Maroochydore Hotels near Cotton Tree Holiday Park

Stayed at this fabulous place for my Sunshine Coast trip a few months back.

We had the 2 bedroom 2 bath which worked great for us and our grown son. Beautiful apartment with balcony.

Stayed for a week in a 3 bedroom apartment in June 2026. Very spacious and clean. All the facilities you could want and situated central to everything. Katrina at the front desk lovely to deal with.

Great location, clean and modern. So much space. A very comfortable place to stay.

Two bed, two bath room in Tower 2 was great. Everything you need for a short or even better long stay. The view from the deck was amazing.

Thank you for another wonderful holiday at Catalina Resort. The staff at reception were incredible as usual and gave us one of our favourite rooms with amazing views.

I was so impressed with Palms. From the get go I was under pressure to find a place to stay for a week, the management bent over backwards to make sure I had a bed to stay.

Stayed a few nights and honestly didn’t want to leave.
Super hard to find a place that nails all three — clean, safe, and genuinely comfortable — but this place does it effortlessly.

We received the warmest welcome by George and Angela. Communication prior to, and during our stay was excellent. Our room was fantastic, spacious and had unbelievable views over the inlet. Just wow.

George & Angela kindly accommodated us at short notice on Easter weekend when there was an issue with our pre-booked accommodation.

Perfectly located motel has had a full renovation, fantastic rooms totally renewed and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Includes small kitchen with microwave etc.

Great little motel. Aptly named as it's in a great spot. Room was modern, decorated beautifully and clean. Everything we needed Management went out of their way to accommodate us.

We were greeted at reception and verbally provided with help local information. The rooms are spacious and well presented. Ample kitchen facilities, with the usual coffee, tea provided.

Loved our stay at Aqua vista!
Our 3 bed apartment was immaculate.
And just recently renovated. The staff were lovely, helpful and accommodating, and even helped with parking for our extra car.

This is a great hotel. It is immaculate with a highly courteous staff. David, the hotel manager, is outstanding.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and had a great experience. The hotel is quiet and very clean—you can really see the effort they put into keeping everything comfortable and well maintained.

Beautiful position — 30 seconds to the sand! So many cafes and different cuisines within a few minutes walk.

We have just returned from a long weekend at Elouera. We have spent a lot of time here in the past but it has been long time in between drinks. I have to say we were delighted.

We stayed on the top floor apartment. Perfect views from the roof top, the apartment was tidy and very comfortable. Spacious aswell. Surf club right across from the apartment and so was the beach.

A clean, spacious, well equipped apartment, handy to beach and cafes. Katherine and Reilly are lovely people, and they helped us enjoy our stay. Highly recommended.

We got a roof top room which includes a balcony on roof. The room had a main lounge with smart TV and a second smart TV in the main bedroom with a standard TV in the second lounge space.

Rovera was the perfect location for our families to catch up over Christmas + New Year holiday period.

Excellent service from Kate. Our apartment was spacious and very well located in the heart of Cotton Tree.

We always enjoy our stays at Beach on Sixth. So close to the beach, amazing views, quiet and yet so handy to restaurants and shops. The apartments are well equipped and spotlessly clean.

What a delightful stay! Check in was a breeze, the apartment was very modern and tastefully renovated. Spacious rooms like a home away from home.

Super clean, super comfortable, super convenient! Easy access to everything including the underground car park, pool, gym via the lift.

We recent spent 4 night at Space Apartments and had the most wonderful time. The hosts Denise and Greg where very helpful with advice on restaurants. Local attractions local Malls etc.

My girlfriends and I had a really lovely weekend at Northcliffe Apartments. Spacious, comfortable and modern amenities and the most amazing views from our 10th floor apartment.

A great place to stay, and we stayed here a week. So close to the mall, restaurants. Surf clubs and bus stops are also very close which we used often. Beach across the road.

I just loved the apartment and the reception we had there. My husband is working in town and it is definitely the place he will book all the time he needs.

I got to Queensland without knowing where I was going to sleep, unplanned trip. Unsure what to do next, so many options. Hotels absolutely everywhere.

The stay was amazing, staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything I asked. Close to the shops and all beaches are within walking or driving distance. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay right on Maroochy River with views to Cotton Tree, Coolum and Maroochydore Beach. Nice 2 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms and make sure you get one overlooking the river.

Great location and very happy with the 2 bedroom apartment. Clean and much larger and roomier than we expected. Sunshine plaza is across the road and great restaurants also steps away.

We holiday let our unit and were attracted to buy it, due to its superb, uninterrupted views, fantastic location and water access for boating, fishing and kayaking. Beautiful infinity pool too.
