We just got back from a family holiday and I’m not gonna lie it was very hit and miss. We were lucky enough to have had one of the “holiday cabins” which wasn’t to bad, quite dated and the beds were horrible very uncomfortable. There were 4 groups of us and we all said the same. The park itself if you book a holiday cabin isn’t bad it’s within eyesight of the pool and the kids play area close to all that. And the staff were lovely. The owner not so much. One of our family members had 3 bedroom cabin that was basically falling apart. The main bedroom door fell off and landed on my nephew. There was mould in the shower, the exhaust fan in the kitchen was horrible, taps had come off. It really wasn’t okay. The owner of the park so far has done very little to fix the problem nobody should have been put in that cabin at all. I do hope you guys take this onboard and alot more serious then you did this morning. Putting people in a cabin that was meant to be decommissioned is disgusting. I will give a shout out tho to the lady who was working and was organising the Easter hunt yesterday I didn’t catch her name but she was lovely.

Amazing park including facilities. We are staying in the spa cabin and it's in eyeshot of the pool from your balcony. Such a quiet friendly park. The kids love the big TV in the guest centre. Will 110% be back again.
