Food was cold, had to ask for cuttlery and condiments, drinks that were on new menu weren't available, no kids menu. Yes we know things have changed but expected better like service and food at Highlander last night.

Nice to be out and about after Isolation, dropped by for quick lunch. Lovely staff, great food in a timely manner.

Good variety of delicious savoury & sweet food … excellent value for money. Very friendly & helpful staff, especially the regular guy (with glasses) behind the bar at lunch-times. Myself & many friends & family have eaten there often & will continue to do so. More variety & better food than "Charlies" & "Fresh Choice", & absolutely worth the few extra $.

Food was terrible. Everything was dry and overcooked. Food was cold and salad looked like it had been left out all day. Overall the food was gross and overpriced. No good vegeterian options and when asked to order from the actual menu was told buffet only.

Absolutely hideous. The food is awful, cold soups, crunchy rice, chewy dumplings, sour pizza.
Limited vegetarian options. Not to mention rude staff.
What a waste of $75 hard earned dollars.
I will never ever dine there again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

My adult son got rushed to hospital in an ambulance as food was cook in the same pan as a peanut dish. When rang the next day. Was told sorry and he can have a free meal next time. He could of nearly died and all is offered was a free meal. Not good enough. It is hard enough as it is with people that have allergies.

The food is so delicious. And there are so many varieties. One thing impressed me is the garlic bread, you can tell they cook it with really professional way. Yummy.

Absolutely loved the food was fresh and delicious would not bring my kids though. I'm not a helicopter parent but I dp like to see where they are. Find it very odd that the kods area is out of sight of any table at all. I only realised it was there when I went to the restroom. Walking past I noticed 2 kids litterally climbing on top of the skill testers. I told them to get off so hopefully no damage. Maybe this is something that needs to be addressed.

Great range of food. Could have stayed longer but we were at the 1130-1 allocated time.

Excellent customer service, amazing food with an extensive range to choose from. Highly recommend the buffet especially for families, even with fussy eaters. Definately something for everyone. Will be visiting again.

Good value and variety of food in the buffet. Friendly staff and spacious seating. The lamb shank I had was very tender. Nice place.

Went to the buffet on Sunday evening and was more than disappointed. We have been many times before and were mostly happy but on this occasion I had a serve of the paella which included 4 mussels and every one of them had a very obvious beard. These I put in a napkin and showed one of the chefs asking if they debearded the mussels. He said ' that must have been the one we missed' and of course I answered ' no, the 4 you missed' as he took the napkin saying he would tell the Head Chef. Yeah right. His attitude couldn't have been more disinterested. Then, where we sat we could see a sign on the cutlery station saying one should take care of the slippery floor as it was ' being continuously cleaned'. We were seated at 7pm and by 7.30 this tiled floor around the buffet was filthy (so had it been cleaned between sessions? ) littered with dropped food items, serviettes and nearer to the dessert station the floor was covered for a sizeable area in black something. I say something because whatever had been dropped (possibly at least one of the small chocolate cakes) had been trodden on and walked around by multiple feet. In the interest of fairness (! ) we waited til after 8 for the continuous cleaning to start and then I reported the situation to the man at the desk. After around 7/8 minutes two young men arrived with a mop and towel. Just the time it took them to clean off the 'black something' indicated how long it had been walked into the tiles.

Had my family birthday dinner here, and I thank you very much for having us. Food was nice, decent variety, and service was great. A soft drink inclusion for adults would sweeten the deal a bit, and the games were all out of order for the kids. Nice looking place too.

The only good thing about this buffet is variety and amount. The food was cold or lukewarm, overcooked & dry. The salad bar was lacking & the desert bar poor. So if you eat a lot & have no tastebuds it'll be fine. Free soft drinks for kids but adults pay. The venue was the noisiest I've ever been in. I'd rather pay the same amount of money for a small but quality meal at a nice restaurant & pay extra for a nice dessert. Would never go back or recommend.

The food was okay, but I've had better. Not much variety at the salad bar. No better than average, as buffets go. They have fountain drinks, but only kids 14 and under are allowed its use. Adults have to pay full price at the bar for all drinks, in addition to the significant initial cost for the buffet meal.

Pizzas were undercooked, hardly any topping & no flavor, worse pizza I have ever had. Pizza advertiserd $10 on Tuesday nights was not even on the menu. Invited 10ppl there for drinks & pizza & was so embarrassed as none of us enjoyed it.
