I don't even feel the hotel is even worthy of one star the service my partner received from the moment he got to the complex to check in was appalling. My partner purchased his accommodation for 2 nights on motif he notified star apartments in advance that he would be checking in after 3 as he would not be ale to make it to the normal check in time at 1 as he was going to be working that day they said that was fine and his room would be ready when he got there. He got there at 3 and was told he room was no where near ready and that he had to wait at least an hour and a half for his room. After an hour of waiting he approached the desk again and demanded mother room as he had enough of waiting around he then asked for his parking spot that came with the room and was told there were none available and he had to find his own parking spot in which he had to pay for the entire weekend a he got to his room I had arrived an we had a look around and the room was in the dirtiest condition the shower had mold on it the couch was ripped and had popcorn and dirt in it the flooring was appalling and the all the dishes were dirty. Throughout the night we noticed all the lighting was turning itself on and off clearly a fault in the wiring of the building if one of the lights were to spark and fire could have started instantly. Overall for the amount of money that was spent the location the apartment was in, we were not expecting this at all safe to say we will never be staying there again we will be making everyone aware of the service and the state of the building, and to top it off they ruined my partners entire birthday weekend.
