The Castle on Tamborine is truly special, impressive outlook, beautiful setting. Piped music. Huge home theatre, fireplace, spa, heated plunge pool lavish fittings and furnishings. A couples delight. Would highly recommend it! Enjoy The Castle 10/10 Cheryl’s breakfasts 11!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE views with OUTSTANDING service and guest room. Stayed 2 nights with my partner of 7 years and just got engaged on the 2nd night. The Host was amazing and went out of his way to make us feel like royalty. Plenty to do. Breakfast is amazing. You won't be disappointed.

The Castle on Tambourine will forever be a special place for my fiancè and I. I asked my beautiful princess to become my Queen and the setting couldn't be more perfect. Everything about this place is enchanting. The booking process was simple and easy. Up until check out the staff were friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make my vision a reality. Including keeping the whole proposal a suprise. On arrival we were treated to a wonderful salt massage at the day spa. Aft…erwards, to my fiancè surprise we were escorted into one of the amazing castle apartments filled with rose petals scattered all the way to the beautiful four poster bed and spa. I popped the question by the plunge pool surrounded by candles. The whole event was truely romantic. Every morning over out three days stay we were treated to a world class breakfast. The breakfast was different every morning and to die for. My fiance and I would like to thank all the lovely stuff from the bottom of our heats. They made the whole experience magical. Couldn't think of a better way to start the rest of our lives together.

Lovely service and nice relaxing experience.

Credit to the owners of The Castle on Tamborine. The experience of staying in your own private castle is one everyone should try. To be treated like a King, In room cinema, In room plunge pool, nothing to do but relax. Wow is all I can say!. We have already booked again!

Id just like to say how disgusted I am in hearing the way you treated a potential customer who was likely to book their honey moon with you.
Your attitude was appalling. I think you need to remember your suppose to be wanting people to book with you their not push them away with your arrogance. The castle is very beautiful just a shame your attitude was piss poor. Not a good first impression. Business taken elsewhere to a place who actually wants it.

This is a pretty special place. Beautiful, spacious rooms. A bit cold for the pool but the fire and heater got a good work out. The breakfast was a generous portions and very enjoyable.

Sunrrounded of nature to filling your mind of peace, the privacy and romance in this beautiful Castle may be the perfect getaway! ❤️

Rooms clean and staff friendly.

If you want to spoil yourself silly this is the place to do it. Indoor personal pool. Waited on for meals and just ultimate indulgence. Must stay!

We have had the most relaxing time at The Abbey at Lisson Grove. The staff spoilt us and the bed was so comfortable. Absolutely perfect. We'll be back.

Took my Fiance here to propose (which they knew), received woeful service. To name a few things, the pool waterfall wasn't working. There was one drinking glass, missing shower robes, spider webs inside the place. Was a real shame because the accomodation had great potential. Was offered a (very small) discount if we were to return as compensation. We will definitely not be returning.

Best weekend away, most relaxing spa massage, a great way to relax, unwind and let others pamper you.
