Lovely staff and nice rooms, however the pools were freezing. They were so cold we couldn’t swimming them, which was disappointing for the kids especially.

We've just returned from a great 5 day stay and had a fantastic time. The resort is perfect for families and has great amenities throughout. The staff around the resort were very friendly and wonderful with the kids and the Turtle Club is an excellent option for those wanting some fun ideas for the kids. Our only complaint was that the apartments could have a few more necessities in them, especially for those of us that have travelled from interstate, but that was a very minor issue really. Will definitely be returning!

After reading bad reviews, we were hesitate about staying at Turtle Beach Resort. After our recent stay, I highly recommend them. We had no problems at all. Nice clean room, enjoyed the restaurant, pools and kids club. We will definitely be back!

Room 219 — cockroach infested. They were on the stove, in the dishwasher, under the couch, I saw 7! Moved to room 292 after wasting an entire day waiting to be moved to this room. Room 292 still had a couple cockroaches, the washing machine doesn’t spin so I wasn’t able to wash my clothes for 12 days, the largest pot was buckled unable to even boil pasta for the family. I went and bought one that I could use for the 12 days. The swimming pools were all cold every day from 4th August till the 16th August-even when I called reception and they contacted maintenance nothing changed. The couches and floor are absolutely putrid, and the whole place needs an upgrade. The fact there’s no lifts and you have to walk up stairs isn’t great either. Don’t get me started on the nightmare car park. Would never ever go to turtle resort. Couldn’t wait to leave! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

We have been here for close to a week so far and love it. The pool is warm, kids are continuously having fun, everything around is family friendly. Staff are kind and helpful.

Thanks for a great stay. Special thanks to Georgia the life guard she was very patient with my two year as he got his head around the slides. It’s staff like that will mean we will hopefully back in the near future.

The resort is an amazing place for children! Endless activities and places to play. Our two bedroom room was spacious and stocked with everything we needed. Food at the restaurant was awesome, staff where friendly, I love that there is an adult only pool for some quiet time! 100% will be back!

The pools are great, the splash zone was a hit, the location isn’t too bad and the superior room had enough space for a family of four. We did get a room street side, which meant the sound of traffic if we wanted to get fresh air. So the aircon stayed on, with the doors and windows closed. Mostly clean and tidy, however the walls were filthy, and the light switch and fan in the second bedroom needs fixing or replacing. The bed in main room was very hard, and the comforter was heavy and outdated.

Turtle Beach is a fantastic resort to enjoy stress free holidays with the kids! Gorgeous gardens, friendly staff and beautiful pools.

Great holiday for a family, good food at the deck bar.

We’ve just spent a week at Turtle Beach Resort with our families having 2 x 3 bed, 2 x 2 bed, and 2 x 1 bed apartments. Great amenities for the children which we had 7 under 14. Great service and food at The Deck restaurant and reception. Cleanliness of the rooms could improve. The gardens needed some tidying when we got there which was in the middle of the holidays and could of been done before that with so many people there. Looked much better after it was tidied up. Pools were great. Taxi service was terrific. Our room was on the bottom floor and we got a lot of noise from above with chairs scraping across the floor. Our rooms were spread out everywhere, as we had this holiday booked for last year and had to postpone it till this year and found that we were shoved here and there. One couple had a ground floor unit booked and were upgraded to a 2 x bed on the top floor, 4 flights of stairs for our late 60’s couple. Tried to reject it but they said there’s nothing available so that put a downer on it for them. Felt sorry for the security as our mums and dads had a special time together after putting the kids to bed but got a little noisy and got the chat. Other than that we all had a great time.

I think the experience you have in this resort depends on where your unit is. We booked 3 units, 1 was fantastic and the other two were average. 2 of our units got left over underwear left in our dryers from previous guests, these rooms really needed cleaning properly from dead bugs squashed on the walls, kids hand prints on the light switches and walls. One of the units had absolutely no water pressure — we had to show reception a recording of it because you couldn't even wash your hands. We had a telephone in the room that wouldn't stop beeping for no reason so we unplugged the thing and notified reception but they didn't care. We got locked out of 2 units for no apparent reason. Every night a noisy trolley goes from the pool restaurant to the front bins with glass bottles several times at around 8.30-9pm. Every staff member we asked for help couldn't help because they had only just started working there. Bbqs weren't all working so you have to line up for them.
It's not a horrible place and some staff members were quite nice but I think maybe we were just unlucky because the reviews say it's great most of the time. But we unfortunately didn't find it to be so great.

We had a fantastic time at Turtle Beach Resort. We stayed in a two bedroom family suite. We enjoyed walking through the well maintained walkways and the kids spent most of their time in the pools or in the water park. The rooms were immaculate and the staff always friendly with a greeting or a conversation every day. We are already planning our return in the near future.

Arrived last night to the wonderful surprise of jovial staff and great facilities. They have really thought of the needs of a family. It’s the little things that make an impact on family vacations.

No parking for high vehicles. The smell of cigarette smoke. People using detergent in spas. Not the best for a family holiday. So disappointed.

Really disappointed that there were so many smokers allowed to smoke throughout the resort especially given the fact that there were so many children about. So many times over 4 night stay, we had cigarette smoke wafting into our apartment. Also charged $400 deposit and it took almost 2 weeks to have it refunded and we paid for all drinks and activities as we used them. Will not go back ever again.

Highly recommend Turtle Beach Resort. We did the tourist thing with the theme parks but it was such a great place to come back and relax at. The days we had down time was great to stay there as we went into the Cinema or just swam in the heated pool. Even when the weather turned bad we were still able to swim in the pool because it was heated and the rain just added to our experience. Our room was on the top floor but all we had to do to get help was call the front desk & they had someone to help us with luggage & shopping at anytime we needed. I wouldn't even look to stay anywhere else because this place has it all ❤

We just had a 7 day holiday with our 2 kids staying at the Turtle Beach Resort and we all absolutely loved it. Everything from the friendly staff, the splash pools, the cinema and the 2-bedroom apartment was amazing.
We will definitely be back :)

Great resort, our kids can’t wait to return. Plenty of pools to choose from. Staff are very friendly. The food if you choose to dine in is nice too. Only faults are the stairs. There is no lifts, I wouldn’t like to be in the second or top floor especially with young children and the rooms need desperate upgrades. Bathrooms and tiling throughout main area. Mattresses could do with updating.

Well maintained friendly staff great location the room has everything you need covered love the fact that it's kitchen is fitted with oven + stove top microwave full size fridge and dishwasher and there's also a washing machine and dryer.

Great place for young families. Only complaint from this old lady is the stairs.

We just spent 6 nights here and absolutely loved every minute! What an amazing place to stay with our 5 year old! Great location, great apartment and fantastic pool areas! Will definitely be back! Our 5 year old has asked if we can live at Turtle Beach forever! Lol!

Child safe environment and lotsa fun for the kids in a relaxed atmosphere for the big people. Great, friendly staff and the food is reasonably priced and presented. I strongly recommend the Fisherman's Basket. :-)

First time here and we thought it was great apartments clean and spacious staff very friendly. Pools were clean and with the choice of a few pools they were never too busy. Bistro dining was good, food was very nice and not badly priced. Kids always had something to do from playing in pools to mini golf around the resort. We didn't get a chance to use the mini cinemas or kids club we just ran out of time. Small convienience store on site was good too.
We are a family of 5 and this place was great for us.

We stayed at the Resort for three nights with three children.
We loved our stay. Every staff member we came across was wonderful, helpful and great with our kids.
The rooms were lovely, had everything we could have needed and quiet.
The pools, putt putt and general setup of the resort was great.
The cafe at the pool, was well priced and the pizzas were wonderful!

Recently had Our first family holiday at Turtle Beach after quite a few recommendations from Mummas.
And we were not disappointed! Great location, great resort, very helpful staff and in my sons words… Awesome Pools!
The kids were very sad to leave and to be honest, so we're we!
Husband was so very satisfied with the Deck restaurant, wood fired pizzas a winner and fantastic coffee & cocktails for me!
Definitely looking to visit again!

The pools were awesome but the rooms need some serious updating and the staff weren’t overly friendly. Tiled floors looked dirty and gross and we had cockroaches in our bedroom that we saw crawl through the hole in the bathroom and when we mentioned it we got the “welcome to Australia” speech.

We stayed in the superior apartment and it was amazing, the pool and facilities are fantastic, and the deck (the restaurant) has delicious food … the staff are so friendly and helpful.

We just stayed here for a week and it was great. Plenty for the kids and adults to do. Great restaurant and shop. Friendly staff. Could not have asked for better. Great location also. Close to most of the attractions. Rooms were clean and spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms were awesome and the facilities catered for all of our needs. But most impressive was the staff in the Splash Zone. We were so grateful for their attentive and generous support for our son who is blind. Without any fuss they made him feel no different to any other kid there and supported him fully. We were blown away by their efforts and the way they shared knowledge with their colleagues so that every day was a seamless transition for Sean. They impressed me more than words could describe.

Amazing place to stay. Apartment was nice and spacious. Kids loved the splash zone and the different pool areas (the adults did too). Tennis was a hit also The deck was in the perfect location where we could sit and have a drink while watching over the kids in the splash zone. Great food and prices also. Fantastic family holiday!

There is everything you need in the resort, your own dining area, pools, spas, splash park, mini golf, mini grocery store & heaps more. The customer service was great & everyone was nice and friendly the apartments were clean and had great views. Another bonus is your right across from mermaid beach! Cannot wait to stay here again when we go on holidays. 10/10

What a fabulous family friendly resort! Stayed here for 5 nights with our 4 and 6 year olds. So much to do in the resort, fantastic pools and splashpark. Great food and drinks in poolside restaurant. Loved the free kids club sessions, enjoyed a quiet adult only dinner while the kids had a fun filled 3 hours! Will definitely be back.

We stayed at Turtle Beach Resort over the recent October school holidays and LOVED it! We had a two bedroom apartment which was fabulous for our family of four and found it to be very spacious and extremely comfortable. It was great having a kitchen etc! My girls (6 and 3) lived in the pool area and also liked the mini golf. We highly recommend the Deck for great (and very affordable) food and coffee. We found the location of the resort to be wonderful too. It was our first time at Turtle Beach but I will definitely be booking to go back next year. Our best holiday yet!

Great resort for families with kids! Multiple pool areas all with deep part for adults, shallow part for kids, hot tubs and some with slides. Splash zone with multiple slides, mushroom and bucket. Right next to The Deck, cafe with great tasting good value pizza and other meals. Coles, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, great cafes and coffee spots are very close to the resort. Ocean beach is a block away.

A very friendly place to stay. Lots of activities to keep the kids occupied, around the various pools and treasure hunts among the nooks and corners within the enormous tropical garden setting. Appreciate their modernised apartment and the delightful rain style hot shower. The only setback was our apartment doesn't have any proper views you would expect staying on the coast.

Have to be brutally honest, it’s a good spot for families and is clean, but: Place is old, dated for the price per night they are charging. There is no elevators and stairs are narrow to get in your room with luggage from the underground carpark… If you are planning to eat in, food is just frozen packaged and they just made a menu. All is pizza or deep fried stuff. Staff was friendly, yes, but you can’t tell they are not loving their job. Certainly not short staffed! People everywhere but no service.

Very nicely cared for family oriented resort yet has an adult side as well as a family side. Amazing facilities. 5 pools with its own waterpark called Splash Zone and a great little on-site restaurant/cafe. We stayed in apartment 23 which is a one bedroom apartment in the quieter part of the resort. Absolutely loved it. I think we will be back regularly.

Turtle Beach Resort is amazing. Great place to come with kids. The staff here are more than welcoming and helpful. Everything you want to do here is here and you can relax while the kids have a ball. I will return for another holiday. Tottaly recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed with our 3 year old and baby we booked a 3 bedroom apt was excellent but there were no cushions or mats on the ground for babies to lye on. The bedroom had not enough power points and needed an extension cord to get the lamp working. We will be back though loved the pool being right next to our room better for kids a bit older than 3 lovely staff.

We have just returned home from our 10 day stay at Turtle Beach and we can not recommend this resort more highly. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and greeted by reception staff who were very informative with details of how to get to or apartment and car parking as well as the facilities within the resort. Our apartment a 2 bedroom superior room was lovely, spacious and had everything in it that we needed in a quiet area overlooking the first pool and tennis court. The facilities and layout of the resort was great, our children absolutely loved the pool, spas and mini golf. We utilised the splash zone a couple of times although it was a bit cold.
We would certainly return for another trip to the Gold Coast and Thankyou all sincerely for a wonderful holiday! We miss the Gold Coast already!

Wonderful resort for families with or without children. Would definitely stay here again but for longer next time. A bonus was having a welcome breakfast pack, and a free turtle club for each child for 3 hours, the kids absolutely loved it, so we paid for them to go back again (which was only $25 per child for 3 hours) and a round of mini golf per room. The other bonus for us was having a washer and dryer in the unit. The prices at the restaurant were also very reasonable. Fantastic Turtle Beach Resort!

Visited for a week with the family. Thoroughly enjoyed our short break. It’s a lovely family resort. There are sizeable self catering apartments with balconies. It was clean on arrival. There is ‘easy to access’ underground parking available. The resort itself has a mini golf course spotted around the beautiful garden (great palms). There is a tennis court, a gym with decent facilities, a restaurant & bar and outdoor barbecues dotted all around. The swimming pools and splash park was a little cold for the kids this time of year — but looked impressive. Reception were helpful. You can book tickets or rent a car from the front desk.

Fantastic Resort with so much to do :) we will definitely consider coming back. Only rated 4 stars as we were a bit taken aback about no drawers in the apartments to store your clothing in, we were a bit disappointed as we had to live out of our suitcase for 7 days. This issue definitely needs to be addressed. A tall boy in each room would be perfect. Wifi was average also, was really slow and kept cutting out. A heated pool would also be worthwhile too for the cooler months as my kids were shivering in them most of the time. Overall though a beautiful resort.

This place is awesome is clean and the staff are always working to keep it in good shape. Has lots of pools, a kids a splash zone. Tennis court and gym. There's something for everyone. Staff are friendly and ready to help. And an awesome cafe bar, With awesome food it's also bout 10 minute walk to the beach and not far from the city. All I can say is awesome work turtle beach I'll definitely come back if I can keep up the amazing work.

Great place for children. Staff fantastic always willing to go the extra mile for you. Rooms large and well set up. Only comment would be was that we found the spas quite cold. Would recommend this resort for anyone with children.

Had a good time. The kids loved the water slides & pools. Food was good for a good price & fast service. A great little kitchen with friendly staff. I will go back again.

Beautiful place, glad we chose this destination for our family holiday. Beautifully modern and decorated rooms, close to numerous pools with rides and a restaurant / bar and cinema room. Nice garden surroundings, just lovely.

Great for families. Could pick up some of the look of the rooms with slightly newer equipment, and basic repairs to marked or broken parts of the apartments. Food and facilities available are adequate, definetly geared towards families with children and the kids will love it.

This is a fantastic family resort with plenty of things to occupy the whole family in one area. It's close to a huge shopping centre. The units are fully furnished and spotlessly clean. Parking could be improved though.

Great place. Clean room, clean linen and towels. But the cutlery, tea cups and plates had been put away dirty, we had to wash all before using it. Great room space, the facilities are fantastic. Staff are very nice and helpful. Great for family's.

An excellent resort! Loved each and every day of our 7 day stay there. Magnificent gardens, beautiful pools, mini golf course, bbq areas and tennis courts and overall inward facing design of the resort makes you feel like you are in an oasis! The apartment was well appointed, great restaurant too! Highly recommended.

What an awesome resort to stay at with your family as it's just perfect for kids having like 5 different pool areas & splash zone just for kids. To let mums & dad's have time to themselves as there is a kids club where you can leave your kids while mum & dad have dinner together. This is 1 resort where we'll be going back to for sure. Great for families. Pretty low brow food selection, but some great nearby options including gluten free bakery next door and Mandala vegan restaurant/cafe up the Rd. Lots of other food and entertainment options around too. Good rooms, good pools but could have some shade options.

This is our 2nd time staying at turtle beach. The first time was back in December 2014 love the place so much that we chose to stay again when we visited the GC. We had a 3bedroom place. Room was big, clean and well maintained. Our flight arrived early but our rooms werent ready. We were given a day card and told to enjoy ourselves. Was also given a map of close supermarkets as well as the knowledge that most guests order groceries online to have delivered (we use this later in the week). 4 kids, 2 who required portacot and high chair. These were already in the room once ready with beding. The new pool by the front is lovely and we used this pool most of the time. Oldest loved the slide, younger kids the shallow pool and Nana the spa. Restaurant had friendly staff and great food for the price. We ate here most nights due to children falling asleep on the way home. Can get takeaways and kids meals included vegies. The light was out in 1 room and quick call to front desk and someone turn up within 30mins to replace. Will definitely stay again. Thank you to all staff for the lovely stay. Mr 2 highlight of the whole trip was watching the leaf blower each morning.

Great place for a getaway, heaps of pools! And hot tubs (outdoor)! Even has an adults only pool and hot tub which is open later than the other pools. Big water slide with tower play structure, more slides and splash zone for kids (like a mini water park) Lots of families and kids but just fine for couples or singles. The resort has a relaxed restaurant / bar called the Deck, very reasonable prices (under $15 mains) and best hot chips I've ever had! open from breakfast until after dinner. Lots of cafes, restaurants and take away immediately next to the resort. As well as chemists / pharmacies within walking distance, supermarkets about 1.5kms away. Liquor store over the road. The resort also has its own convenience store, plus there is a 24hr store across the road and a mini Spar supermarket /convenience store on the corner. Very well maintained and secure. Between the buildings is heavily planted with tall palm trees and tropical plants. 5 min walk to the beach (about 2 blocks) can see the beach down the street opposite to the entrance.

Comfortable and clean. Rooms are a little dated but great for family. Kids love the pools and water park. Excellent choice of beers at the deck restaurant to enjoy.

Been coming here a while. Kids love the slides. However… $1.50 a banana… coffee somehow is always like water… and a really bad smell of stinky tofu. Thought I was in China, turns out it was the mulch… and this time I was given 5 different sets of keys to the apartment… none worked. When finally let into the apartment, I couldn't leave. first day and ahalf were a waste of time. Staff were nice and friendly. but the basics were a big fail. Keeps the kids happy but if you want to have time to chill and enjoy the basics. Not good.

Second time we have stayed here. Kids absolutely love it. Excellent pool facilities and lots of family time areas (BBQ areas, putt putt, tennis courts). We brought the bikes and bike trailer and rode everywhere. Very close to Pacific Fair, Surfers and Robina Town Centre (we rode the bikes there). Will definitely be back but next time for longer! 5 nights is not long enough. We love this place!

Stayed here for 10 nights with family. It's a great place to stay with young kids. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We could have spent days just hanging out at the resort if we weren't so busy.

Great place for families with kids. I think I was expecting more of a resort. Rooms were moldy and curtains had mold on them. SO many ants. Cockroach on kitchen floor. Having to pay for golf and tennis is a bit of a nuisance. Hoping they can figure something better out. Grateful for the laundry and dishwasher.

Great location, basic apartment but perfect for our needs. Staff were great, and the Deck provides great breakfasts and all day food. On site facilities kept all of us entertained.

Great place for families. Pools are good — no lifeguard. Good restaurant on site. Kids Club on site. Apartments are clean. Grounds are tidy. One unallocated parking space per apartment. Close to theme parks and attractions. They have a transfer service & tour desk.

Turtle Beach resort is a beautiful, sprawling resort comprised of town houses and a few common areas. We stayed in a two bedroom unit, which was well maintained and furnished. Three beds, a living area, two bathrooms, kitchen, and two balconies made for a comfortable stay. There is a kids club which can babysit, tennis court, several pools, cinema, restaurant, and minimart on site. You don't need to leave, though it will be cheaper if you visit the nearby supermarkets. Staff are friendly and helpful, and seem genuinely interested in their guests having a good stay. If you've got kids it's a great spot. If not you can hide out in the 18+ pool area. Recommended.

Great facilities and activities for kids, rooms are in need of an upgrade and work… Units were clean but kitchen plates and cups dirty and needed washing. Overall a good destination with kids.

Great place, didn't get to look around much as it was dark when I got there. Place was very clean, an Xbox in the room was a nice touch. Looked very homely and welcoming. Not suggested for birthday drinks as neighbours are very close and casual conversations on the blacony were heard from 200m away (I know they were casual as I was sober when we were told this). Security is very professional, gave us warnings for being too loud in a respectful but stern manner. Overall a good stay, just don't have a party there or you'll risk being kicked out.

My husband and I plus two boys 13 and 8 had a blast. Apartment clean and tidy. The washing machine was a bonus! Pools were great. It was easy access to Pacific fair mall. Public transport Loved it. Well be back Thanks.

My wife and I have a three year old and think that this might be the best family resort ever. With a wide range of pools and a reasonably priced restaurant it is well equipped and modern. Far enough away from Surfers Paradise to avoid the crowds and noise but close enough with good transport links for older teens to be in the heart of the action in less than 10 minutes. The beach is only a five minute walk, the on site shop does try to over charge for every day items and the staff have never been anything but helpful. Highly recommended.

Great facilities ranging from adults only pools to kids pools, splashzone waterslides, arcade game room, tennis courts, mini golf. Rooms are nice, some of the locks on the doors don't work, but besides that the rooms are good. The staff are friendly and provide you with all the information you need.

Fun pools and slides with cafe bistro area. Gym is only cardio, nothing for weight training, smells. Arcade games room is all pay to play, no free games on site.

I loved it great for families and lots of things to do there definitely a must go Place!

Was very relaxing. The rooms were clean except we found a used Nappy in the cupboard which was a let down obviously. The water park was fantastic except I highly recommend not going there in Winter or cold whether. The food there was fantastic. Staff were nice and helpful. You need a keycard to get into almost every door so its great for the little ones!. With a tennis court, Cinema area, Multiple pools, Underground arcade, Gym and playgrounds it keeps the kids entertained at all ages! Also the free Wi-Fi was great as a bonus. Loved my stay at Turtle beach!

We stayed for 6 nights in June and had a great time. Our kids are 2 and 4, and didn't want to leave. Easy parking, great pools and waterpark, rooms were clean and well appointed and we took advantage of the discounted rates for a few of the gold coast attractions. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, kept the kids entertained. Had a couple of meals at the restaurant, wood fired pizzas were very good. Small negatives were the lack of lifts to our top floor apartment, which made taking our luggage up to the room a bit of a mission, and obviously made pram access impossible. Also beds were a bit hard. We'll be back though, highly recommended for families.

Water park/are is just so very dangerous — Children falling and hurting themselves so often, literally everyday, its a serious injury waiting to happen. Reported to management and reassured that it was being looked to. Accommodation itself was good but water park was so off-putting, we paid to have this facility as part of our accommodation but it was too dangerous to let our child on it. Very upsetting. Please fix this problem asap Turtle Beach. We were one of many families making complaints to the staff member who was at the water park and also reception and we could not see anything being done to fix it. Also there is not enough dishes in rooms nor simple necessaties such as toilet paper, soap or towels. We had to buy our own toilet paper, dishwashing liqued, dishwasher powder etc.

Very child friendly. Lots of pools and water slides. Apartments are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

We stayed for eight nights in August 2014 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The heated pools and water slides were a hit with my two kids aged 3 and 7. The Deck Restaurant had some great food and the Woodfire Pizza was excellent quality. Our only complaint was the furniture in the 2 bedroom apartment was very old and in bad need of replacement. The kitchen table had a very noticeable lean to one side and one of the chairs was broken. The beds were terrible. One of the single beds had a dip in the middle and looked in very bad condition. The Queen bed was so uncomfortable with springs sticking into our backs which was a bit much after having to sleep on it for eight nights. The rest of the apartment was really good. It was so convenient to have our own washing machine and dryer. Overall I would rate the Resort 10/10 because the facilities are excellent for families with kids and we had a great time and great food. We will definitely go back to Turtle Beach Resort again.

Our family (kids 6yrs and 8yrs) spent 5 days here while 'doing' the theme parks in July 2014. The ground level apartment was spacious if a bit basic and could have done with a spruce up decor wise. Great having a full kitchen / washing machine / dryer and bathroom and en suite. The bonus was having a ground level apartment as the kids could shoot out through the ranch slider and explore without having to take a key card to get back in. There are plenty of pools with other kids that our children made friends with but note you need to supervise your kids! I ended up pulling 2 other kids out who had gotten into difficulty. Our trip was in July so the temperatures in the morning and evening were pretty low and the spa pools were too cold for adults to sit in for any length of time — management: increase the temperature of the spas during the winter months please! The onsite shop is great plus there are more shops on the street within a 100m walk. The cafe / restaurant is excellent — good family style food at a reasonable price. We had planned to eat out most nights but ended up ordering / dining here for half our meals — just be aware that at dinner times they get pretty busy (30mins for an order) so take this into account. We had a hire car and the secure basement parking was convenient and easy to use — time to the theme parks is 30-40mins. The gym is a bit of a joke but they do have a tennis court.

I went here with my 3 kids from NZ and they as well as I loved it and were looking at going back this summer to try out there new water park they built. Many thanks for a outstanding stay. Oh and loved the pizza in the in house restaurant.

Have been to Turtle Beach before and the kids loved it so much to do and never saying I have nothing to do. Rooms were clean and comfortable, Dishwasher and Washing Machine a plus. Cant wait to go back again in January.
