Terrible TV stove oven didn't work properly. Locked out of building and not notified when they changed the main entrance. Only got in when other people were coming out of the building. And to top it off they took $600.00 from my daughter's credit card with out asking or any explanation. Have called and called numerous times to find out why and have been told on every occasion someone will contact me. I am still waiting and will take this matter further if the bank does not succeed in retreiving this money. And this was done whilst my partner was in RPA hospital having an organ transplant. Good work Ryals.

Rotten service. No staff. Finally got into (paid) parking. Then got locked in.

Visited relatives staying there, seems good value.

Great serviced apartments but no reception desk available you must arrange with management if you are arriving past check-in time.

Great accomodation. Very central. Parking too. Great staff.

Decent place but the beds were completely rock hard and completely unable to be slept on. I slept on the floor on the second night of staying there and it was more comfortable than the bed! Still have a sore neck from 3 nights ago from the bed…

This place is a dive. I stayed there for a work trip in a 2 bedroom loft apartment. Shabby and poorly maintained is the only way to describe this. Banged up furniture, cracks in walls, cockroaches, flaking paint, torn carpet and damaged skirting boards. The university hosting us paid over $500 Australian for two of us and that is a total rip off. Do not stay here.

Don't go there! It's dirty & too expensive for this poor quality! The lady who works there very very rude she came for the payment although I was half naked and still had 10 min till check out! Although I spoke minutes ago with somebody else on the phone to bring the money downstairs She said she's the owner she doesn't care! I have to pay her NOW but We had an appointment 1 day before she didn't come & didn't cancel didn't apologise she was offensive at the end the dishes are old & disgusting The carpet where it met the kitchen slate had exposed nails or staples that were sharp with bare feet! Never saw such bad Cleaning service! You can't put privacy pls they knock one time & come in they don't clean the nice manager cleaned it again after them! I asked for 2 extra tea bag she said it's enough.! Washmashine isn't good and looses water My goodness such a bad place.

Location is good, you have everything you need around the place and it's very close to City Center. The rooms are good size and clean, the staff is very helpful with your needs and actually you feel they go the extra mile. Sophie and Angus were very helpful and understood all our requirements.

Was booking a two-bedroom apartment, will notified a day ago be come two suit one-bedroom for my family trivial! And the washing machine is broken the clothes get wet only… Have to dry it youself!

We stayed at these Apartments form 18 — 26 Jan 2014, and found they were very tidy and well maintained. Don't be deceived by the hallways in the block as they are a bit dated, but once in the rooms everything is modern, well maintained and very clean! The room was serviced daily and it was done well. Angus, the manager, was helpful with all our requests as soon as we asked, even if it was at odd hours. This is the type of service you would expect from a big hotel chain, but don't get often! The pub across the road is well worth a look for meals, we had dinner for 3 adults and 1 child and the cost was very reasonable and very nice. There is also a shop next door that has a good selection of food etc, and a bottle shop there as well that has well priced beer, wine & spirits. Overall an excellent apartment in a great location, we would definitely stay there again — maybe next time in a loft apartment if there are any available.

Stayed for three nights to visit family. Ideal location, near bus routes, university, RPA. Easy walk to Annnandale. Angus was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, plenty of storage with full washing and cooking facilities. We even had a balcony. We will certainly choose this again, I have tried various ones in this location.

Stayed here for 4 nights as we had commitments at the University. There were 5 of us so we had a 2 bedroom loft apartment. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, modern and clean. There was a supermarket and bottle shop next door. Easy walk to the university and RPA hospital. Numerous restaurants and pubs within walking distance too. We were there during the week and were surprised at how little noise there was, especially given the proximity to Parramatta road. Maybe it would be noisier at weekends. The car-parking is not ideal, but this is inner city so any parking is a plus. We only took our car out of the carpark once in our 4 day stay, walked and caught a bus the rest of the time. Angus (the manager) was very pleasant and approachable. We texted him with any minor queries and he replied promptly. We really enjoyed our stay, glad we chose Camperdown apartments over Quest and will return!
