Great service, rooms and prices.

Good place close to the center and to Newtown. The rooms are really good and the staff is really nice. In fact Joe was specifically kind and helpful. Totally suggested.

The housekeeping is APPAULING! TERRIBLE BATHROOM absolutely shocking! Toliet looks like it hasnt even been scrubbed! Sick! Not even a toliet brush! Mould on the bottom of the shower curtain. I felt I would catch something even going in there and the smell! The essentials werent even taken care of! Now how hard is it to wipe out a fridge, microwave or cupboards. It does make you question if they even put clean sheets on the beds! I also went to reception to get our bathroom clean as they told us they would send the housekeepers through the room and when we got back late at night the room wasnt even touched! Toliet still crap in it from the last guest! Oh and no aircon! Not even a spare fan to rent! Even in summer! Heaps hot and no ventilation through the room! Terrible! Wish we could have moved accomidation but didnt really have the money to throw away! Hope you get onto improving! For the sake of everyone!

The service is not bad, but the condition of rooms is bad. The worst thing is that it doesn't show in its description when I booked the room online that it does not have a private bathroom. It is very hot during summer night because it does not have air con.

Either grossly incompetent or criminal. Not sure which yet. I booked a stay worth over 500 dollars and due to a change of plan I cancelled within the period which I was eligible for a full refund. About a month after the booking I rang up and explained that my refund was never received. I was assured that it would be processed in the next couple days, but almost 2 months after the booking was made I still have not received my refund.

It's a serene place to stay. Neat and tidy rest rooms. Surrounded with lush green.

Our stay at Glebe Space could not have been better. Staff, Mat and Tom, were helpful and courteous in their service and made the time we spent there extremely enjoyable. The location in particular is a huge draw card. It was great to be in amongst the young enthusiastic crowds around the area, it was full of life. Ease of transport to central Sydney was another bonus of staying at Glebe Space. The rooms and the public areas were spotless and very nice relaxing areas especially the rooftop area.

They either gave me a room upgrade or made a mistake; I got two nights in a very nice room with a double bed and ensuite for $60 a night. Pretty good deal.

It is a nice place to stay in Sydney and explore it. Reception personal are very welcome. Room look like brand new, comfortable and quite. But in room we fund somebody's pizza and bank of Jam in fridge. Also toilet seat was dirty from backside. Dear owners — please work with you housekeeping personal to improve this things. Thank you!

Convenient and clean. This is not a Hotel but university accommodation rented out during summer holidays. The place could do with a bit more "educated" staff and practical information about the place. I had a double room and was happy with it.

Rooms were great but confusion and disorganised check-in spoiled our first impression. We were a group of 10 all booked in for 3 nights. Rooftop bar was fabulous for our group of friends to chill and relax together. Even though the rooms were not serviced it would have been good to get clean towels.

Very basic accommodation. +Excellent location to Sydney university +Comfortable bed and pillows +Clean bathroom (but shower extractor fan not working) +Good communal kitchen, laundry and lounge. — Poor housekeeping, no change of linen or towels over my 1.5 week stay — General cleanliness is 50/50, some old fruit peels around the bin, 1 cockroach present. — Small useless television locked to SBS only. — 5 oclock one morning a fitness bootcamp instructor ran through the building screaming and shouting.

Comfortable, new, spacious and clean but should have bars of soap provided for hand washing and a glass or cup for water. It was a very hot week and I had no drinking vessel with me! The microwave and frig were great but a kettle would have been nice too. Very noisy with Parramatta Rd and Careflight helicopters coming in at 5am for this country bumpkin.

These are dorm rooms with college students roaming the hallways, not a hotel despite the high price like a hotel. Felt like complete misrepresentation. — We had to switch rooms, because our original room we were assigned to had been reconfigured for students. — The room was missing everything to make tea and coffee that was in the pictures and description of the rooms. — The "flat screen" television was a very small computer monitor. — The "lounge" promoted in the description was taken by a college student playing XBOX all night. — The college students at the front desk are only available 8am to 8pm so no one around to help with issues during evenings and early morning.

Clean and an easy place to stay while my husband was in RPA, pictures showed a few more things in the room that were actually in there, some staff had trouble understanding what you wanted. Would stay again. A little more room service would be appreciated was there for 8 days before my rubbish was even collected. Jodie Wilton.

Experience was very good, and even I extend it my stay at Glebe Space. Positives : 1) Very Good Clean Environment 2) Good budget Breakfast 3) Very near to Bus Stop 4) Easy Access to City and Airport 5) Easy Check In and Check Out 6) Friendly Staff, they cooperated a lot (AJ and Jonathan) 7) All things were as it is as mentioned in the pictures and description. 8) Room was small, but had comfortable beds, wardrobes and clean washroom with excellent shower pressure. Negatives: 1) None.

The room was very clean and the people in the office were very friendly. A clear sign saying check in this way would have been nice. Also there was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands, they do provide shower gel but I would rather use soap.

I really enjoyed my stay, the room was clean with ample space for myself and my stuff. The only criticism I could make is that while there was 2 bottles of water provided in the fridge, there was no tea/coffee, kettle, cutlery, cups, glasses, or anything else you could use to eat or drink out of. Even just a couple of basic bits would have been much appreciated for making a cuppa. Other than this, it was a lovely place to rest at the end of the day.

I would have appreciated knowing it was a college dorm — it was not a hotel as stated. The room was stuffy and very hot because there was no air. The most upsetting thing was that my credit card was charged for the entire stay before I got there! We wanted to pay with cash and shorten our stay because we were going to another location. It was a hassle and I have recently discovered that I was charged a fee when the charges were reversed, making the stay even more expensive. The staff seemed either not to know about the surrounding area or were to busy to explain things. For what we paid I was disappointed at the lack of cleaning service. We were there four days and I had to ask an employee of the college to help us get some service.

Nice place, feel comfort but less of daily clean service for room.

The room was sparkling clean, everything was in wonderful condition, bedlinen and bath towels were great quality and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. A stress-free and comfortable stay, highly recommended.

Very nice place, warm welcoming, very good price.
