Great location, pool area was always kept clean and tidy. Room was good but a bit dated.
Check in was quick and efficient. The room had a great view of the Broadwater.

Awesome place it has everything you need and very close to transport. The beach is just across the road.

Not happy with the air-conditioning x2 broken chairs taken out but not replaced will come back but not to this crappy until the owners need to fix it 😟big time.

We just spent the last 7 days @ Crystal Bay, highly recommend, clean tidy rooms, great views, nice, friendly staff. We will definitely be rebooking.

I've been here for a week and a half now loving the time out nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place as you don't have to go far for anything staff are happy and helpful. Very secure place.

We love it here. We have a water view, the spa is hot and the room is clean and comfortable. Plenty of eating options close by. Highly recommend.

Extremely clean apartments, staff are friendly and the views are gorgeous. Loved it.

Constant bad smell from the toilet, broken fan, thick dust on ceiling fans, dirty dishes in pantry, our dryer broke, the TV didn't work properly, sliding door was stuck and couldn't open it and sink in bathroom blocked up.

Like the security system there, feel safe. And the beach just right in front, beautiful view. Its not too busy area, like it.

Pretty standard Gold Coast apartment. Good access to the Broadwater but the surf beaches require a car.

Great location between Australia Fair and Harbour town shopping. Swimming pool and spa. Lots of spacious rooms.

I am staying at Crystal Bay right now and highly recommend it. The staff are very nice and the rooms are clean and tidy. Kitchens are very well stocked. We have no complaints.

Great location and view from balcony. Room a little to small for family of four. Having one bathroom is also a problem sometimes. Nice and neat in foyer and pool area.

So impressed with the value for money. Breathtaking view, great full size kitchen with everything you need, washing machine and dryer, plenty of room, great amenities with steam room and sauna, lovely pool with BBq and table tennis. Foxtel, easy check-in and out, secure parking. Clean and comfortable. Perfect possition if visiting theme parks with SeaWorld just across the bay. Only small complaint would be only aircon in the lounge and didn't reach the bedroom properly at night making it alittle hot to sleep, but would only be an issue in the middle of summer. But highly recommend!

Beautiful apartments with sensational views across the Broadwater to Surfers Paradise and out to the Ocean. Handy to everything you need and more. Absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

I was at the resort with family and friends from 29 march'18 to 3 April'18. Found the accommodation very comfortable and homely. All amenities are standard and easy to use. Loved the stay.

For such a reasonable price I felt like there would have to be a catch… so I was over the moon when we arrived to find the room icy cold (it was 35c outside), clean and bigger than what we were expecting! The biggest draw card however has to be that view! Absolutely breathtaking! We forgot to print out tickets to the theme parks which had us in a fit of panic until reception offered to print them for us on the spot. Nothing major but still certainly not something that they had to do, little acts of kindness go a long way and I will remember this place the next time I make a trip up north.

The location is pretty good as you can see the beach from the room directly. The room itself is alright in quality. The location is pretty good as it is located near the park and there are many restaurants and recreational facilities nearby.

Beautiful place to stay. Just out of the main strip so nice and quiet. Appliances need updating but we were very happy here.

Lovely pool. Room 1301. Comfy beds. 3 bedrooms. Only one had aircon. No fans in rooms made it quite hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Good bathrooms. Great position and views.

Our second stay here on 13th floor with magnificent views S/E & to Southport & the Marina Mirage. Friendly staff & our only criticism is the lack of parkig which could be solved with unit's numbers on parking spaces… Stopping casual visitors from parking in un — allocated spaces. Highly recommend as good value.

Loved this place from the first time we came in, the views were amazing, we were in the executive apartment facing the sea. The room was very clean, there were small things that needed fixing (which prevented a five star rating) but overall it was a great place to stay, enjoyed the pool, spa, sauna, bbq and gym facilities also. Highly recommended!

Fantastic broadwater view and friendly staff and clean room.

We spent the first week of the QLD school holidays at Crystal Bay and it was great. As a family of 5 it's sometimes difficult to find a place to stay in that's reasonably priced with having that 'extra' child but here provided us with 3 bedrooms / 1 queen bed and 4 singles on the 13th floor. Perfect self contained unit with spectular views of the beach and the Gold Coast. Plenty of parking for holiday guests underneath, high enough to fit vans / four wheel drives (always a worry for me with undercover parking). Staff were friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great resort, comfortable and big rooms and nicely furnished. Good location for a bit of a quieter visit to the coast — would want a car to get around to major attractions. Fantastic views from the balconies.

We just had our very first family holiday at Crystal Bay on the Broadwater and spent 6 days 5 nights had an awesome view of the bay and seaworld just 4 km away, and other theme parks just 20 minutes away. Everything is within walking distance park restaurants servo etc. The sun rise on last day was spectacular and the staff were lovely. The apartment very clean and well equipped and we will definitely be staying here again thank you for make our first family holiday the best we have had.

I am from Asia and visited gold coast in last Aug 2016. I really wonder how this hotel gets this kind of really high reviews. I stayed there 3 days and all days was horrible. Dirty smelly rooms — When I reported abt the room, they asked me to open windows for some time. Bed and kitchen was so bad with very old and dirty kitchen utensils. A middle aged woman told hotel is full and there are no other room available. She was very rude and she came with another man and he threatened us that he will throw us away from the hotel if we compliant again. We were coming from Sydney and it took 11 hours for us to reach there. They even do not want to refund our money back. Some how we stayed there and third day the second bedroom shade came off and it fell on the floor. My kid was so lucky she escaped with out any hurt. I never experienced such kind of attitude in any other hotel Good thing is — its closed to all theme parks and plenty of nice restaurants around but away from beaches may be 3k —

Wonderful sea view, right opposite to the kite surfing bay. Also have nice view of gold coast sky scrapers. The place is maintained well. Nice gym and big swimming pool makes your stay a pleasant experience.

Fantastic location. Roughly central to all theme parks. Easy to find. Plenty of shops within walking distance. Gorgeous views. Our family of 4 have had a brilliant time.

Fabulous Resort, the kids love the pool and spa, the water is allways excellent. The rooms are slightly showing age but are allways clean and the onsite managers are wonderful allways happy to see you and nothing is any trouble to them. The view of the broadwater is relaxing.

Great view, Pleasant, Friendly and Extremely helpful reception staff. Rooms themselves are well worth the money. Only 3 things annoyed me. 1. No A/C's in the bedroom, not even a ceiling fan which makes it hard to sleep on hot nights. 2. The WORST internet connection I have come across for a long long time. Keeps dropping out every 5 minutes. Makes it impossible to do any work or any social networking. 3. You are given 1 towel for the full time you are on holidays. They tell you that you have to wash and dry your own towel while you are on holidays. If they fixed those 3 things it would be a definite 4.5 stars and I would definitely stay again on my next trip.

We stayed 4 days but. Like to stay more days. Very good location. Good parking. Clean swimming pool, spa. Nice people.
