Dirty noisy no blanket, bed was like sleeping on a wooden board, staff asked for help come no where near us! pool was OK, just very ordinary accommodation!

Great accomodation, amazing value for money. Stunning views. Close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

The worst customer service. Had a dirty shirt in it and the groundsman told us the cleaners are hopeless. The manager lied and still hasn't refund my money. She also locjed me out of the office because she was stressed. Worst hotel ever. Bad views from second level and there was no spa.

Staff are beautiful, but spa bath area and fridge was not clean. Was disappointed with that.

Close to everything. Disability access. Nice and clean. Very friendly and welcoming.
The down side is that reception opens at 9 not 8 as advertised and are hard to get hold of and parking is very tight.

Room is full of dust bedsides lamps are mouldy never advised that the outdoor is out of order but still charged $250 plus for the night. It is deff not 4 star as they promote no 4 star services provided shower head disgusting I cert will be making a complaint to the health department. Giving Covid — 19 you would think they would take more pride and do a better clean. I guess giving school holidays and oct long weekend this week they just in it for the money sadly.

Central to Airlie Beach city centre. Great views. Pool to relax by. Staff friendly & happy to help with any questions I what to do, where to eat. Rooms are very roomy, clean & well set out.

Great views beautiful pool, but room was very basic not very inviting unfortunately. And disappointing you have to pay if you want extra towels and linen the staff however were very friendly.

Great location walking distance to marina and shops, rooms nice and clean and staff very helpful.

1 of the best holidays we’ve had. Short walk to Airlie’s pubs, clubs and restaurants. We experienced the Great Barrier Reef in a submarine. Relaxing in spa bath on balcony over looking Shute Harbour with some cold beverages is something I’ll never forget.

Absolutely perfect stay with lovely staff and apartments. The views waking up cannot be beat. Unfortunately the spa is out of order but it didn't affect our stay.

We are from Melbourne stay at the boat haven spa resort 14 days it was amazing ocean view spa in my room pool was beautiful staff were fabulous perfect for relaxing close to all shops restaurants and the lagoon pool in the shops.

Gorgeous little place on the waterfront! The 1bedroom apartment was the perfect size and with a spa on the balcony made it even more amazing. Robyn at reception was friendly and very welcoming. Thank you from Drew Heard and myself for a wonderful getaway!

Clean tidy quiet comfortable good walking distance to town just great.

Friendly, helpful staff, great location to the town and wharf, and incredible view. Not the most 'lux' accomodation you could find in the area, but the facilities were good and I was impressed by the laundry and dishwasher in our unit (corner spa). Great help when we had our 11 month old in tow. We thought the price very reasonable, and they were kind enough to set up the cot with it's own linen and folded towel, very cute!

Lovely self-contained apartments with balcony spas and a view of the ocean. A short walk from the main street of Airlie Beach.

The rooms were very spacious and looks out over the water. Nice hot tub on the balcony. We went in it at night and could watch all the beautiful lights down by the pool. The pool has a nice waterfall. Last but not least kitchen with full size refrigerator, and a washer and dryer!

This place was bliss! Basic clean great view and bbq facilities, pool. Loved it! Stay here if you're staying in Airlie Beach!

Not far from the centre. The room is not cleaned every day. Sufficient for a short stay in Airlie Beach.

A small but nice and cost place, it's a heap stay if it's only you.

Reasonably priced. Beautiful view of the water from our balcony. Pool was clean and pretty waterfall. We really loved the washer and dryer in our room and the jacuzzi tub out on the balcony.

The place is amazing, the views are beautiful, very close to all amenities, and the port is across the road for all the cruises and ferries. The penthouse is fabulous with a spa on the balcony. I feel like a millionaire.

Whats advertise is not what it is,, 4.5 star it is not, no service 's etc very disappointed,, room's not clean and mold,, veiw is the only thing that stunning.

Love this place, third trip here. The rooms are delightful. Well presented plenty of room great views and always get the spa on the deck and watch the sun going down and lights on the water.

Disappointing, needs to be upgraded, kitchen accessories need to be restocked big time. Went to cook our succulent steaks on the bbq but there was no gas! Over priced for what you get.

Good location. Paint cans in the walk-in. Scarred walls (thus the paint cans I'm guessing). Pricey for what you get.

Really nice layout and size. Beautiful furnishings and decor. Only bad things were the location of the receptionist and the Wi-Fi was horrible (and I had to go back down to get a code when they should have provided it when I got the keys). Also the receptionist didn't ask for my ID at all which is really unprofessional.

Unfortunately nothing was really working. The flat was outdated, the fridge was freezing our food, the place was only clean on the surface… All in all it was highly overpriced — more than 1000 dollars a week for a place like that was more than disappointing. Airlie is beautiful tho.

Average place… rooms were neat and tidy… have to pay for room cleaning… road in front is quite noisy… staff were excellent and had vey good local knowledge. They organised our trips… location is also good… within walking distance of Main Street.

If we had the money we would have stayed somewhere else and give up on the money we spent to stay here! The bed was so uncomfortable we pushed the 2 small lounges together and slept on them after the first night of not being able to sleep at all, the pull out lounge was worse! The lounges are not a persons length either so even that was cramped to try and sleep on! DVD player didn't work and had to be changed 3 times! But nothing could be done until the morning and we lost money on hired DVDs! The only positive was the young man and woman at reception who were very polite and lovely the whole trip! Will not stay there again though and will not recommend. The roof was half painted, water marks on the walls, blankets were average, the place is outdated! But I did love the pillows!

Pool, spa, bbq facilities… very clean and well maintained… quick walk to shops and esplanade.

Viewed rooms for our wedding later in the year and found that they are really nice compared to other hotels /resorts in the area.

Leaking air conditioning system, dripping all night, it kept us a wake all night. The floor was soaked when we arrived we had to use there cleaning bucket and towels so we wouldn't slip on there tiled floor. They put $50 to $100 on your bill if you don't take out your own rubbing and wash your dishes. The room was small and the freeze full of ice from not being defrosted in who knows how long.

This is a difficult review to write as there were so many positives about the place but yet it is't a Spa nor a hotel? The receptionist was very friendly on arrival and although our room wasnt ready, we were able to leave our bags for a few hours until it was. It is a short walk into town which is very convenient. Arriving back to see our room at 3 pm and we were surprised at the sheer size. A very large room with seating area and kitchen. However after 3pm the reception closes and there is no one around. There is no where to have breakfast and is more like an apartment block that anything else. There is a pool with limited seating area — but definitely no spa!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for the first and last time a while ago. The apartments are nice but, our one was not cleaned AT ALL. The bed was not made, there was a used washer hanging on the shower screen, and sorry for being graphic — there was a poo in the toilet! We had to sleep on top of the bed because the sheets were not fresh. We said something to the manager in the morning and all we got was "oh I'm sorry I don't know how that happened" NOT GOOD ENOUGH MATE! I waited for a bit but there was no "oh we'll give you a discount" or "come back next time and get a free meal" Not that I needed any freebies, but the gesture would have been the right thing to do, and THEN maybe there'd be a chance that I would someday come back, but not now. Hope you enjoy your stay :)
