Beautiful place, very clean. Views are to die for and the staff are fabulous. Will be going back again and again.

The apartment was amazing. Luxury plus. It was very large, comfortable and the views are spectacular.

Amazing views, close to shops and surfclub, big apartments, kids love the indoor pool and spa plus games room, reception are friendly and welcoming and did I mention the AMAZING views! stayed for the 2nd time and definitely be back again.

Lovely apartments. Large living area. Well appointed kitchen. Nice clean and quiet. Larger than normal carparks. And its all about the views. Just Awsome. Staff were very accomadating. Going back for sure.

Absolutely shocking experience. Check in go to our room we checked in late that night. Go to the room turn the lights on, and nothing working in the apartment from fridge, microwave, tv, and bathroom door would not lock either. Call after hours as the light switch kept tripping, they come to the room, says can’t do anything till the morning sorry. Room was old asf. Cause all the chairs were half ripped and with broken recliners. Tv had full restrictions. No refunds or compensation was done for the night where we had no power, we asked to move to a different room, they like sorry cannot do it. This hotel has been the worst expeience for myself and my guest that we took. Definitely not going back nor recommending this hotel. Bog fat 0 (zero for this hotel)

We stayed in level 9 left corner apartment. Maybe it could have been better in a higher, refurbished, centre unit (for coastal view)? I dont know? The unit was older than advertised in photos, needed a fresh paint, bathroom door didnt lock, no fan vents in the bathrooms, not properly cleaned on arrival, no decent comfortable outside furniture to use, most of the view was city, not beach as shown on website (we normally spend so much time on verandah, spent none here), 1 TV only, very loud band playing across the street Saturday night till early morning, unit def smaller feeling than the photos on website, no window screens at all… on level 9! I wouldnt take my young family there just for that 1 reason. I dont know if there are better units higher, but ours wasnt what we expected from the advertising. They told me only difference btwn units was the higher, the better view, all units similar. 3.5 star I would say. Wouldnt go back unfortunately : — (

Great place to stay indoor and outdoor pool. The beach is just across the road. Undercover parking and foxtel in each room.

A typical surf club but still has the feeling of the old school. Great service, food was great. The best part was noone had issue with the kids mucking about.

This place is very comfortable and located in the perfect location across the road from the beach, a short walk to the surf club and supermarket and a stroll to the main street of Burleigh. The only thing I did not like was the lack of free Wi-Fi. There was Wi-Fi in the room but they give you one day free and then charge an extortionate amount for any day after that. Outside of this the facilities are great with an indoor pool and spa as well as an outdoor one, nice well maintained gardens, a pool table and games room and a gym.

Stayed 5 weeks while our house was being renovated. Used to stay here years ago. It was great then however new management right holders and all I can say is I wont be back. No maintence done in sub penthouse. Was dirty apon arrival. Spent $12k and the management spoke to us like dirt. Will certainly be writing a letter to their commitee secretary to express our disgust. Issues are fithy bath mats that leaked brown water when hung up curtains falling off carpets need replacing TV in main lounge turns off randomly and advertises and charges for high speed internet however its non existent. Give the place a miss if you want friendly staff.

Had an absolute ball. I would definately stay there again. Everything is close at your fingertips.

Great view. Right on the beach. Perfect for families. We've stayed here twice now. The 1 bedroom superior was actually better than the 2 bedroom superior in terms of fittimgs, better lounge, and utensils. Indoor and outdoor pools, kids room with pool table and games, and a small gym. The Paddock Cafe 1 block away is the best coffee and breakfast on the coast. Highly recommended for families.

We have stayed here twice over the past few years. We stay in a friends private apartment so there isn’t much to say about the accommodation. The pools are very nice, staff are very pleasant and hallways and lobby areas are very clean, modern and inviting. One negative aspect about the hotel, the spa is murky after they cleaned the spa which was strange. It was not pleasant to sit in and left my skin dry. That’s just a picky thing that can hopefully be fixed soon. I think the brilliant coastal views make up for the problem :)

Large apartment with a great balcony. Close to the beach and two great pools.

The two bedroom luxury apartment is awesome! Best balcony ever with stunning ocean views. So relaxing with heaps of choices of what to do. Indoor pool is fantastic with it's own steam room. Get ready to unwind and enjoy your time away with the convenience of many shops, cafes and restaurants whilst being so close to nature at the same time.

Our fourth stay. Had a great stay but our room not of the same high standard as previous. A lot of maintenance needed the room we had but still great location view etc.

Our family had been staying here every year for well over a decade however unfortunately the apartments have been left to deteriorate and haven't been maintained. Same old furniture, paint, carpets etc. Quite hot in the bedrooms without air conditioning and being situated on the busy main road you cant leave the windows open either. Great location, close to the flags at the beach and whilst its a bit of a walk its do-able to walk to the main Burleigh precinct. Such a shame that the rooms have been let go and not maintained : (With so much new construction happening in the area, you would think they would make this a priority.

Have stayed there many times but it is now badly in need of some maintenance. Black mould in the bathrooms, dishwasher old and broken and the whole apartment needs a good clean. With all the new buildings going up they need to really lift their game.

Staying on the 8th floor with family. We had 3 rooms on the same floor. One room beautiful, but spew found in the washing basket on arrival.
The other had a PowerPoint that zapped anyone who switched it on, and a used pad in the bin on arrival.
The other had someone's undies left in the washing machine, the kitchen had to be cleaned again.
Hair covered each rooms spa.
The spa smells like foot odor and the bubbles are far from relaxing and throw you around like a washing machine
On the other hand the rooms were nice, once we cleaned them! And the pool was lovely.
Would most likely not stay again.

Location is great far enough awày from the busy centre of surfers paradise but still handy to everything. Coles and Aldi within easy walk as well as Bws. Woolies a short drive. Surf club easy walk also for meals. All in all ill be back. Luv it. Kids are a good measure if we will be back and they luv it.

Advertised itself as 4 star; perhaps it was… 30 years ago. The room my family stayed in didn't look like it had been maintained since it was first built. The place was tidy, but unclean (pink mould in the ensuite and bathroom). On the positive, there was an indoor pool that the kids really liked. Also, the living space was quite large with quite a nice aspect.

Good apartments. Clean and tidy living spaces and bedrooms. Kids love the indoor and outdoor pools. Close to the beach and surf club. Secure parking with lockup cage for bikes and surfboards. Great views up and down the gold coast.

Stayed a couple nights and the Wi-Fi was amazing! Best experience for the kids at night after a long day at the beach. Thank you burleigh surf!

Great ocean views, spacious, but no necessities such as soap and shampoo.

Use to be the best spot to stay in Burleigh, new management aren't up to the job, and their attitude stinks. One of the biggest weeks on the coast with the surf life saving carnivals, and the outdoor pool has been closed all week, tennis courts closed for several days and the indoor pool was closed for a day, extremely poor management, have been going there for about twenty years, but won't stay there again.

Nice appartments which are generously sized with great views which are also really close to the beach.

We are on the 15th floor and love it. We have 180 degree views of the mountains to the beach and couldn't be happy. We are in a two bedroom apartment and we will be staying here again certainly!

We had a great time and it is in a perfect location. We will be back.

We had a fantastic time at Burleigh Surf in unit 5C on the fifth floor. The unit was great and had everything we need. The facilities in the complex are great for the kids with a heated indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor pool and full size tennis court with BBQ areas. The patrolled beach is just outside and there is a great walking path along the beachfront too. Highly recommended as a great place to stay. Best value is from the lower floor units as the views are still great but the rates are cheaper. Level 5 was great as it is high enough to have great views and not be troubled by any noise from the road or pool.

We stayed at Burleigh Surf Apartments for our honeymoon in a beachfront apartment with amazing seaviews. Sunny apartments and fantastic swimming pools, great location for restaurants and theme parks. Tracy.

We had a 2 bed apt on the 5th floor with ocean views, and they were lovely. The apartment was spacious, the beds and furniture comfortable and the main bathroom had a huge spa bath. But the little things let this place down a bit — no handtowels, only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied (& you had to pay $1 for a roll of cheap stuff when you ran out), only 1 pillow per person and $2 for each extra one you wanted. I would stay there again (& bring my own toilet paper and pillows! ) because the apartment was lovely and the views beautiful, but with so much competition on the Gold Coast I think it's the little things that can make a place stand out, and Burleigh Surf lets itself down in this regard.
