I definitely do NOT recommend even thinking about coming to this place. Due to the COVID-19 lockdown we had to cancel our trip. I tried for well over a week (by phone, email, and Facebook) to cancel my booking but the phones weren't being answered and I received no response to my online communications. I have just checked my account so I could pay a bill and found that I have been charged for the room despite not going. I am beyond angry.
Answer your phone for a start. Have staff on to take bookings would also help. No-One in office to take pre booked room or hand over keys. Tried calling them several times and no answer despite door to offie open & phone on desk on charger. Got a room at another motel nearby. Twin Pines charged me anyway even though I messaged them and tried to call. Dodgy as.
