Great kingsize beds. Slept like logs. Good kitchenette setup. Friendly owner/managers.
RSL club straight across the road has massive dining rooms serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and deck with mind blowing river views.

Great location in centre of town, competitive rates off peak season, clean rooms, great shower, comfortable bed, air-conditioning, good parking, pool. TV is basic old model.

Wonderful place to stay. Very quite comfortable beds within walking distance RSL Club.

Love staying here. Its very central and Brendon is always very helpful. Lovely clean rooms.

The room was very clean, big space, free Wi-Fi, nice big TV screen, comfortable soft bed, the Inn sad very central to everything in the town, next to RSL and river side. Room service available by calling the reception, coles and Woolworths are all in walking distance, great restaurants and bar around, all within walking distance. Parking for cars and people who are staying for a couple of nights or weekend. Perfect to do fishing or water activities. Bathroom was very clean and had all facilities for boiling water, being toast, tea and plates. Iron board and coat hangers are available, perfect for 1 or 2 people and family stays.

Great property and location, rooms clean and very well equipped at a fair tariff. Would stay again no problem.

Great place to stay. Was there Monday night had the hole top floor to ourselves everything was outstanding. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Large rooms and very clean. Quiet, relaxed place to stay. Very well maintained gardens. Close to shops and restaurants. Washing machines and dryers are also available. Directly opposite the RSL. Everything you need is in the room as well as Free Wi Fi. Staff are very friendly. Would stay here again.

This is a lovely motel with large rooms and comfortable beds. Always a welcoming smile and is located directly across the road from the RSL.

The best value motel in the Ballina area by far, with quality furniture & fittings in every room, comfy beds, and friendly staff. I have tried many others in Ballina, the high-rise hotel is newer but much dearer, and others in the same price bracket just don't make the grade.

Lovely quaint hotel that is well maintained and clean. Rooms are a good size and bathrooms are huge! There are lots of lovely flowers around and staff were friendly. Opposite the RSL which has a lot going on, although we spent most of our time in Byron Bay which is a 30 minute car ride away.

Stayed here on my way through from sydney to queensland. Great value and check in was a breeze. Rooms are large, well maintained amd beds are comfortable with good linen. Only downside was that the air con refused to work but at least being a cooler time of the year it was bareable. Definitely reccomended.

We stay every year. The rooms are very comfy (beds are the best) and it's the cleanest place you'll ever stay at. It's spotless. Thanks again for a lovely stay and great service.

Lovely service and a chat with the owner on arrival, he offered to help us carry our things up to our room as he had just finished hosing down the stairs closest to our room. (I think he was the owner). Spotlessly clean room and a big hearty delicious breakfast this morning. One bad thing I will say, unfortunately we could only stay one night, could have easily satyed a few more. We will back back… (we have stayed here before and will definitely go back)

Great motel. We stayed here for a stopover on the way to the Sunshine Coast. The rooms were very nice and we had a nice nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Good place to stay when traveling between Syd and Bris, across the road from the RSL and rooms are pretty good. Prices are OK. Service seems to depend on your appearance, if you have been travelling all day and look dishevelled you may be treated with suspicion. I've been there a few times but was not recorded in their computer so needed to provide details again? After the bypass they should be more friendly and happy for the trade but seemed a bit indifferent.
