Spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable bed with snow white linen. A little dated but new microwave A new refrigerator TV and air con Very good stay would recommend.

Very quiet location. Shower was great. Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. It was at a convenient location and the staff was more than friendly and very helpful. Their Wi-Fi was very fast and didn't drop out at all. We loved The Wallaby Motel. Will definitely stay there again.

For a 3 budget motel it gets 5 stars. When parliament is sitting it's prices don't budge.

Quite costly in terms of the look and feel of the hotel plus the facilities provided by them.

About 30 minutes away from Canberra City centre, but very well priced. Parking right outside your door, which is very convenient.

Impeccable service efficent and gr8 advice on everything I needed around the corner. The room was cheap beds very comfortable and clean, electric blankets and heaters, good size bathrooms spotless. Everything I needed for a overnighter. Minutes to canberra quarter the price.

Basic Motel but very clean. Room has microwave and fridge.

Check in and out is easy. The staff are welcoming and happy to answer any questions My only gripe was an inconsistent flow of hot water, at one time there was none at all.

It was ok. Rooms very dated but clean. Strange thing though no sink to wash dishes, when I approached front desk to ask about clean dishes he said there was a sink in my room wash them in there. Yeah the bathroom sink he said, no chance mate how disgusting. This ruined it for me.

Central location in Queenbeyen. Neat and tidy motel. Not very comfortable bed.

Gave us a ground floor room so we could park bike nearby, which was wonderful. We really just needed somewhere to sleep. So weren't looking for anything special that qspecial that could alter our rating.

Have stayed at the wallaby motel before and the was great then and still is this time… the hospitality is always fantastic.

Very good, the rooms were clean, bed very comfortable. Slept very well with little or no noise from the street and this was a Saturday night. People were friendly and helpful. Will be staying there again. Sent other family member with babies to stay and they also were happy with the environment.

We arrived without booking at 5.30pm, the lady owner was very polite and friendly. We were allowed to check out the room prior to paying and the fist thing I did was lie on the bed, very good. After staying in similar priced motels for the past 3 weeks this was the best bed. The room had great TV picture, Austar (free with good channels) a new comfortable couch, again a rare item, very clean room well presented with a seperate hand towel, again rare. The shower was big enough for 2 and plenty of good hot and strong hot water supply. Room 5 situated at the rear of the motel had no road noise and was quiet with no neighbouring unit noise either. All in all very good value for $110.

This place was disgusting and the proprieter was very rude and unhelpful. It was the last place left on "wotif" and "expedia" but after we paid $180 for a room we found that there were lots of places left queanbeyan — if you're stuck for a room in canberra ring the queanbeyan tourist information centre — we could have stayed at a MUCH nicer place, right in queanbeyan for almost HALF the price. The Wallaby is dirty, and very noisy and in the middle of no-where — don't stay here without checking out other options in Queanbeyan first! I would never stay there again and just wish I had checked out my options first.
