Front desk people are very polite friendly accomodating and patience to us senior citizens definitely coming back next friends bday for a night again…

Beautiful place with wonderful staff.

Stayed for one night including breakfast and one car park. I was offered a discount which I was grateful for.
Awesome spot. Right on the docklands walkway with a convinience store and liquor store right across the road.
Marvel stadium within walking distance.
Rooms are big enough for two people. Anymore, maybe not so much lol.
Bathroom amenities were the bare minimum. Alot of hotels are doing that though.
All In all, I would definitely stay again.
Maybe request for a room that has direct view of the water. Thank you Sebel.
Will definitely see you again.

Stayed overnight with my sisters Xmas Day. Suite large, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time.

The place is very good. Nice ambiance, very peaceful. Working remotely is not a problem. Comfortable with the small office like table :) Rooms are clean and neat. Apartment interior design is stylish and captivating. Staff are friendly. Location is perfect, near trams, stores, parks and groceries.

Comfortable, great central location in the CBD. Many eateries close within a few hundred metres.

We have stayed here a couple of times & will stay there again when back in Melbourne city. Great location to drive in & out of. Outstanding accommodation.

A small up market apartment/studio style hotel (no bar, restaurant or breakfast room) offering very nicely decorated rooms (no daily servicing of rooms except by special request and additional payment). Very well located In the CBD, close to trains and trams.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location was superb! Close to everything and walking distance to CBD. Can’t praise the hotel staff enough. The reception staff were kind, helpful and so friendly. The Sebel will now be my when in Melbourne hotel always!

This is our 3rd trip back with many more stays in the future, staff and apartments are incredible.

Rooms are large with full functional kitchen for self service. Includes Wi-Fi and AV connections to the TV (HDMI and USB charger). Industrial nespresso machine with pods available in the lobby. Very central location.

Beautiful place, very central and excellent furnishings with great kitchenette and plenty of space. However, not a 24 hour reception and when I asked reception to book my cab the night before, they either didn’t or the cab didn’t arrive for some other reason. There was no one on reception to ask at 4am and 15 minutes later, I had to book my own cab to get to the airport on time. The only complaint, but a crucial moment during my stay.

A beautifully appointed hotel. It’s a shame many of the staff smoke at the entrance. It doesn’t make for a nice arrival.

Ideal location for the city & transport. Lovely spacious rooms clean. Suited us perfectly. This was the second time we had stayed here and would always come back again.

We have stayed with you a few times and will come back for more. The room size is exceptional and stylishly furnished, so instantly, you feel at ease. The Front Desk staff is very friendly, intelligent and obliging, so we always feel welcome. Other than the loss of the bar, which we used to enjoy at sunset, it is perfect for what we need.

Second trip to Melbourne that I have stayed at the Sebel Apartments (have stayed at other hotels and airBNBs on other trips as well). Apartment is very spacious and in a quiet location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back again next year!

The service was exceptional and the single bedroom apartment was beautiful. It made my business trip a luxurious stay. It was so conveniently located, with just a short stroll to the amazing cafes, restaurants and landmarks that Melbourne is known for.

Our apartment was very spacious, very luxurious and we had a perfectly comfy bed. Sadly I did not have the time to experience the stunning bath, but it was an absolute pleasure to have stayed at the Sebel overnight. We will definitely be back. Kind regards, Kim Kennedy.

What a lovely hotel. This is our third stay here. Gorgeous and clean rooms. Great new addition in the bathroom of a magnified mirror with a light, making it easier for putting on makeup. Staff were lovely and very helpful. And a coffee machine in the lobby area next to the warm fireplace.

I found everything to be very clean and well cared for. The rooms were lovely and a nice relaxing place to be. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and I would love to stay again!

Hotel is well located, one block from main suburban railway, and one or two blocks from most tram routes. The hotel rooms are comfortable and reasonably equipped. We stayed for eleven days. I had a few concerns regarding maintenance, and I discussed them with both the Manager and the on-site AVC representative. I love this hotel and stay here annually. However this time maintenance was a problem. I wonder if it is time for a refresh?

We enjoyed every bit of our stay in this accommodation. It is centrally located with proximity to everything — great restaurants, shops and entertainment. The rooms are stunning and have all the essentials for a short stay. I would've liked to have a vacuum cleaner in the room though, holidaying with kids can be a pretty untidy affair and since the rooms are not serviced everyday it was hard keeping the floors litter free after the second night. Nevertheless that did not get in the way of enjoying our stay. We also enjoyed the valet parking which was very convenient. We'd happily stay here again and happily recommend this hotel to our friends.

This is a great hotel and in such an fantastic area. Loved having a kitchen to prepare meals. The bed is so comfortable and pillows soft and inviting. I love coming to the Sebel as the staff are helpful and friendly. Now for the negative I found the lounge very uncomfortable as the foam seating really needs a bit of a make over. My problem was I kept sliding off as the foam was well worn at the edge but I had the great idea to put the back of the seat to the front and it seemed to work only it still was not the best. Still that did not make my stay a bad experience and I will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I stayed in Sebel Condor for 1 month, This place is simply awesome!, Very clean and tidy and you have got all the must have amenities, Bay view is outstanding, Posting few pics of the view from my room where is stayed. You will definitely appreciate the decision of staying in Condor.

An awesome place! Contemporary and elegant within a stunning location. The sunsets over the Docklands water can be breathtaking! ❤ I highly recommend this hotel!

Service was ok but not attentive enough. Other guests were noisy and disrespectful.

My mum stayed her and she's picky af. She loved it though and will be staying there next time she vists Melbourne. The room was decent and the location of the place is perfect.

Clean and huge apartments. Kitchen comes with almost every appliance you can think of. Great view of quay but quite a walk to southern cross. (15mins? ) Trams are available and frequent so no issues.

Great Docklands location, close to plenty of restaurants. Apartment is of very modern and funky design, as are the public spaces of the hotel.

Staff is corteous, facilities are good, rooms are spacious. Design of interior is interesting albeit colour match not always spot on. All in all, a great place to be.

Great place, apartments were well sized, staff were friendly, did have to wait a little to be served, there was a line forming. Easy to get to, there tram stations just around the corner. Great facilities, Gym, Sauna, Pool. The sebel restaurant I had breakfast was pretty awesome. Would be perfect for a 2 night or more stay.

Stylish hotel, only slight downsides were slow customer service on check in and no room service option for dinner (only for breakfast). Overall very good though, nicely set out rooms with very modern styling.

A booking error on their behalf was introduced to us on arrival. Staff were not helpful in resolving the situation but rather quite rude. Was told that we haven't paid yet so we can just stay at another place on the day. While we were at the front counter trying to sort things out, Another couple came to complain. Would not normally review but unfortunately I will never attempt to stay here again.

Excellent service and facilities — the staff are fantastic. Close enough to the city via the tram but far enough away to be relaxing by the water. Great restaurants nearby and the hotel cafe is friendly and offers a good menu. Best location for the sporting venues as you can get a seat on the 70 tram at the beginning of its journey and then watch everyone else squash on.

Pleasant hotel set amongst the quiet of of Docklands. Got upgraded for a deluxe self contained room which had a great quality kitchen. Facilities were well equipped with a 20m lap pool, sauna and gym.
