Had the best stay here. Rooms are spacious, staff super friendly. Meals are delicious and filling. We will back definitely.

Wonderful Service. Room service meals are amazing. I arrived late, check in was simple and friendly. Beds are very comfortable. I will be back.

Clean, well presented motel with nice breakfasts (very large servings). Could suggest outdoor lighting on balconies for evenings.

A great stay in a very clean and comfortable room, with disability access. It was very easy to have a restful night. Just note the opening times for the restaurant if you want to try it as they are not open every day. But it is very close to Grand Central Shopping Centre if you prefer to do your eating on a budget. Nice little touches added, like a sink in the main room rather than just the bathroom.

We stayed for 2 nights The rooms clean and comfortable. The restaurant food was amazing, staff just lovely and would highly recommend the place.

Perfect location, lovely friendly staff and management and great sized room! Appreciated the 2 good sized milks in the fridge we bought our own because we’re so used to not having enough milk, but we won’t next time. Great selection of teas and coffee and raw sugar!
Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Great boutique Hotel, centrally located in Toowoomba. Very comfortable king size beds, crisp white linen. Great amenities. Wonderful food at the restaurant. Always stay here when Toowoomba. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointing. Service was very unreliable and very slow.
Waited a long time for drinks and 20 mins for a menu and then we were ignored for another drink order and we had to go find our own menus.
Overall it was a very frustrating dining experience.
Food was ok although some of our friends steaks were order as medium rare and were so over cooked it was tough.

In Toowoomba for a work trip. Best place I’ve ever stayed and will be back. Clean, classy, great food, great location, great staff, great rooms, parking. Love it.

Great service and a comfortable room. Only a short walk from Grand Central Shopping Centre. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Towoomba.

Hotel room was nice and well presented. Fruit bowls around the hotel halls are nice touch but contain fruit that perhaps had been there too long. Very reasonable rate and close proximity to CBD.

Went there for breakfast to see family staying in the hotel. Staff were lovely and the restaurant was set nicely. However the breakfast buffet was not that great. Meals were over priced and the food tasted like it was old and not very nice.

Recommended from reading a newspaper review was spot on very comfortable big flat screen TV close to town great service at reception from room staff and Lucille in the bar thanks again see you next time.

My family travelled from Canberra and we wanted a place to eat classy food, celebrate, meet for drinks and provide for guests who were vegetarian. The location is wonderful for guests and visitors. The hospitality of the bar, hotel and restaurant is top notch. The food and timing from the kitchen was more than we could have wished for. I was congratulated on my recommendation but your team earned it. Thank you.

Very excellent and modern furnishings, Wi-Fi was the best I've ever had at any hotel. Only downside was a very small toilet sink size, an odd choice given the size of the toilet counter top.

After a 9 hour flight and a 3 hour drive, the staff kindly granted me an early check-in to refresh for a wedding within the hour. Greatly appreciated the kind service and well kept rooms. Thanks so much.

Great quality rooms, spacious, bed quite neutral. Lovely staff, good location. Protip: Ask for a room which isn't at the front of the property if you're sensitive to the traffic noise.

My partner and I got to the hotel at 10.30ish, 6/4/18 and didn't have to wait to check in. Your front reception staff were amazing. The room was clean and very presentable when we got in. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. The next morning we had the breakfast. It was lacking a little bit (but that doesn't bother me) but apart from that I can not fault your place. Beautiful service from staff, happy smiling faces from staff and the night chef out did himself with the food. I will reccomend you to all my family and friends.

Largish motel near the Grand Central shopping centre in central Toowoomba. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. Service at reception was unfailingly friendly, helpful and efficient. Despite the motel being almost fully booked there were no noise issues. Buffet breakfast in the restaurant was decent enough and reasonable value.

Great location and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, fresh and modern. Ample parking and the food from the kitchen for breakfast was fantastic. Asahi beer on tap at the bar with excellent service.
I will definately stay here again or even stop in for a meal and drinks.
