Comfortable rooms friendly staff and great breakfast at their restaurant.

Great place to stay in the heart of Brizzy.

Really nicely set out rooms. The bathroom set up is slightly different to other hotels I’ve stayed in and I really liked that. The bed is comfortable and the staff are nice and as a cool feature the alarms clock had a new and old style iPod dock. Only down side is the curtains down quite block out all the sun.

Rooms were quite small and lacked some crockery such as plates and bowls. But overall was a comfortable stay. Everything was really clean and new. Bed was a good size and free Wi-Fi was a good bonus. Air conditioning unit didn’t seem to have a heating function and had no instructions on how to operate it so that was a little disappointing as it was fairly cold getting up in the morning. Borderline walking distance to most inner city places but close to fortitude valley station.

Nice hotel, very clean rooms and close to the city centre (walking distance). The ensuite in the double room had a glass window (not fuly frosted even, just halfway but you can see from torso up! ) so there was no privacy in the bathroom. Would be fine if sharing as a couple but I was with a family member and was a bit of a struggle.

Beautiful rooms and really lovely bathrooms. The complimentary tea was nice. Also the shampoo and conditioner ect was really quality. Great convenient location. Was a great time.

Location is great. Easy access to restaurants and entertainment around the valley. Rooms were comfy and we'll sized. They might want to consider providing some free bottled water for guest.

Great value hotel. See if you can get suites 406 or 410. They are the rooftop balcony suites. Kennigo social club is also ace.

Didn’t have a problem. Rooms were very small but reasonable for the price. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely brilliant Hotel. Price great for 4 people. We received free drink vouchers on arrival to have at the gorgeous restaurant, it was beautiful to have a drink and a bite to eat in this beautiful restaurant last night. Hotel rooms really clean and beds so comfy! Location perfect for walking to the valley Staff super helpful Parking available for extra $20. I'd deffently come back and highly recommend this hotel Thank you 5 stars from Me.

Pretty good, friendly staff, that's about it. They retrieved my lost bottle very quickly. I almost forgot my bottle in my room. Its like a 30 dollar bottle.

Great place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff! Can’t say enough about them, especially compared to hotels at home in the States. Oh boy. Small so if you stay for a couple days you don’t have to deal with a ton of different people. Amazing food next door and comfy rooms with cozy patios. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at The Mantra Richmont Hotel was all that was promised. Clean and tidy room, friendly staff. Room could have done with more storage i. E a small set of drawers and perhaps a chair, but otherwise clean and quiet. Would have been nice to have had free Wi-Fi like most other hotels.

Located only a 10 minute walk from the Valley, you have access to a variety of restaurants, clubs and bars without having to venture into town. Hotel has a gym and an inhouse restaurant but it is quite small and has a kitchen like setup. There's also no pool. Rooms come equipped with TV, hairdryer, iron, kettle and minibar fridge. Service available everyday and staff are friendly.

Nice, clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff and easy check-in and check out. Was only there 1 night so didn't get to experience the for service but menu looked good.

Excellent place to stay as an overnight guest with a central but quiet location at a respectable cost. Moved here for work and needed something nearby. I'd recommend staying here for work as well as for a short trip.

The processing time at the beginning of our stay took a little bit longer than it needed to, but the location of the hotel was quite quaint and struck a balance. The rooms, hotel atmosphere and surroundings were chic and had a modern feel to it with plenty of greenery and open air spaces. The rooms themselves had excellent systems, spaciousness and furnishing, with healthier-style toiletries. Although this hotel was due to a late-booking due to a hefty delay and missing our connecting flight, this hotel happily and successfully warmed us back to the vacation spirit. Much obliged!

Really friendly staff. Small but very nice. Perfect location if you're looking to stay near Fortitude Vally.

Got to the hotel at 4:30pm check in was 2pm checked in at reception then continued to walk to our room only to be told by the cleaner not at reception that our room hasn't been cleaned yet and that we needed to wait 10 mins. Secondly the room that we stayed in was right above the bar which my partner and I came here to have a relaxing quite weekend as we are expecting a child, so it was extremely loud so make sure you take note and ask not to be anywhere near the restaurant/…bar if you are wanting to get a good nights sleep. Lastly we were not told that we needed to pay extra for parking anywhere whilst booking into this hotel so they kinda get you there with more $$$. Over all if we were to stay here again we would know what to ask for before we arrive so I'm just letting people know before hand so they don't get caught out like we have.

Nice little queen room with a tidy ensuite. Very good for a place to crash after a night out in the city but I wouldn't plan on spending time in the room. The attached bar was overpriced and snooty but they did turn around for a nice breakfast but push to get it included.

Great hotel, nice new rooms and great restaurant next door. Great staff, very helpful.

Modern, clean rooms. Delicious breakfast next door. Parking signage was unclear, and one of us had to run to the desk to find out how it worked.

Good location if you drive. Rooms are good but you normally don't have access to Wi-Fi, which is not convenient.

I love this place. I made a special request when booking to have a bit of a laugh (requested a photo of Nicholas Cage on the bedside table). Not only did they follow through, they put a laminated photo of him with some rose petals and an electric tea light candle on the bed. The kicker was the picture in the bathroom with his hair flowing in the breeze (apparently created by the hairdryer next to him). The staff are lovely and quite obviously willing to go above and beyond, the location is nice and the rooms are chic and cozy.

Good, comfortable hotel. Great for work trips and restaurants/ cafes within close vicinity. Relatively close to CBD.

Tight but comfy room with a great shower and ample products. The restaurant is pretty good too. I had the half BBQ chicken and it was juicy with a crispy skin and good flavour. Polite staff make this an enjoyable place to stay.

Very small room. Not much of a view, even on 3rd of four floors. Room was modern at least. Bed linen had stains on, and glassware in room was dirty, so had to wash it myself before using it.

The Hotel is great but attention to detail the Team needs to work on, been staying at the hotel for almost a month and over familiarisation is abit concerning. The Hotel is chic, new and clean. Would recommend it besides what needs to be fixed.

The free Wi-Fi is only limited to 3 gigs and I spilt red wine on the carpets and the end of a curtain so now they will be stained permanently.

I had a amazing time they gave the best service I've ever had they even swallowed.

Lovely hotel. Not too far from busy fortitude Valley but very quiet. Great room with a lovely view and very modern. Friendly staff.

Coffee is great, food not so much. Tasted like boxed ready-to-eat meals.

The rooms are truly tiny. A bag at the end of the bed consumes all space to the wall. Paid extra for a balcony and got bright fluorescent signs shining in the window — they are bright enough to have the same illuminating effect as the room lights. Included breakfast does not include coffee or juice or any drink at all. Included Wi-Fi doesn't work properly and is an open (unencrypted) access point.

Stayed at the mantra overnight, Room had a weird glass fading between the room and bathroom. No toothpaste was supplied (the one time I forgot to bring my own. ) There was Wi-Fi but front desk did not give me the password on arrival.

Cannot speak highly enough about this Hotel. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with a wonderful smile and a quick check in. The staff was very friendly, the room was perfect for our overnight stay and the restaurant was second to none. The food prepared for our dinner and breakfast was top class along with its staff. It was a very affordable weekend. We will recommend this Hotel to all …

The room is very suitable for a business trip. The on site restaurant is great and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely pleasure to stay here. The staff are the most pleasant we have experienced while staying at many Mantra locations. From the reception to the back of house right through to the restaurant you are greeted warmly and most definitely well looked after. The room was absolutely beautiful, fantastically cleaned and perfectly arranged with an a beautiful ambience. We had a balcony with fantastic views it was just so peaceful for being in the heart of the CBD and 1 minute to the Valley. Highly recommend this Hotel for people to stay at, you will not be disappointed at all. Thank you Richmont Hotel and all the staff for the beautiful, relaxing stay.

The cafe has a very cramped atmosphere and the food selection is limited, especially considering they have none of the sandwiches made up and have to order them from the main kitchen. The food quality was good however.

Very friendly staff. Good location to town and moving get about. Has very good restaurant attached with good breakfast and best barramudi dish I have tasted.

Clean room although a bit small. Perfect for business travellers looking for a short stay. All close restaurants are along the main street in fortitude Valley so close by.

Our queen room wasn't large but overall the hotel and room was well appointed and great decor. A couple of minutes walk from Chinatown district. Very helpful friendly staff.
