Thank you for a wonderful stay. We booked some water view cabins. They were modern, clean and well stocked. Great spot and the live music from across the lake on Sunday is awesome.

Beautiful park and we have a waterfront site that is spacious, easy to get on and great access to walking/cycling path. We will be back next year.

We just returning from 6 nights at Ballina and we LOVED it! One of the best parks we have been too. Super clean and tidy, awesome location and the kids loved all the facilities. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Although we could not make our holiday because of the current restrictions, the team at Ballina were so wonderful and helpful. Allowed for full refund and cancellation and their communication leading up was amazing.
We cannot wait to come once the lockdown is lifted! 😊😊😊

Awesome great staff great family park.

We have just spent 16 days at Ballina Discovery Park with our 4 grandchildren despite some rain initially the children had a great time with tge kids club activities and heated pool. The staff were amazing and the ensuite site was a godsend with 4 children in a tent beside our caravan. Great location beside the water allowed standup paddle boards and canoes. A great holiday was had by all.

I stayed here on the 6th to the 9th of July 2021. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Firstly they gave us early checkin, the receptionist was so helpful and even fulfilled my request for us to have a cabin on the water which was lovely! (we stayed in cabin 22. ) so we had a huge grass area plus the pathway for the kids to ride their bikes. The cabin itself was very clean and I slept so good compared to other places I’ve stayed. The facilities are great. The kids loved the mini golf and the pool. The only thing I could suggest that would have made our stay better would be a spa. It is winter so even though the pool is heated it wasn’t heated enough for my liking. I’d have loved a spa. Originally I booked for 2 nights but we loved it that much we stayed a third. I’d definitely stay here again. Edit: one thing that was a bit annoying was the bathroom door. My husband had to keep helping us to open it as it kept coming off the hinge. Also the light in the kitchen area is flickering.

Fantastic park. Facilities so clean and well maintained. The whole family has a wonderful time. Absolutely perfect location and had something for everyone in our family, from the surf beach, the flat water bay to the pool, jumping pillow, mini golf and the skate park 2 minutes away.
We will definitely be back!

We had the best time! For first time Campers this was a great experience! Everything was so clean, staff were super friendly and helpful and so many things for the kids to do! Beach is closer than we planned and there’s lots to do around town! We couldn’t fault the place and will definitely be back.

Awesome campsite kids had so much fun owners and staff very friendly. Highly recommend.

Very rude staff, especially the hero that walks around counting the cars at night. Disgusting toilets and showers that never get cleaned, camp site filled with mosquitoes. Stay away from this camp site, overpriced.

Great facilities and the location is absolutely perfect. Beach and parks are basically out the front door. Clean with all amenities you could ask for, perfect for a couple of days for us.

Beautiful place to stay. Close to water easy fishing and close to town. Park beat and tidy shower's and toilets always clean very helpful staff.

We took our three grandchildren to Ballina for three nights and there were so many activities that they all fell asleep quickly after dinner. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Most activities were included in our accommodation. We will definitely recommend this Park to friends and family. We will return.

Beautiful camp site lots of things to do & lots of things for the children & easy distance to the local pub for great meals. Great friendly staff, had problems with our van, everyone was friendly and helpful, would recommend this place.

Very compassionate and friendly staff — my partner and I were due to stay here on friday but we got a call early yesterday morning to say that they had a kidney for him as he was on the transplant list. We called today and was given a full refund under the circumstances with no negotations or making us feel bad in anyway. Thankyou so much we are very greatful.

Clean and lovely. Staff amazing. Just booked another visit. Thanks everyone, the daily kids activities were an unexpected surprise. My son loved the disco, plaster painting, pony rides, movie nights etc.

Sites are great and excellent views, amenities were spotless as were the grounds, good walks etc was a good stay and will be back again when up that way. The lady on the desk needs a holiday.

We've had a wonderful stay, Irene and staff more than welcoming. Very helpful and kind and accommodating. We had mechanical problems with our hired motor home and she assisted us greatly we appreciated it a lot especially as we'd travelled via Melbourne from Dublin Ireland. Facilities perfect, beautiful lake side views morning bird song, beautiful sunshine, sure what more do you need.

Great park. Stayed with our furbaby for five days and thought it was lovely except the area where the vans with dogs are placed needs some attention. Area has hardly any grass and is very stoney. Could do with more areas around for dogs to have a run as the birds attacked when taking them to the park down the road. Otherwise park was very nice.

I thought the park was great, it needs a bit if tender loving care, little bit of maintenance on taps otherwise great park.
