Best motel in Toowoomba, very friendly staff and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and clean.

Great location, just up the road from the town centre. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. Super friendly staff that will bend over backwards to help you and amazing food from the in-house restaurant (the breakfast and lamb shanks were my favourite! ). Fantastic stay and looking forward to the next time I return!

I stay in Toowoomba monthly for work and Comfort Inn Grammar View is the best place to stay. Jo and her team are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The room service meals are restaurant quality at a reasonable price. It's my home away from home.

Staff are always do friendly and helpful. I have been staying here on a regular had basis for over 10 years. I always come back, as it feels like Home.

I am Coeliac, rang ahead and Chef cooked me garlic prawns and herb rice. Was absolutely delicious. Plump fresh prawns and the right amount of garlic and sauce. Thank you.

Dont bother with this motel unless rudeness is your thing. Booked a room for our wedding night. Was promised this delux quite room with undercover parking to shelter our classic car. When arrived realised it was nothing as previously promised. No undercover parking, different room. We enquired to be greated rudely. We had no choice but in end to take room as the rudeness an low level of care from manager. As the curtains were see through we woke the next mornng to find a small child glaring in our back door Our room was next to car park an bbq area. When spoke to manager next morning we were Greeted with a scowl an once again rudeness. The male who we booked through ignored us an kept painting. Fumes everywhere. I ended woring away disgusted an leaving my husband to deal with them. Our first night as a married couple ruined because f there lack of organistion. Maybe at time of booking I wore a Rugby jersey Id got my promised room as he was re occupied with the game on TV at time.

A good dining area, the food was first class, our meals were served in good time, well cooked and presented, both main and dessert. I was a guest of locals and they highly recommended the food. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful, she made recommendations that suited our taste.

Exceptional service and support from motel managers. Conference room is always clean and tidy and perfectly meets our needs. Love the value that room has attached bedroom and bathroom. Free Parking avail for attendees on site and lovely courtyard area for lunch. Motel is walking distance to cafes and local shops. We keep coming back as we love it!

Good clean rooms. The room we stayed in was more than adequate for a family. Location is good; short walk to Queens Park, CBD is easily accessible. Nice and quiet too.

The only issue for me and my travelling companion is the shower — old fashioned 2-tap system which is very hard to adjust. A mixer would be great. Very well appointed, clean, comfortable beds — highly recommend. Shame we couldn't spend a 2nd night. Off to explore Toowoomba!

Great place to stay, lovely rooms, very quiet, restaurant has amazing food hats off to the chef! Only downside is no undercover parking.

Good service, nice air-conditioned conference room on a very hot day. A little out dated on the outside but modern enough on the inside.

Close to the function we were attending. Very clean and well equipped room. We were met with super friendly staff who attended to our needs in a timely and experienced manner. I look forward to returning again soon.

Rooms were freezing and heat wasn't working. Otherwise basic but good.

Room and facilities are great!

We had a family room and it was huge! Living, dining, kitchenette, bathroom, walk in closet & a TV in the kids private bedroom. Great location to the CBD & an easy walk to Queens Park. We will be back!
