Filthy. Old. Dirty and dusty. Dirt and dust had build up around inside of door for months. Insecure with louvre windows missing. Walls and ceilings need cleaning and painting. Old 70s style motel room. Very disappointed. Noisy location and parking not great. Thank god it was only one night I had to stay.

Bit dingy, beds were ok but not great. Very old, no service at front desk during open hours even after ringing the bell, had to leave a note. Good location though. Get what you pay for I guess.

Will definitely come back! The staff member behind the reception desk was very friendly, and our room was surprisingly quiet even though it was on the highway. Rooms were spacious and clean and thought had obviously been put into decorating the place, only complaint was the ceiling was starting to peel a bit.

Not the fanciest place on earth but priced according and the café downstairs is grest! Would recommend for the budget orientated traveler.

Rooms not very nice felt like I step into a time warp of the 70's. And not very clean. Room had stuff on the wall. And a power point half hanging out the wall. Bathroom has no soap holder in shower also very very very small. Place is Really run down and not well kept sun beds out side was broken and falling apart so couldn't use them out door setting with umbrella falling apart and half hanging off. The frount door of our room was dodgy. Cafe was closed so can't tell you what the food was like. Best part of the room was the air condition worked well.

Was picking up friends staying overnight. Entrance area garden at front seemed a little cluttered. Rooms were spacious and dated but clean. One of the shower taps apparently fell off on first use. Although was on Gold Coast Hwy, didn't appear very noisy.

Never want to recommend it. Staff said that just 'one device' is available to use Wi-Fi. Just one smartphone or just one labtop. But I can't fine that notice anywhere.

Lovely staff, central location, clean and spacious rooms, good facilities and an all round relaxing and great stay. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again. Thanks for having me.

A'Montego DUMP… the public toilets smelt better and were cleaner than this "holiday motel" Being lied to by the management, broken PowerPoints, broken glass window, filthy cooking utensil and stove top, bathroom with mould, awful smell in the rooms, people smoking outside the front door, safe, health and personal safety issues. The website photos do not match reality. So you can see that there was NOTHING good about our experience! — Especially since the motel have accused us of lying and refusing to refund our payment. It was so bad that we did not stay there and had to find another motel… which we did and it was fantastic. Same price, gardens, helpful staff, clean, lots of room and we felt safe. Thank you to Grande Florida Beachside Resort for making our holiday wonderful.

We stayed for 2 nights & loved it. Perfect for what we wanted, if you are on a tight budget & only need somewhere to sleep, shower & eat brekky then its a better, cheaper option. Close to the beach, close to major shopping, & close to many food outlets & stores. The staff were amazing even when we couldn't make our original booking due to flooding they happily kept our booking for next available day we could travel. My daughter was sick the first night due to travel & over excitement of the beach & owner happily gave us fresh linen for our beds & extra towels to use the pool. All in all a big thumbs up & thank you for making us feel welcome & understanding. It was our mini home away from home. We plan to come back.

The rooms are dated, not enough parking for the customer staying 1 night. The front door leading to the main busy highway can be opened by toddler which is Not safe and kid friendly place to stay. Also the tiles used in the shower are so slippery even adults need to be careful going in and out of the shower. At night especially if summer the air-conditioning in rooms can be loud at night. We checked the motel prior checking time and the reception is a bit rude in handling people checking in. If you're in tight budget and just looking for a place to sleep for a day or two this might be a good place and not fussy about very simple amenities. It's decently clean.

Obsharpanno and Dirty. But they made cockroaches. Causes a strong brezgliavost.

Rooms were disgusting and had holes on the walls, management were rude and horrible, do not bother wasting your money as I did on this joke of a motel.

Small and tiny. Rude and grumpy old lady. Would never recommend it. Insects, bugs and creatures in rooms.

Can't complain much for a budget motel. Only pro's were the pool and convenient location. Staff were ok but could have been friendlier. The room had everything we needed for the night.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, decent sized rooms with comfy beds. Nice pool and common area too.

This is the worst accommodation on the gold coast I would have rather stayed in a tent, the rooms were shabby, rust marks around sinks, power points loose or not working, would have rather paid $300 a night somewhere else than the $150 a night we were charged. And on booking in was told but the front counter that they wanted to make sure we slept under the top sheet so that they didnt have to wash or change the new quilts they had put in the room so that the next guest could use it again. Really dont know how this is sanitary for the next person or even us for that matter. Would never recommend it to anyone and have told the whole of the cheerleading foundation about it so that noone else books in there next time.

This motel is a bad joke. I couldn't sleep there at all. We paid for 3 people the same we would have paid for a 4star hotel room, it is pretty loud (even in room no. 14 which is more at the back) because it's direct on the Gold Coast Hwy, stand featuring of the king bed was broken, the facilities are old, the walls marked, the ceiling had a big water mark and the bathroom door wasn't opening properly. If you're looking for 2 people and you just need the cheapest room, a hot shower and don't mind how it looks like than you can concider it. Otherwise don't waist your money, better pay $10 more to stay somewhere else and never book it for three. There are better offers at the Coast for a price like that!
