Clean comfortable rooms which are also spacious and quiet. Spent 5 nights in January and would definitely recommend. Look forward to returning.

Look it's got a great location thing going on, the staff friendly and I was very impressed that the receptionist noticed I was running late in checking in! That gave me a tremendous sense of attn to detail and care! The price is excellent for the location to Jetty Rd, the beach and the tram! One can leave the car walk to Jetty Rd do some exploring, jump on a tram to the city and back in time for supper so to speak! I haven't had to utilise accommodation in Adelaide in a long while so very impressed! The buildings and rooms however are getting old but in saying that are well maintained, very comfy, clean, have a fridge, coffee facilities and even a hair dryer attached in the bathroom! I highly recommend the Glenelg Motel!

Friendly welcome. Clean and well maintained rooms and short walk to main street. Value for Money.

Glenelg motel rocked. We spent Boxing day 2019 to New Years Day 2020, at Glenelg Motel. It was the best. Very great priced. Very friendly staff. The pool and the hospitality was excellent. Sam the cleaner looked after our room Irina was also awesome. Tamra was very very very good. Very caring to our needs. All staff top. Every little thing was dine for us. Brilliant place. Highly recommended.

Excellent friendly and accomodating service. We had booked the wrong size room for our family of 6, and were swapped to a larger room and an extra bed despite being booked out on a Saturday. Really impressed.

Kylie and staff make you so welcome I just had a fortnight there and because of circumstances could on book a couple of nights at a time, but they where so accommodating in rebooking a room when I wanted one would so recommend this motel.

Great value motel, good price, rooms have everything you need, the pool great and suitable for a larger person like myself. Handy to everything and the breakfast is great. I will be back.

Pink stains on a pillowcase, couple of the coffee mugs dirty, and that was in the first few minutes of settling in the family room. Car parking for the corner rooms can be scary, you have to hope that others next to you know how to reverse properly, rather cramped. Could hear ppl in neighbouring rooms, especially when shutting doors and youre trying to sleep. To top it off, ran out of hot water whilst in shower, was great finishing off with freezing cold water. Sorry, with our family, wont be staying here again.

Kylie the manager = helpful. Unfortunately she’s been let down by one of the staff/cleaner who stole my jumper from the room. I was there for one night on my way to central Australia, leave your belongings in the car… Or, stay elsewhere. Who steals a jumper? Pathetic. There was also a dirty glass of water left on the side table. The old rule pay peanuts get monkeys applies. My fault in hindsight.

4 Friends and I stayed here, after a trip to Melbourne, the accommodation was excellent, Staff were wonderful especially Sam, who made us feel welcome,, she cooked the best breakfast we had all week, thanks heaps to Sam & the team at the Glenelg Motel, from the Cutts & the Breen's .

It was definitely not worth the price The receptionists were really rude. The room we were given was dark and had no opening windows. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly for a while as there were piles of other people’s rubbish under the beds.

Basic hotel/motel. Good amenities. Serves breakfast and has a pool. Perfect for 1 or 2 night stays.

You cannot beat the price for the motel in thus area. 5 minute walking distance to jetty road and 10m drive to airport. Been staying here for 20yrs and will keep doing so due to you cannot beat the price.

Neat and tidy or so we thought until I found someone else's underwear in my bed! Alerted reception the next morning. Very apologetic of course but that's where it stopped. Asked for the sheets to be changed but they only changed the one bed! Had to ask them to change all three beds. I didn't exactly trust that any of them had been changed. Then they forgot to restock our towels and toilet paper as well. I would have thought we might have got some extra attention or discount or breakfast or something. Just something — given the fact that someone did a dodgey in our room. So that was pretty disappointing. The kettle had water in it when we arrived. It's just good practice to empty it. One of my pillow cases was yellow and heavily stained. Two very different light globes, one white one yellow, which actually made me feel sick. The windows don't open unable to access fresh air. No biccies with the tea and coffee. But there were a lot of good things too. Pros: Great air con! It was 40 degrees when we stayed so it was well tested. Surprisingly very quiet! Very friendly staff. Good fridge. Comfortable bed. Spacious main room. Small but very clean bathroom albeit a few too many ants at times. Great pool that was never too busy. Secure car off street parking after 9pm Airport parking for $5 p/n) conditions apply) Laundry Great location: away from busy-mess of Glenelg but such a short walk to Beach front, restaurants and shopping. Perfect location.

Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and clean and parking is right outside your door. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have booked and stayed here many times when we go on holidays, cruises etc and can leave the car there knowing it is safe. Would recommend it to everyone looking for well priced accommodation.

Good location, close to Glenelg Beach and airport. Rooms were large and comfortable.

Great location, rooms are spacious, service is really good, clean towels every day which is good, also air-conditioning is really good. Problems are that there is no way of opening the windows, no way to get fresh air inside (unless you use the air-conditioning) the room without leaving the door open and getting flies/mosquitos inside or potentially some person.

Extremely friendly staff excellent meals, quiet location clean rooms and bathrooms would recommend to anyone looking for good affordable accommodation.

For us the location is perfect room clean fresh towels everyday most of all the price is real.

Great motel, room was nicely decorated, clean, spacious and a great price of $95. Perfect location with lots of bars and restaurants in Glenelg which is walkable, and also for Adelaide as the tram goes from the beach to the center of town for only a few dollars.

Had spa suite it was only like a bath it didnt have bubbbles.

Older style motel, a little run down, but rooms are large, clean and quiet. Inexpensive, and very handy to both the airport and all the Glenelg shops, pubs and cafes in easy walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is its best asset for visitors to SA.
