Excellent stay except the TV reception was poor most the time, rooms well appointed, thoroughly recommend.

Great room very relaxing pool and spa house tasty breakfast and friendly staff.

Great location on the beach. Layout of room is spacious and bed is comfortable. A bit far from shops and restaurants, so not having a car could be an issue, but there is a bus service.

Clean and basic rooms in a quiet location, accommodating all our needs, friendly and helpful staff and just 100m to the beach. Big pool with brilliant covered day bed lounges for relaxing. Very family friendly.

Generally the room is good. A few cons like: ants found in the room and water pipes are very noisy when you turn the cold water on.

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Room was lovely and the concierge was very, very helpful. Hospitality at this hotel was excellent. Thank you for the lovely service.

Stayed here for a wedding, good location near the beach (we couldn't see the ocean because of trees but heard it) Rooms were tidy and a good size.

Room was very comfortable. Heaps of parking too.

Service was excellent, location also excellent, but the rooms where very clean beds comfortable but air con was broken a bed lamp light was also out reported it promised to be replaced but wasn't. Staff was very pleasant, polite and friendly. Air con seemed to be broken for a while and I think staff appeared to be unaware of that. Offered to change our room but new room also had broken air con. They did offer to change our room the next day but decided to not change.

Fairly run down place. Room was smaller than expected. Don't judge this place off the photos. Would be fine if we didn't pay more than enough to stay somewhere nicer! On the positives theres a nice walk along the beachfront and the beds were comfortable.

The customer service was fantastic. The manager was very helpful and made our stat easier. The venue however is definitely not 4 star so please beware when booking. It is about a 2 or 3 star. The place is quite run down and needs renovating. The pillows were quite flat and the mattress was very basic. The bathroom was very clean which I was pleased with. The booklets and venue folder left on the table were dirty and falling apart. The complimentary breakfast was so minimal which was really disappointing as I was looking forward to it. Some cereal and fruit and bread with flies around it. Its in a beautiful location and with some updating to the venue I think it has great potential.

Our family group stayed here last month for a few days — first time we've all been together in Australia. Everyone had a lovely time with the beach just across the park. Staff were very accommodating and our rooms all had everything we needed.

It was a great event but was informed about some thing that did not happen to plan and was disappointed by then hotels response.

8Don't be mislead… it is NOT an hotel . It has a restaurant licence only and doesn't open for lunch.

I go there every year, with a couple of friend I love it. It clean, tidy, and the staff are very friendly.

Not very clean, many stains on curtains, floor was really dirty. Nice enough location. Too expensive for the quality you get.

We had booked a romantic weekend close to the beach. For the price we paid, we got a single room that was built like a bunker (no airflow in the room), and even with aircon running and the front door open the room still felt stuffy. The bathroom was tiny, and had no ventilation whatsoever. The furnishings were nice, and it looked recently remodeled, and was kept clean. However, I still encountered a roach, and we had an ant-bite while sleeping in the bed. Those might have been a consequence of the location so close to the beach, but it was not very pleasant. The worst were the pillows on the bed — great fluffy things with no support — if you slept on one, it was like sleeping on none, if you piled them up your head would sink in and you felt as though you were suffocating. We ended up taking pillows off of the couch and used those instead. Neither option was very comfortable. Our included breakfast was mundane and cheap — only toast or cheap cereals, with a few sad-looking apples and oranges available. We were unable to get much help during breakfast, since things were not stocked, we had to repeatedly pester the poor girl who was working by herself for a couple of spoons for our cereal. After the first day we decided to get our own brekkie — their's simply wasn't worth the effort. This place is probably okay if you want something close to the beach, but it was overpriced and unpleasant for a weekend getaway, especially since it looks so lovely on the website.
