Perfect location. The managers are amazing. We are staying here right now and the veiw is amazing. Will definetly be back.

Such a wonderful place, excellent location, apartment was beautiful, has everything you need but most of all it is right on the beach and the views from the apartment is stunning. Can not wait to stay there again. Absolutely fantastic.

It was a really great experience.

The apartment was nice but they did not know we were coming and we were kept waiting outside the apartment for 2 hours. The security guard tried to turn us away. Make sure you call and confirm your booking before arriving as they are not organised. We were finally let into the apartment after waiting outside for 2 hours.

Just delivered food. Seemed nice.

It property has the worse security. Anyone can access their property and carpark with out a key. Donot leave anything unattended in your car. Also check with management as to whether their cctv cameras actually work. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dear public people, We stayed at Golden Sands December 2017. The accomodation was below par gritty, passé and quite stale. We left there with more than what we had arrived with:

Don't let the terrible room doors fool you when you're about to walk in, it's great on the inside.

Just enjoyed three nights away at this wonderful place. It was so quiet and in a wonderful location. We found it to be very clean and the office staff very friendly and helpful. Coming back after Xmas.

The only thing this hotel had going for it were the views which were fantastic, IF you had a beach front view. Other than that the paint was coming off, pillows were dirty, generally the entire room was dirty and in general low maintenance.

Good enough to stay just the lounge is not as comfortable. But the view is superb.

My family and I really had a great stay here. Management were extremely friendly and helpful, and the views and the space in the apartment were fantastic. Main Beach is cool but not overcrowded. Without a doubt, we will stay here again!

Wow. Room 503 is outstanding! There are some mixed reviews on other apartments in this block but 503 went well beyond our expectations. It's spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and linen. The bathrooms feature monsoon showers and there's a bath. A washing machine and dryer is also provided. Polished concrete floors are very cool and the furnishings really blend in with the beachside location. All rooms are air conditioned and have flat screen televisions in every room, so great for a bit of separation between the adults and the children. The deck has a panoramic view across main beach. We couldn't fault it and I'm sure you won't either.

Booked and paid for three nights stayed one. Our daughter was horribly bitten from neck to waist by BED BUGS! Management immediately became very evasive when we complained then took two weeks to say in lawyer speak “you can't prove your daughter was bitten at our accommodation so go away”. All in all an Absolutely horrible experience.

This hotel does nothing but lie the rating of 4 and half star hotel that they have put up is very wrong I booked my stay there just resently the pictures looked great it was a different story when I got there the it was small and dull looking dirty I was discussted and smelt very what a joke it was in a bad state I will never ever go back there again.

The room was comfortable with an amazing view. But certainly not what I would call clean. Despite this we enjoyed our stay until it was time to cheak out. We paid for our stay and politely made coment that our kids were a little disappointed the pool area was out of action during our stay. ", to which we were informed it was on all websites. Shortly after I decided to double cheak that info as I had not noticed that information anywhere when booking so I called back and politely asked where the info was located. Also informing the receptionist (as I had forgotten to on cheakout) about the dirty razor that had been left in the bathroom along with used tissues in the bedroom, not as a complaint but simply to inform staff so those problems could be rectified in the futureThe reception lady was extremely rude and stated I had sour grapes cause we didn't get to use the pool. And I hadn't read things properly! And then proceeded to slam the phone down in my ear. So I would never return or recommend ur motel to anyone else.

Location is fantastic. Apartment was spacious and views great. We stayed for 17 days. It would be great if the pool was open longer both in the am and pm. The apartment was not clean there was alot of dust especially under the bed and a bed was made up with a dirty sheet a newspaper and package wrapping found under the bed. Glasses still in the dishwasher. The fridge needs fixing or upgraded as its not keeping food/drinks cold. Didn't tell this to management as I felt I had been to see them twice already. Management was ok not as friendly as I would have expected but were alot nicer when I pointed out the sheet and newspaper. Cleaning staff need to be upskilled or given more time to clean apartments properly whether its the high season or not.

Views of the beach (even from the side apartments) are great; Main Beach is a cooler area than Surfers. The apartment was 'fine'. Nothing amazing, but kitchen was solid and it had space and was comfortable.

We checked into this apartment and checked straight back out. Outdated 70s decor. Not what was portrayed in the photos. View was good and size of the rooms great. Redecorate and you might be able to compete.
