Fantastic accommodation, great friendly team members, clean with a nice warm heater! Close to heaps of shops and great places to get food. Very affordable!

Excellent. Friendly. Warm & comfortable. Yummy breakfast. Very accommodating staff. Have stayed here a number of times and will stay again. Very close to all amenities.

Location is perfect if you don't have a car. Everything is walking distance. Kitchen is self contained and amenities sufficient. Quiet at night time too. Fairly large complex so plenty of parking available.

Ok for price. Didn't have milk all night as we checked in late however they knew our ETA, our milk could be been placed in our room fridge for us so that was a little disappointing.

Stayed 4 nights. Staff friendly, room spacious and very clean. Chef was very happy to modify meals to suit my husband dietary requirements. Would stay here again without doubt.

Pretty good place to rest your head it was close to where we needed to go and it had a nice little walk down to the golf club. Hihi.

Clean & tidy. Swimming pool, good dining room, beds comfortable, all necessary equipment in rooms. Close to shops.

Great Beer & Pizza! Got the Royal Works and a great northern classic beer after work. Perrrfect. Guys behind the bar were a laugh too.

We had a recent stay here and were extremely disappointed. On opening the door to the apartment the place had a stale smell to it. The shower recess had a lot of mould in the frame work and the tiled shower floor was dirty and stained. The couch in the living area was covered with a sofa throw to conceal a very torn leather couch. Could not recommend this Motel in it's present state.

Stayed three nights only complaint would be the air-conditioning was not adjustable would have been better if we could adjust it down to a lower temperature.

Rooms clean and well maintained. Dinner ok but expensive. Crowning glory is the fantastic reception staff. Extremely efficient and very helpfull. Just one note. Please let them know that there is NOT a Bendigo Bank in Goulburn.

Had a long extended stay here for 2+ months. Felt very comfotable here in the 1 bedroom apartment. Clean, modern and well designed. Kitchen was adequate. Shower had good pressure. The biggest positive was very friendly staff and house keeping, who were helpful and helped me feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay worst young lady ive ever met on the front desk you would of thought it was her hotel (holly) this place gives the property a bad name. This young lady needs a course of people skills and what people with disabilities need. From the night I booked on line at a cheaper price that she wasn't happy with to the time we arrived give your favour put her in the kitchen to do dishes.

Great place, clean and rooms pretty sound proof to outside noise. Beds good and slept well. Bonus was the pool, kids loved it. Handy location to shops etc.

Clean comfortable quiet room. Friendly, helpful staff. Great rates, handy for Canberra. Delicious Complimentary Continental breakfast. One concern I feel the railing on top floor verandah too low. Otherwise highly recommended for a short stay.

The room was clean, but overall the apartment looked tired and old, and had a musty/stale air smell. One of the windows in one of the rooms did not shut fully so allowed noise and cold air to enter. The location was close to Aldi and Woolworths which was convenient. No problem with parking.

Nice large rooms. Comfy beds. Lounge and bathroom layout is a bit awkward. Late check-in was OK but poor service from night manager when we had a problem.

Very good stay. Room very clean, staff attentive. Amenities terrific. No road noise. One of the best. Certainly won't disapoint.

Staff were friendly but room wasn't clean — previous guest's dinner was still in fridge, clothing label stuck to the floor. Made me a little nervous…

Comfortable beds, neat and clean, with all the amenities you could want, and free parking. Too cold for swimming, and plenty good options (pubs, cafe) for food if you do not want to use their restaurant. Friendly staff.

Rooms were nice and clean. Didn't look like a cheap motel. Nice little outdoor sitting area, for a few drinks with mates.

An absolute dive, beds felt like they were the $50 special from IKEA! Restaurant not open. This place is really a 3 star at best and should be charging no more than $100pn. Ripped off… won't be back!

Motel was easy access to Queanbeyan CBD. Rooms were small but accommodating. Wi-Fi needs extender to the rear and corners. Were not able to get consistent connection. Accommodates for smokers with chairs and tables. Suggest that some food implements put in as we did not have knife or fork. Disposable would have been fine. Note: That staff asked if we needed fresh milk which we had. Instant coffee is woeful and has bad packaging issues. Douwe Egbert! But was ok Motel I recommend but research internet prices then call Motel for booking for best price.

Very good I must admit, it did have a few things with the plumbing that aesthetically could have looked better but was excellent overall.

Great Hotel! I use these guys for Corporate stays all the time. The service is excellent and they fit us in whenever and wherever they can. Most rooms have now been refurbished and my staff cannot speak highly enough of them.

I recently held an event here, and while communication was ok between organising for the event, upon arrival, the service given was absolutely disgraceful. From the stale coffee (tasted like it had been there for days), to the "cleanliness" of the room", which they didnt even bother with. I do not recommend this motel at all.
