The service was excellent and my first impressions were great. The man at reception was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facilities: I stayed in a twin room with my 4 month old son. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular for the price and the star rating, however I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean and had a large flat screen TV. All the usual amenities were provided and there was a hair dryer in the room. The pool was well maintained and looked inviting. Overall experience was very positive and would definitely recommend this motel to anyone wanting a pleasant stay in Albury.

Really smooth check in. Older fittings and furnishings but super clean and tidy. Good facilities. Excellent location. Great value.

The rooms where very clean, AC was on when we entered from it being 40c outside and playing intense sport all day. Showers where a little low for my height but was completely adjustable. Overall I recommend staying here for 2-3 days as it's a little more cost for 3 or 4 peiple.

Room was really good. Large space, good sized bathroom with a shower screen… always a bonus for me! Good free Wi-Fi and good sized TV. Liked that I had a microwave. Bed was fine but plenty of good pillows. Overall happily stay there again!

Late check-in. Staff was very kind to wait up. Room was spotless. Bathroom and food area very clean. Location near to restaurants. Good value for family.

It's a bit dated but it's clean, fairly comfortable, quiet and quite reasonably priced.

Don't expect to get any sleep too many inconsiderate guests.

5 stars because of its cleanliness & convenient location close to Hume hwy. Stayed a night in between the drive from Sydney to Melbourne. Our room is clean, tidy and spacious. Great for a budget motel.

I have stayed in many places and not all 5 or 4 star, there is some great cheap places that deliver the value and for this one its clean and basic. I have stayed here on 2 occasions as there is usually a few events in Albury in mid year and the first time it was the only place that was available, we were given a 2 bedroom suite which was pretty good and serviced our needs. The 2nd time was a much smaller room, which was neat and tidy but no hot water or towels, is close to the main of Albury in walking distance and is quiet. Staff are quite attentive the 2 times I have been but again it's not for luxury stay but value for money and good for an overnight stay. Show less Room Tip: The Family 2 Bedroom Rooms.

Wasnt super great customer service, it was a bed for the night was overall clean though toilet was running all night.

The staff there were very nice made me feel welcome, the rooms themselves could use a little love though. But over all I enjoyed it there.

Very nice and friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms at a reasonable price. It's located in a nice spot of Albury too. I totally enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to other people for sure.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and management. Very close to town, while being away from the busy traffic areas. Nice park nearby, and shops and dining within walking distance.

Good quality cheap accomodation for adults and kids. Have stayed hear on two occassions when traveling between Port Macquaire and ballarat.
