Amazing hotel and great staff and facilities.

Great experience the staff was very friendly and nice and awesome place to take a walk to see the fireworks. It’s very convenient.

Great friendly staff, always helpful. Great location and facilities. The gym is the best I’ve ever experienced being in an Australian hotel, gym equipment, weights, treadmills etc… and the pool is outdoors, heated and huge! I love it!

Was really nice didn’t like fish tho other then that everyone was really friendly.

Terrible experience on check out, staff where unhelpful. After booking the Docklands Dollars booking they couldn't provide me with the code to claim it, after requesting it repeatedly they gave me a code that doesn't work. Will never stay here again Terrible Service!

Not a good experiance I had here…on 29/05/2022 I left hotel at 9am and be promise by staff that they will clean my room soon as I leave to explore Melbourne. Unfortunately when I came back to my room after had a long day out with my Wife and 2kids at 8pm same day, surprisingly the room was not even touch. I feel so disspointed with the Service and I didint expect it will happen here in FOURPOINT DOCKLANDS. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Lovely staff! Lovely room! Lovely view! Honestly up with the best rooms I’ve stayed at in Melbourne. I will 100% be back again. Also a little birthday plate brought up to our room for my partners birthday.

Checking in was a debacle. One bed was really comfy but other too hard and slanted. Definitely prefer Crown hotels. Pool area was lovely just too windy yesterday so water was too cold.

Everything great quarantine hotel.

My daughter and I were in quarantine arriving from UK. The staff were amazing, the service was incredible.
Absolutely fantastic experience albeit quarantine.
I’m not sure why people are complaining.

Very unhelpful management, never again and will tell everyone I know not to stay here.

Fire the caterers they taking advantage and supplying old stale food to your Quarantine guests.

Really enjoyed our stay at Four Points by Sheraton. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, quiet rooms, family friendly and lovely pool.

Stayed at the hotel for my daughters 15th birthday and could not fault the service loved the food pool and spa we loved the hotel we extended our stay.

Location is amazing! close to shops, Melbourne star, food and ameneties, hotel is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, service is amazing!

The best location, Free tram stop is just in front of the hotel & Skybus stop is just opposite of the hotel as well!

Great location right next to the tram stop (& a huge new shopping centre opposite). Plenty of nice restaurants on the water within easy walking distance.
Also only a 20 minute walk to South Wharf (DFO/Casino) if you enjoy going for a walk.
Staff were very friendly and efficient.

The views of t h e harbour are amazing. Staff are very accomodating. We needed to swap weekends after booking some months ago. It was no hassel. Rooms are lovely. Highly reccommend this Hotel. This is our second time here…

Scoopon 3 course deal. The ravioli entree was 100% supermarket pasta with their own sauce! ; No views, eating barn feel. Sweets and mains good.

Hotel is beautiful. Beds are nice and comfy. Staff are friendly. Only minor set back is the location. It is a bit further out. With nothing much nearby. Just a small mall with some restaurants. However, there is a free tram service to head into town. Located just in front of the hotel.

Location: 5/5 if you're a pair of romantic couples, 3/5 if you're a tourist, 1/5 if you're a tourist travelling around Australia. Pricing: 4/5 decently priced for what's been offered. Gym? Yes Diner? Yes Café: yes Bar: yes Helpful staffing? Yes. Nearby: free tram (no. 35) takes you around city area within free tram zone. Just walk the rest of it. Observation wheel is 5 min walk away from hotel. The bad: it's super windy nearby~~~ (perfect for summer and freezing for winter)

Pretty new area with less amenities nearby, although there is a Docklands Mall just opposite with food court/bar/restaurant and few blocks away quayside dining etc. Boutique like hotel with lobby restaurant serving quality food and pool/gym at Level 7 were impressive. So far rooms were clean and cozy. Hotel staff were all very friendly and approachable. Tram available to town area which just located outside hotel.

Was at the hotel for a conference. Accommodation, food and service was faultless. The quality of the food was a pleasant surprise and all dietary requirements were well catered to. Lorraine and Hector were both exceptionally great in their customer service, would definitely go back there.

I’m here for 4 nights with work and the service has been very good, staff are friendly and the food very nice. They have a buffet breakfast available at s reasonable price with s good selection. Would recommend this place the rooms are clean and tidy although a little small and the bed very comfortable.

Nice restaurant downstairs. Staff are extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Menu is good with a lot of varieties. Excellent quality food, well cooked and served also tastes amazing. One thing I didn't like was the portions of the meals I think its a bit too small, to the point that I've had 3 course meal and was still hungry. The place is nice but lacking a bit of views, however was really quite and a bit romantic.

Restaurant staff excellent. Food ordinary. Same as other good hotels. Service staff is very friendly and helpful, attentive and warm! Room excellent. Clean and comfortable. Door slightly stiff to open. Reception staff helpful and friendly especially regards getting around town. Looks excited about providing the information on free trams service just outside hotel. That is really convenient! They looked interested in their job and hotel guests. I am a airline staff who has stayed in lots of hotel around the world and I know what I feel.

Great view from the 14 floor, day and night. Location was perfect, on the tram system, clise to shops and restaurants. We chose to self park across the road, saved a bit of money and no issues there, though it was a little more expensive than the parking sign said. We got the room and breakfast option for 2 nights — bed and pillows were awesome, room was comfortable, and hadveverything we needed, with bottled water provided daily. Great variety of food available at breakfast, nicely presented and tasty. We used the pool and hot tub, both were nice. Overall a very enjoyable stay, and would stay again during our next visit.

We arrived early but were able to check in, the view from our room was stunning, especially at night with the wheel in lights. The pool was amazing and the fridge in the reception area with free water and cool face towels was a lovely touch after a hot day in the city. The location is fantastic with the free tram into the city right at the door. Excellent service all round, we'll be back!

Amazing room with a beautiful view, super comfy bed and great amenities. Staff were lovely and attentive and the outdoor heated pool and spa is amazing and very stylish. Directly opposite The District Docklands – for food, shopping and activities – plus the tram stop (in the free tram zone) is almost right on the doorstop and will get you into the city in a flash. We can’t wait to stay again.
