment. Highly recommended.

Warning! Please avoid this rubbish service apartment. If you coming in a hot summer. You will find out there is no aircon in the bedroom and you have to live with it.

Never even, been here for 3 nights and the stupid fire alarm on every 10 mins, really annoying and can’t sleep at all. When I complained with the receptionist and receive the really unprofessional reply”sorry they can’t do anything as I can not focus the ppl to come to fix it if they don’t have time, I already got too much to do “. Well, if u don’t happy with ur job, plz talk to ur boss and let him know u got too much to do, not ur customer who’s paying for it and stay for nothing, no service, can’t sleep, by the way there r some “pet” like spider or moth will be with u while u stay, that’s the only entertainment u will get. I don’t understand how it rate by 4 stars. If u want to waste ur money, plz forget what I said. But I will let all my friends know never here!

Wanted something close with good views and something flash after spending 7 nights in a cosy cabin yo be honest wish we stayed longer in cabins as the room we had was disgusting and dirty, Lights didn't work in main bedroom, blinds didnt shut, hair all over bathroom floor hadnt been mopped or vacuumed, wee still on back of toilet seat, the shower had mould growing up walls plus bottom of shower was black had to wear thongs, beanches all slimy in kitchen, plates were just yuk, laundry area was just full of dust, blood on donnas we booked for 5 but only enough beds for 4 and the walls need a really good paint job done on them strains & marks everywhere when we mentioned about rooms they didnt care thought we might have been given some refund back & to top it off the security bond you pay takes 7 working days to go back in bank account so if you stay make sure u pay cash but I will never stay here again or recommend this apartment.

Stayed in two different apartments over 3 nights due to a last minute extension to our stay. First apartment was amazing 3 bed with huge open living and dining room overlooking to docks. Great views of the city and Ethihad Stadium (2 mins away) and short stroll to cafes and restaurants. Tram stop within 1 min walk. Second 2 bed apartment had great views of the water and the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel from the many balconies. Unfortunately the apartment was not as clean as the first and the carpet had many burn marks. There was food scraps and tissues left in between the couch cushions and crumbs under the coffee table. This was disappointing after the great first apartment. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and recommended lots of great places to visit while in Melbourne. Also let us store luggage for the day while we went sightseeing before leaving town. Would recommend but will be checking cleanliness of rooms next time.

Good location, close to Etihad Stadium and a short free tram ride to big city. Room was ok, good bed, views out two sides with the design of the building. Very handy and we'll stay again.

Do not waste your money. The apartment we stayed is was dirty and the staff unprofessional. Floors not mopped, cigarette butts left on the carpet, rubbish from last occupant left in room, no locks on balcony door (unsafe for kids) or bedroom windows as they have been broken off so cold air comes in all the time. No AC in bedrooms. Carpets trashed beyond repair, holes in walls and doors with dodgy patch work, kitchen damaged, doors broken off hinges, lights not working, AC timber frame broken and left on the balcony ground with nails facing up. Paid $20 per day for a car park that we could never use as someone else was always in it. Staff not helpful and simply don't care. Office is not welcoming and set the tone of the stay. Staff can't be bothered to open the office on time so luckily we didn't have flights booked. We needed to settle final account. I should have read all the reviews and I regret staying here. I could go on.

Appartment not cleaned on arrival reception closed just after we booked in. Could not afford to find other accommodation. They said they would get a cleaner to tidy the room but nothing. Then said they they went to the wrong room … lamp not working no light on balcony view of a building site and work starts bright and early Saturday morning and woke us up. No plug in the bath and the doors onto the balcony don't open we paid $630 and have complained every day since checking out but still no one will respond to us. Dont stay here.

I don't even feel the hotel is even worthy of one star the service my partner received from the moment he got to the complex to check in was appalling. My partner purchased his accommodation for 2 nights on motif he notified star apartments in advance that he would be checking in after 3 as he would not be ale to make it to the normal check in time at 1 as he was going to be working that day they said that was fine and his room would be ready when he got there. He got there at 3 and was told he room was no where near ready and that he had to wait at least an hour and a half for his room. After an hour of waiting he approached the desk again and demanded mother room as he had enough of waiting around he then asked for his parking spot that came with the room and was told there were none available and he had to find his own parking spot in which he had to pay for the entire weekend a he got to his room I had arrived an we had a look around and the room was in the dirtiest condition the shower had mold on it the couch was ripped and had popcorn and dirt in it the flooring was appalling and the all the dishes were dirty. Throughout the night we noticed all the lighting was turning itself on and off clearly a fault in the wiring of the building if one of the lights were to spark and fire could have started instantly.

Me and my family Stayed in star Docklands very big apartments reasonable price and pretty good staff. My only problems would be we were going to be staying with our friends who had driven down from NSW just to see us and then they were put into a completely different tower from ours which wasn't good but to make matters worst we went out for dinner with them and they came back to there appartment and a couple was in that room. One of the staff left her home to fix the issuee but by that time the couple had left. But all up it was okay.
