If your looking for a place to stay in Sydney. Only a stones throw from the beach and 5 minute walk to the Manly Corso. Amazing Accommodation, clean and very comfortable. Beautifully Friendly Management.

Well my wife booked this mob in a rush through Agoda, and I will never use either again. She booked a family room for around $75, but in her rush forgot to list our 4 year old. We got a call hours before we were due to arrive and got told that our daughter would cost us another $30, pretty unreasonable in the circumstances to charge a kid the same as an adult. When I said we would cancel they conveniently overlooked telling me that we would lose everything, which explains why they were so happy I cancelled. When I rang some weeks later explaining this to them and asking why the refund had not appeared in my bank they were extremely hard-nosed. I would not recommend Manly Guesthouse to anyone, and if I could rank them zero (or negative) stars I would. A bad experience that I would wish on no one else, so don't go there.

It was pretty good but service could be better.

Parking was terrible, passive aggressive staff, staff also had a loud fight swearing which could be heard upstairs, booked two rooms with single beds and received two bunk bed rooms & back patio area which was advertised was closed and covered with the owners random belongings — will not be staying again.

I loved this place, I preferred it without hesitation in relation to quality price, the staff very friendly and responsible, but what I liked the most was the cleanliness.

The view was incredible very clean and the it's a magical place the front entry doors had kookaburras they were just so beautiful I'll never forget it can't wait to stay there again.

Great location, super friendly staff. Clean shared bathroom. Basic but just after a bed for the night its ideal.

What a lovely & peaceful couple of nights comfy bed, awesome shower and great staff. Great price and very close to the beach. Thank you and I hope to return soon!

Will switch you to a room with a bunk bed after you book a single room, then slip threatening letters under the door accusing you of having someone else staying there. Not worth the hassle.

THEIVES work here. Left a brand new bikini in the room by accident, still in bag with tags & receipts. That is my fault, but when I called two hours later after check out they claimed no bag was found. So annoying and unethical.

Stayed here with the family. Shared kitchen and bathroom facilities are well kept and functional. All rooms were full but noise wasn't a problem. Just ceiling fans in the rooms, so could get hot in the summer. Overall very good value and will look at staying again.

Excellent facilities for the price and location. Will be using again in the future.

Always friendly and clean! This is my go to spot when I'm in Manly. I recently accidentally overpaid without knowing and the staff reimbursed me straight away. 10/10 would recommend!

Manly guesthouse has very good staff and a great night time live in staff. They are certainly friendly and helpful to me. Highly recommended.

Great value a block up from Manly Beach. It's a little old but Stephanie at the front desk was most helpful, and the room and shared bathroom's were clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

The room was for a family, $200 for the night for 4 floor walk up, one toilet down the hall to share, gapping hole in the plaster ceiling, dodgy fridge etc. Never again.

This place is Dodgy, we paid for a small room with a view of dirty underwear thrown on roof, Lock on door unsafe, dusty and musty room — old cuboard and heater not working, old towels not vaccumed under bed — Unfriendly Staff could only relax in small courtyard out the back with no view. Never again!

Fabulous location and very reasonable bed charges, also supplied free Wi-Fi :-) Downside is you get what you pay for, the staff are fantastic and the atmosphere great but it's in need of a very good sponge clean and/or a refurb! Beds are comfy and clean but the carpet is old and worn, no air con either so a tad toasty on hot days. Overall a bargain place to stay in Manly and comes recommended, just hope the owners can afford to spruce the place up someone soon!

It may not look amazing but it had a great atmosphere and we actually returned to the same guest house after our trip up the east coast. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It is close to the beach (amazing beach) The shops/bars etc are walking distance. I would come back here if im ever lucky enough to go back to OZ!
