Beachside Mooloolaba

Osprey apartments are excellent with great amenities. The view of the ocean is magical. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Our apartment had been refurbished with good linen and accessories.

A nice, quiet, clean place, close to the beach and restaurants. Would happily stay there again.

Photos are very misleading. The apartment had zero privacy with very little sun and the only view was onto other balconies. To top this off maintenance was lacking. Very disappointing.

This little gem is well positioned only a very short walk to the esplanade or The Wharf a truly great location. It looked like it was going to be a noisy spot, but NOT SO. Traffic never bothered us. Recently renovated rooms are clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The rooms are designed either for the solo traveller or couples. No kids rooms. The staff are friendly and happy to oblige with requests. All up a great place. Nearly forget — excellent under cover parking — great for those vicious hail storms.

This is a basic, clean motel which has a fantastic location, a pool, spa, and……stairs.
LOTS of stairs.
No lift as it is an older style property, and we stayed in a “Deluxe” 1 bedroom apartment.
I would choose my words carefully here, as this place, while comfortable and BASIC, is certainly not deluxe.
The soap, shower gel and shampoo packets were very cheap, and the bathroom had a “backpackers “ vibe to it.
Cheap little tv’s in both the lounge room and bedroom with raspy sound and bed was ok, although a little on the firm side.
If you are looking for a no-frills place to stay and have a reasonable fitness level, and not too many luggage to carry, then this place could be for you.
If you are after a nice, modern apartment and amenities, then you may need to reconsider.
Location is great, staff friendly, but sadly overpriced and quite dated.

Minus 5 star if I could the rudeness and the unprofessional manner of their receptionist when I called to enquire about my booking. The receptionist actually hung up on me mid conversation. My card was charged without any authorisation then I kindly asked if they could please explain why.
My head was ripped off by the receptionist and then she HUNG up on me. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by someone who works in the industry simply for asking a question.
Do not recommend staying here unless you feel like being abused!
I called on then night of the 17th January 2024 @ 6:53pm, when I asked for the receptionist name she replied with ‘never you mind’ once again very professional.
If your booking a holiday DO NOT STAY the old bat on the reception desk will abuse you! Absolutely disgusting! Will be taking this further!

We stayed 3 weeks. The apartment has plenty of room for a couple with a nice living area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very good shower pressure. Nice balcony outlook onto grounds and pool. Very clean and tidy. Easy walking distant to shops, beach, buses and coastal walkways.

My wife and I stayed at BeachSide for 10 days during the Qld School Holidays to visit our family that recently moved nearby the hotel. The hotel room was great, lounge/kitchen and one bedroom, very clean, well equiped, comfortable bed. Super close to some fantastic restaurants, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, and seafood all in a matter of 3 minutes walk. And 5 minutes to the beach. Wesley and Rita are to be congratulated as they are doing a great job! We will be back next year.

We had a full kitchen, laundry one queen bedroom with a pull out lounge bed into a double. It was very comfortable for the 2nweeks we stayed. All staff were extremally happy to help and be accommodating. The spa and pool were lovely. I was in it nearly every day. Close to everything you need and more. I will stray there again and highly recommend it for anyone. 5 star from us. Thank you very much Rita & Co.

Great place, and great hosts and great view of the marina. Just be mindful that there are no lifts. Apart from that it was perfect. 2 minutes to the beach, surf clubs and lots of restaurants/cafes/bars. Supermarket is 10 minutes walk and BWS liquor 3 minutes walk.

Stayed here for the weekend. Absolute prime location. Do not need to drive your car once you arrive. Everything is so close. The look is a little 80s but the rooms are nice. Pool & spa is a bonus. Definitely recommend for a nice couple getaway.

The one bedroom unit had everything we needed. Nice pool and spa. Very clean, well maintained property. It is very close to The Wharf, with its good selection of eateries, beachside shops, cafes, restaurants and Mooloolaba Surf club.
Off street parking (security gates closed at night). A relaxing place to stay, will be back again. Rita and Wesley are friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay in a great location. Apartment was spacious and clean. Even though we were close to everything it was still very quiet and peaceful. Pool and gardens lovely. Definitely stay again.
