Recently had to stay in one of the apartments for 2 weeks with 2 of my children. Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful and accommodating. Will be recommending the Highlander to anyone that is looking for accommodation in Toowoomba. A fantastic place to stay!

Had the pleasure of staying at the Highlander Apartments very recently. The rooms were very spacious and lovely and clean. The kids loved the pool. It is such a great place to stay. Staff are very friendly and it was great to be able to have access to room service as well. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay again. Great central location. Deb Small.

Manager Tamara is just wonderful very kind. I highly recommend the motor inn very clean and comfortable rooms. Tamara made my stay very comfortable in very trying times.

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Highlander whilst moving house, and I would honestly recommend it to anyone. All the staff were all extremely friendly and accomodating. The food was exceptional. The chef hand delivers your meals to your door with a smile and has a friendly chat as well. All I can say is OMG the food is to die for, especially the chocolate mousse! Definately will be staying here again!

Friendly staff when checking in. Very clean roomy self contained unit. Kitchenette has everything needed for an extended stay.

Great staff and location. Despite being near the highway, can't hear any road noise. Comfy beds. Big rooms. Lots of parking. Does have an upstairs area with no elevator, so be aware if you have mobility issues. Great restaurant attached to motel.

Stayed here a number of months ago when my father was in the hospital nearby. We booked online because of it's proximity to the hospital but felt like we lucked out! The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The staff were so helpful and generous and kind to our entire family (which we really appreciated during a very difficult time). I have zero hesitation in recommending them and I would happily stay there anytime.

Home away from home. Stayed for over 3 weeks, service was excellent, free Wi-Fi, pool, food is better than anything else we had in town. Family friendly, amazing friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Special thanks to Dianne and Michael. Will be back!

The highlander motor inn has an amazing team of staff who are always readily available and willing to help, with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, including a large tv, speedy internet, kitchenette and spa bath. There is a seperate laundry room and off road parking which was perfect for us. I cannot say enough good things about the accommodation and the staff and I would like to say a special thanks to Dianne and Michael.

The highlander has great rooms that are very spacious, fast internet, off road parking, a laundry room and dry cleaning available. The rooms are very clean and tidy and the best thing of all was the customer service, the staff always went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and were always very professional and friendly.

My Family stayed in a self contained apartment it was So spacious and clean great service Super friendly staff and a great menu to choose from very easy to find and park and Central to everything absolutely loved our weekend there.

Staff are great. Rooms ar pretty nice and prices are pretty good.

Nice staff, clean room and surprisingly quiet even though they are on the main road. Front rooms had double glazing so there was virtually no road noise. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable place di is awesome. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and Breakfast was AMAZING.

Again, a good find, will return, nicely appointed, generous size for handicapped fittings etc. Park at door also.

Fantastic place to stay, great rooms always really clean, friendly staff, good free Wi-Fi, I have not eaten there yet but only because I check in fairly late.

Location is central to town. Room are spacious and clean, although the bed pillows weren't very comfortable. Was ok for a one night stay.

We were sad to leave the Highlander today, after an absolutely wonderful stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean yet very comfortable, the kitchens are fully stocked, super functional and convenient, and the spa room was especially luxurious! But the most memorable part of the stay by far was Dianne. She is attentive, helpful, goes above and beyond to make others happy, and runs the place very well on top of it all.

Room service woke me up at 8am, I advised I was still sleeping so dont worry today. An hour later the lady opens my door again. Dont stay here if you want a sleep in.

We recently had an emergency trip to Toowoomba, we needed to stay close to the base hospital, we needed a few rooms for us and for other family and it was late on a Saturday. When I arrived at reception I was greeted with exceptional customer service. A lovely sympathetic lady who made a hard, stressful, emotional day so much easier to cope with. She should not help enough, the kids were not a problem, nothing was a problem, she could not do enough to help us. The rooms were excellent, very clean and comfortable and prices were definitely reasonable. If we need to stay in Toowoomba again we will definitely be returning to the highlander and I will be recommending it to anyone and everyone I know who will need a room in Toowoomba. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you did for us to make it so much easier for us.

Very spacious and modern. The spa bath is incredible and the beds were so comfortable that I had the best sleep that I've had in years. The receptionist was lovely and made me feel very welcome. Ill definitely be staying there again.

Out of the 7 motels and lodges we stayed at on our recent tour of Queensland this was very clean, comfortable and clean. It is central to amenities the staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was modern and away from the street which offered quiet and comfort If we visit Toowoomba again we would certainly look to book with them and would certainly recommend.

Beautiful, stylish, and comfortable rooms. Great location, everything is just around the corner. Friendly staff. The in room dining is great! We will definitely stay there again.

Stayed at the Highlander recently. Great refurbed rooms and a fab new menu. Managers tell us that they were recently rated by AAA as 4 star — they deserve the rating. Great rooms, friendly managers and good food — we'll be staying there again when we are next in Toowoomba.

Great food and service. It is a little bit dated and near a main road. Noisy depending on where your room is. Great heated pool. Managers are nice people too.

Like: decent clean bathroom, comfortable bed, quick room service. Dislike: old fittings (needs furniture upgrade), old, very loud aircon, expensive room service, loud traffic/truck noise. Also had other guests drinking, taking loud and carrying on right outside door at 11pm — no night service to call.
