Best place to stay in Agnes Waters. Comfortable, relaxing, functional and great service.

We stayed here a few weeks ago, what an absolute beautiful spot. I believe there are new managers! The place looks great, nice clean villas & fantastic service. What a delightful place. We will be back.

Husband and I stayed here for two nights for our baby moon. Reception wasn’t open the whole time, no heated pools and room was extremely dirty. Water pressure could also be improved. It is a great location even being heavily pregnant the wall to the beach was easy. The beach is dog friendly so would have been nice to stay at a place that allowed dogs. Also right across the road from lagoons which we had a lovely brekky and dinner at. Great distance from shops and 1770. The gentleman that was at reception when a number of us were checking out did not seem to care of our comments when we told him and was not concerned about our stay upon handing over the key.

Dirty soiled blinds. Blinds and doors didn't work properly. No internet. When we complained we were told never to contact them again. No one at reception throughout our stay. I'd stay somewhere else if I was you!

Nice location, customer service is poor. Internet didn't work and the suggested going outside and across the road to the common area near the pool to do my work on my laptop computer. That was unacceptable but they offered no money back or anything for the inconvenience. They get 4 stars for the nice villas and location to the beach. 5 if the internet would have worked (they knew the internet didn't work due to poor line connections from a previous storm but didn't tell me until I had to call tech support and jump through hoops to find out the problem myself in the second day of my visit. I paid $20 per day tip have a slow/separate internet connection through my cell phone carrier)

Great position… could be cleaner… did not like pools.

First time here. We booked in for a weddingand asked if we could get an early check in. There was sine initial confusion when we arrived but we eventually checked in. One of the staff sounded a little rude but I don't think it was intentional. The rooms were nice but starting to show a little wear and tare. Nothing major though. The outlook is great. Step off the patio and into the pool. It has a slight heat just to take the edge off. Pretty central and a short stroll to the beach. I would stay again.

Nice place… but but but… we can't say that there is a free Wi-Fi. It seems that we would have burnt 500Mb in 15 min. Consider that there is no Wi-Fi.

Great location. Pool and garden are well kept and are nice to look out onto. Apartment needs significant work/maintenance. Ceiling was leeking water onto steps. Wi-Fi didn't work. Other minor maintenance issues. Management seemed to have an excuse for all the issues but were willing to listen. Not sure if I would call this 4.5 star!

Very unhappy with our stay. Not very clean with insects over the floor on arrival. Someone's undies left in the drier. And to top it right off on the day we left the biggest health risk was the air conditioner was black in the vents with mould. This very poor when the managers try to tell you they were cleaner recently and you can see this didn't happen in the last week or so.

Wouldn’t call it luxury apartment. Just a small toasting oven and electric fry pan no actual cooking equipment. Ok apartment Wi-Fi didn’t really work and only a couple channels of Austar. The main thing that let this place down as I feel the lady at the front desk was a bit rude and maybe shouldn’t work in tourist front desk if tourists annoy her as I feel like she was pretty rude and had an attitude.

Lovely place. Stayed in 2 bed villa. Swimming pools need upgrading as they have high step going into the pool and some tules were loose or missing. Property managers (woman) didn't seem to know a lot about the touristy things to do. Otherwise enjoyed the stay with great friends.

Place great, clean and quiet. Pools lovely, but would have been 5 stars if all weren't 'out of action' at the same time.

Pros: Cleanliness in general (except for the usual Dust on the Fan etc. )
Mosquito Nets At the Window everywhere.
Well-maintained Outdoor Facility.
Cons: Noise (the Rooms with Garden views are right on the Street. Those with Pool Views may be a Row further away, but even that doesn't help if guests don't behave. The biggest Shortcoming is that the Apartments are partly privately owned and the Resort has nothing to say to them. Our Neighbours (Owners of single House 28) had loud Sex in the pool at 2am on the First Night, which then continued on the Porch. The Highlight then was that the Guy pissed after that 2m next to our Bedroom Window. In The meantime, I had reached the Resort Manager, who made her Sow. The next Day, however, she also told me that she had it in Her eye but of course she can't throw it out or So. )
During The Day, the partly asocial locals are there on weekends and, despite the Hint of reducing the Noise to a Minimum, scream all Day in the Pool or at THE BBQ. Unfortunately, you can't lie on the Beach because you can't swim on Site and then it's just too hot (and 10 Minutes Walk back to the Pool is too long).
No Stove (but just such a comical Electric Cooker).
The Resort is not worth its Money, the Recovery does not occur …

Nice and spacious apartments that were modern and well presented. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets for our family of 4. There are pools right outside each apartment with a large BBQ area in the middle. The beach is a few hundred metres away and an easy walk.

Awful management. People like them should not be in the industry. Further the apartment was run down and damaged, particularly where a large hole had been patched downstairs. Never staying here again.

Nice apartments. We preferred the smaller apartments. On this occasion our apartment did not have hot water. Seems the tank was leaking and shot out the fuse but management rectified it the next day with a local electrician so we can be up and running again. This is a non serviced apartment with charges for dish clean up so you can't just up and leave so best suited for longer stays. A few days are recommended. Some of the furniture are falling apart from old age so just watch those.

My new husband and I travelled from NZ to Edge on Beaches at Agnes Water for our Honeymoon mid-May. We stayed in the gorgeous # 10 Unit and had a lovely, romantic and relaxing break. The unit itself has everything you could need — fully equipped kitchen including coffee making, outside living upstairs off the master bedroom and downstairs off the living area. TV's in both the master bedroom and the living — both with movie channels. There are 2 bathrooms — both with good pressure showers — and another toilet downstairs. The resort is a short walk from the white sand beach — voted the best in Australia — and has 4 good sized pools, 1 of which was heated to the perfect temperature. We swam every day and had the pool to ourselves at all times. Loved it, we'll be back.

Great management, great service and incredibly reputable. Highly recommend by Prd Agnes Water.

Very spacious. Everything was tidy, it was very hot and Im so glad they had the airxons on when we got here. Love it will be back soon.

Nice Place. Rooms are a good standard, modern and clean. Kitchens pretty much equipped with what you need. The pools are nice, but we didn't end up using them as they are quite overlooked by the other rooms around them, but if you were to get a poolside room I guess that wouldn't matter too much. Short walk to the beach.

Room was a good size and in good condition for the price. Quiet spot but a fair walk to the beach. Wi-Fi was not available so don't count on it.

Was expecting more from a 4* property even though price was right. Water pressure In shower weak, Wi-Fi unavailable and extras like milk and DVD player. Although clean and tidy, a little outdated and would not describe as luxury as advertised. Reception on arrival was helpful but would not describe as friendly.

Room and facilities are nice. Free Wi Fi appears to need an upgrade. If you use it at times such as qp pm it works fast enough but during normal day tomes it so slow as to be unusable. I waited for a forum page to load (on my tablet) for 10 minutes at 6.00 pm. Then when it did I went to read a post and had to wait another 10 minutes I used my phone plan Wi-Fi and it loaded instantly. May as well not have it when it is as useless as that.

Clean tidy townhouse style units, great location and had everything you need for a beach side stay! Recommend it.

Stayed for the weekend with my family and there was Absolutely nothing to fault on the room. It was very clean and comfortable. Every room was booked but whole resort was peaceful and quiet, exactly what we wanted. Staff were excellent, pools (4) and grounds were well looked after. Will definitely come back.

Had a great 4 night stay here, rooms were modern, eco-friendly and well equipped. Pool area is great but get a garden room if you want any privacy, as all of the pool-side rooms have their outdoor/balcony and living area facing inwards to the shared area.

Fantastic accommodation at ver affordable price. Great for families and couples.
